If i understand your concern correctly, you want us to add in-play matches. If this is the case, "In-play" on our website is labelled as "Live". I think someone as suggested this regarding pre-match and we changes it to sports. Despite of some issues that happen last year with them, they are strong enough and find a way to solve and change the image of their site. So if you take a look at this information on your site, then yes you are using white label solution.
If you are in the process of getting your own license (which you indicate), then you should not have put Betnomi or online and put it on a test domain first.
And when everything is working and tested, then launch it and start your campaign here. People read this topic, did you really think people will not notice that the ToS are not correct, wrong license, wrong company information? Now it is just like a playground. I have decided not to comment anymore in this topic, it is a waste of my time to talk to somebody who does not understand how to operate a site and acts stubborn.

This has nothing to do with assertions or things like that. Your site is operated by Radon BV, can you confirm that? Or is this information also not correct? If you are displaying incorrect information, why not change it?
Now you are angry because people make comments on what they see on your site. That is what you can expect when you launch a website with incorrect information.
The validator for example is also not working. Or maybe there is no validator at all, and you are using the license from Betconstruct.
As we already stated, we are working on updating all relevant information's. Regarding withdrawals, are you or anyone you know unable to make a withdrawal? Please show us one person and we are happy to fix the issue if any. One issue is raised, we address it/ give an explanation. Next minute, another person asking about the same thing. We have been here for at least 7 months and still here not one person can say he had any problems regarding withdrawal or his account being blocked whatsoever. It seems that it is White Label. Betconstruct owns the platform from Betnomi. That is why they can not make changes by themselves and have to ask everything to Betconstruct, who controls and manages everything from Betnomi.com
We saw this model also with 1xbit and Betb2b a while ago in a post. The biggest problem are the withdrawals.
They can not approve the withdrawals and transfer it, because they are operating the website from the company Radon BV from Betconstruct.
So when you make a withdrawal request, Betnomi has to approve it, and then Betconstruct as well. That are two layers.
And the last thing these White label companies want to do, is approving the transfers. Because then they also will miss their commission.
We are not a white label product and we will request you stop making assertions on subjects you don't have clear understanding about. You are free to share your opinion and speculate on any issue and that's your right but, what you cannot do is, state them as a fact. No one has to approve any kind of withdrawal or whatsoever and their is no second layer and on top of that, we make changes ourselves. Thank you. |

I want to make a suggestion, I noticed anytime I sign in already, I will have to sign in again anytime I want to access my betnomi account, I will like it to be in a way so far I did not sign out, users should not be requested to sign in again but automatically sign itself in. You know people do visit betting sites very well often, signing in all the time is somehow, instead of the site to sign the person in automatically if using the same browser the user used to sign in before.
It is just a suggestion, I will like it if done.

Okay, after some looking up, i found where all this is originating. The user "Game protect" was on our ANN thread in the first few days we made that post and as everyone can see, it was a lot of drama going on at the time. We were overwhelmed and was going for any kind of support we could get. Comes in this user, who offered some suggestions and of course, at the time had no negative tags so, we payed him some attention. After, looking at the dates in the message and the in Our ANN thread, i believe the message he posted (screenshot) is real and not fake. However, we did not have any further communications or association with this user. This is the link to the topic where he made one comments on our topic. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5239211.40   We urge him to provide any form of evidence that he worked with us in any capacity or any communication with had with him or anything he has or better still, the discussion he claimed we had with him just yesterday. We believe what this user is doing is incredibly dangerous and can cause someone or some company a big problem. This is obvious, he is trying to create some kind of chaos or troll us or whatever his motive is. This will end at some point but who knows what or who he is going to do the same or maybe something more reckless to. |

About this "Game protect guy" I have never had any interaction with him any way. When we first joined the forum, had no idea how the forum operates, who to talk to for advice etc. We needed someone to walk us through everything and of course, manage our account so, we reached out to a few people. I am very positive we never sent any such message to this user as we were contacting only people with some level of trust and reputation. The message itself, i don't believe its fake but him receiving it, surely not real so, there is some kind of editing going on here. I will spend sometime checking everyone i sent a message to in this time frame and we will find out who that message was sent to and that user would have to explain how "Game protect" got that message or maybe his second account. I will look into this. And about him working with us, the most insane thing ever. (We never worked or are working with him).
I will update this as soon as i find anything.
I think i have a candidate for who this person really is. I will not throw accusations until i have a hard proof.

Hello, someone needs to do something about this "game protect". I am personally not a fun of censorship but, this is on becoming. "He already failed to set us up.
Can you tell me how long it will take for the site to transfer fund to a user's wallet ?
I have waited more than 3 hours for my balance to be withdrawn from the site but it is not processed. And now, I have canceled withdrawal until you answer this question.
As per my experience weeks ago, withdrawal took several hours to be processed. Betnomi is using manual withdrawal system IMO so any withdrawal request needs to be approved manually by the admin/the one who are in charge for it. You do not need to worry obviously, perhaps your withdrawal takes longer time because it is weekend so they have less time on the site. My suggestion, wait till Monday or wait till betnomi online here in a hope that he will notice withdrawal request faster. All withdrawals have been processed. This Usually should take no more than 5-10 minutes. |

You can have a pop-up on your site stating this policy about the funds withdrawals from prohibited country.

The issues regarding KYC, we will never randomly require any user to complete KYC for any reason. A user registers from a prohibited country (this is not forbidden from your website as you indicated). What will happen when they make a withdrawal request?
We stated a million times already. Betnomi will never confiscate a users funds because they are playing from a restricted country. This is no good reason to lock up anyone account with their funds. At least, let them withdraw the funds first. Anything short of that is theft as far as we are concern. However, we will unapologetically ban your account with or without funds if you try hacking, exploiting and or abusing our system and promotions. (If we have enough documented evidence to warrant this action) |
