461  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Mga kabayan anong unang naisip niyo sa Bitcoin noong first time niyong nalaman on: August 22, 2017, 05:44:26 AM
462  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: August 22, 2017, 03:51:25 AM
I have yet to hear about a drug free country. Not even the big US of A is drug-free. Let alone a country such as the Philippines. However, I admire the Phil president for his dedication and hard work to eradicate drugs in his country. Never have i seen a man work so relentless to solve a dug problem. Who knows he might make history by making his country the first ever drug free. Nevertheless, the fight against illegal drugs doesn't rest in one mans hand only. It must be a collective effort from citizens of a country. Should they decide to be drug free they must do their part in the fight by not using/selling, passing helpful information to authorities, etc.
I've been spamming this quite heavily in this thread now, but that's mostly because nobody seems to be reading anything.

A drug free country does not exist and will never exist.

The use of drugs is a paramount aspect of human nature. Humans have been using drugs since long before any hint of modern civilization came into being. There is nothing wrong with taking drugs responsibly and there will always be people who will be compelled to try drugs, no matter how hard idiotic uninformed nonsense will try to demonize the use.
Nobody other than sheep and greedy warmongers and profiteers want "drug-free" countries. And most of the people I've just mentioned only pretend to fight for a drug-free world. Nobody who knows anything about drugs would ever propagate this war on drugs nonsense.

I am a supporter of drug legalization. But I really doubt whether it will work in the Philippines. Even for the legalization to happen in the future, the current bunch of drug kingpins needs to be taken out. But going by the public opinion, I don't think that the legalization will ever happen in that country.
I'm not expecting anything. Europe and the US would have to make the first moves in that direction, the rest of the world would eventually follow. But even getting the US and Europe to move is pretty much impossible in the short term. At least research on currently "purely recreational" drugs is being legalized now.

Yes, It seems that it is also impossible to have a drug free country. Well we can see or hear so many rumors on having a drug free country but nah i think it is really impossible. I am also a supporter for the legalization of weed but there are so many risks involving this kind of legalization and doubts and fears about the people living in the community, yet we knew that people have different mentality and understanding on how drugs can be used.
I really doubted that there is a country that has a drug free economy, maybe we could find some countries that had lesser drug use cases but when we say totally vanished? it seems that it is really impossible, for me I am one of the supporters to legalized marijuana, as it been studied that it has good health benefits than other recreational drugs that destroys your health, but i don't see any possibilities that it would legalized it when there are tons of abusers throughout different countries.
463  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin provide income on line? on: August 21, 2017, 06:09:10 AM
Based on my personal experience, there are so many ways to earn online, but mostly they adapt bitcoin as a payment method because they find it more easier and hassle free. As I am even exploring online, you can also benefit from promoting your skills or offering it to the crowd for a job, but it really depends if you are willing or you knew how it is done.
464  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: August 21, 2017, 01:55:32 AM
Investing bitcoins in online site a big risk as there are almost all scam sites who will disappear in long run with your money and getting positive outcome of it so very minimum so best thing would be to go for trading where you have full control on your funds and your action will determine your results.

I don't know what kinda online sites you're talking about but they're scammer web sites probably. By saying investment, we mean ico investments. Trading is the best option for me.
Yeah, If I were to choose where to invest its better on trading, trading may be risky but its way better than uncertain investments that doesn't even guarantee you will take back your money. In trading you only lose when you sell at low prices no unless you hold it for higher values.
465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: should government involvement be there ? on: August 20, 2017, 08:00:23 AM
Governments can create a Crypto-Currency for them and forbid all the rest for their population. Instead of printing money they would generate Crypto-Currency by statal mining. They would find a way to control the prices as they do now with their currencies. That is the only way to control the coins, they can't control an existing one, especially Bitcoin, because it's a global currency, what happens on the another countries affect the price.

And why do you think it would work?

Governments have already created fiat, and what prevents them from doing the same right now? That is, forbid all other currencies (crypto or otherwise) for the population? Anything that you can say about government cryptocoin would be equally applicable to the currency that they already issue, i.e. fiat money. If they don't ban crypto, it means that they either can't do it ("don't forbid what you lack the power to prevent") or they don't think it dangerous to the fiat money monopoly they possess
By reading your statements my friend, it slowly grinds to my mind why government cannot legalized instantly bitcoin or maybe they wouldn't really legalized bitcoin so far. As i can also understand in this process, if the government will be involved in bitcoin, i guess the price will become higher because they would be imposing tax into it, excluding the transaction fees deducted on transfers. That is my own opinion.
466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: August 20, 2017, 04:25:02 AM
Better to ignore those who do not like bitcoin. If they still respond to their words about the badness of bitcoin then it will be so. Better avoid such people. They do not know the benefits of bitcoin itself.
that is correct. Why do we need to worry about them? Just let them do what they want and soon they will regret cause of not listening to us. Bitcoin contains almost everything that a human need. In the future, bitcoin will be used almost everywhere. If they do not change themselves and accept bitcoin, they will lose a big chance to adapt to the new technology
It is really worth the time when you are just going to argue on someone who doesn't even want to listen?
Well its not a big deal, and just like what you guys trying to say lets just ignore it, besides when they will soon realize the importance of that thing, they will go and ask for your help and your advice, that's human nature.
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if we die? on: August 18, 2017, 03:54:16 PM
Yes, the coins are most likely irretrievable forever. That's why plans regarding coin recovery in these situations have been greatly discussed in the forums. And yes, when mining ends there will be less than the total of coins circulating.
Yes... I've heard so many discussions regarding this one too... Maybe it is also the time to start making an action oh how to retrieve lost coins from deceased  holders. I think it should be best if users or holders would be making some kind of an agreement or they would be having beneficiaries in case something happens, because we can't predict what will happen to us, so its better to have counter measures or it would also be best to have beneficiaries to take over your wealth in bitcoin.
468  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: August 18, 2017, 05:11:24 AM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?

As long as the goverment and banks cannot make money out of bitcoins, i say not. Because that is just what they are after. They wouldn't even care how useful bitcoins is. They will make it look bad as much as they can because they cannot get sht from it. Plus bitcoin has no physical property. And by physical i mean something we can literally hold in our hands and put in our pockets which we can also trade offline.
I agree with you my friend, as far as I am concern though the government wont just sit back and just watch it as the time pass by, or I don't think they wouldn't take any immediate action unless they would make money from it. And according to what you also said that they would only do something that could make bitcoin bad, But i guess they would be joining the community in such time.
469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever regretted not gambling? on: August 17, 2017, 04:43:52 AM
The question is quite simple one, have you ever regretted not gambling on an occasion? Like football matches etc, where you had a gut feeling of a team wining but you didn't bet? This happened with me in the recent el classico, i had a gut feeling of Real Madrid winning 3-1 but i just didn't bet. Smdh
Feeling should always be tried .Feeling can also be interpreted as intuition that, innate knowledge or knowledge gharisah. Intuition is one type of psychic ability.I often dont a try and regret,Because a lot of whispers somehow bother my mind not to try it. my Feeling 75% exactly and 25% wrong. Not just a spots game but also dice often use my feeling.Suggestions try to follow your feeling.
Yeah I highly agree with you, sometimes when it goes to risking amount of money as an example like gambling, I do rely or trust on my intuition, and I have noticed that so far as I am relying on my intuition to decide or make the decision, I always ended up winning sometimes, for about 70% of my winnings, even though i loose its okay, it is always part of the game and part of every gamblers life.
470  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hanggang kailan tatagal ang BITCOIN? on: August 16, 2017, 07:27:11 AM
Tingin ko sa laki ng value ng bitcoin ngayon sa market maliit lang ang chance nya na mawala saka mukha namang pataas yung value nya saka mas madaming nagiinvest so probably impossible pa syang mawala in span of 10 to 20 years Smiley

Yup for now its 'ALMOST" impossible, but not totally impossible.
471  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why can't religious people spell words correctly? on: August 15, 2017, 03:14:16 PM
How hard is it really?

This is 2017... we have spell-check, we have auto-correct...

I constantly see religious people misspell words that a 3rd grader should know... wtf?!?

Your computer will underline words you spell wrong... how hard is it?!?

You look like a fool when you make 3+ spelling mistakes in 2 sentences... I can't take that seriously

Sometimes it's difficult to even tell what the person is trying to say because their spelling and grammar is just THAT bad

What gives?

Is it a lack of education among religious people?

I don't understand how any adult could misspell simple words with only 4-5 letters... how do you survive life?

Don't be too harsh on them, maybe they were just so excited with what they're posting that they did not notice their typo errors. I mean, it does happen. Or maybe like me English is not their native language that's why they are making these mistakes.
Hahaha! Yeah right! Lets not judge them based on how they interpret it, initially speaking, they are just humans like us, even if they speak up claiming like they are prophets themselves but they are still humans.

Let them make it on their own, we have our own vision on what we see or hear and then interpret it.
472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: August 15, 2017, 04:30:23 AM
There is one strategy with which you can roll only once and it's a guaranteed win chance 80% amount max you win cashout. Second strategy 1% of total bankroll chance 1% roll 100 times you might win once. Last the 50% strategy if you are winning continue playing as soon as you lose twice in a row stop

nice strategy but there is really no guarantee at all due to randomness and house edge advantage rule. I am now playing just for fun and testing some strategies as well and currently doin good - I just want to gauge how long this would go and start from there. I advice to just play with money we can afford to lose and just play for fun and entertainment.
I can guarantee you the 80% will work i have 0.1 and i atarted my test on bitseler with a brand new account and won the first roll i withdrew and tried on crypto games ot worked again tried on bitdice again it successfully worked. In first roll of the account you will never lose but continuously doing will be a loss

You were very lucky then. Wondering what was your win chance and amount of money you bet but nonetheless, the issue is whether or not our first bet is most likely a winner and when we bet further, loses will be eminent. But to be honest, if our win chance is high, then even if our account is new or old, we are most likely will going to win on our first bets but not really all the time though.
Wow kinda amazing, I never heard such a strategy like this. Well I am not really sure that gambling could guarantee you a win, for me it is really unpredictable, and aside from that you wont know unless you try and risk some amounts to gamble. Anyway I wanna try it sometime if it will be effective for me, it really sounds awesome. Still you were so lucky to win.
473  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: August 14, 2017, 02:54:43 PM
bitcoin is a decentralized currency that's why its not stable bitcoin is the most outrageous currency today in bitcoin you can send money all over the net anonymously , bitcoin also promote it's advantages with the use of sending money with a lowcost even it's from another country. bitcoin is accountable like you can put a money from it and make it grow without using it.

I'm assuming that with "bitcoin is not stable", you meant the price because if you meant the network, then that's just so wrong.

I don't think there's a correlation with a currency having a decentralized network and the price being stable. First let us discuss what does "decentralized" actually means. It means that the network is just supported by one node. There are multiple nodes out there. Imagine an octopus that have a lot of tentacles. It's hard to take down that octopus because it have thousands of tentacles unlike when an octopus only have 1 tentacle. Bitcoin doesn't have a central network is all I'm saying. People around the world are all contributing on supporting the network by keeping the network secure by mining.

Now, did it mention the price at all? Decentralization is all about the network. The price of bitcoin depends solely on the buy and sell demand. If people are buying bitcoins, then the price is going up. If people are selling bitcoins, then the price will go down. As simple as that. The price is a different story from the network.
No bro it is not about this. When the price rises the price of product falls when the price decrease then the demand increase. Like that is going to people who are investing but it was hard for other people to invest because they have a less no of money. Then the bitcoin open opportunity for people decrease the price now medium type people able to buy bitcoins.
Yeah this is also what I think about, I forgot this already is this basic economics right? correct me if I'm wrong, anyway as what i also understood they are inversely proportional, like supply and demand. Some methods also from economical study applies a big impact here in crypto or in bitcoin, specially trading when doing some slight analysis.
474  Economy / Economics / Re: how can bitcoin help the community? on: August 14, 2017, 05:45:59 AM
This problem is not many people know about bitcoin. A bit of teaching about bitcoin to the community may be the beginning to do. If all is realized and many people know about bitcoin, I think bitcoin will be able to solve economic problems in society. But it will not be easy to explain about bitcoin. Because bitcoin is not like a physically visible fiat, bitcoin is a virtual currency that not everyone understands about the digital world. This will require a long process, until people really understand the digital.
Yeah, we need to work on this thing. It would not be easy to teach people about bitcoins and convince them to invest into this digital currency. Many people fear virtual things. They think that digital world is not safe for them and they can lose their capital here easily.

A proper designed campaign can help people understand bitcoins. Only then bitcoins can solve the problem of the community.
I highly agree with this one, you know most people wants to play safe than they can imagine, but for me if you are just playing safe? where is the adventure? there is no thrill in life without risking some of your knowledge and put it to something and come up with a new one.

Sometimes people are doubted and unsure about things they are not comfortable, and this why mostly people are scared on digital world.
475  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The taboo of child marriages. on: August 12, 2017, 03:00:09 PM
There are so many cases i've heard about this one, it is also called fixed marriages. I don't know what's gotten into those parents mind but, as far as i know mostly rich families does this kind of method, to maintain their bond, their business and their names at the top. I don't really know if it would be right to do it that way, but maybe yes, it is only their own understanding and decision.
476  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you sell your bitcoin or convert to usd? on: August 12, 2017, 04:18:53 AM
Well its obviously depending on the situation, There are also few of us still holding and just wait for it or leave it in a storage, but for some traders they like to try out or risk to earn some. Like what my friend usually doing, they are always converting vice-versa Bitcoin to USD, USD to Bitcoin.
477  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: August 11, 2017, 04:18:31 PM
Being a parent is a struggle, you need to guide the kids not only financially and also their way of living. I guess bitcoin is also good for them, an advantage that in an early age they are taught how to earn and save money, but all along I also guess it needs a lot of proper guidance and learning, they still can't manage if they were still below the legal age so guide them properly.
478  Economy / Economics / Re: How to double your money using BTC? on: August 11, 2017, 02:15:44 AM
Theres a cool and safe way to double your bitcoin, guess what? From trading Smiley , today is the right time to invest from soon to pump coins. You have so many choices, WAVES, ETC, ETH , STEEM and many more. If you buy any from these coins, your bitcoin will get multiply while the coin pumps itself.

Cool it is, safe I don`t think so. But what is safe? Nothing, right, therefore we need to risk from time to time big or small depends how brave we are. It`s not hard to find a way to double bitcoins, there are many things you can do, more important question is are you ready to risk or not? Gambling, trading, investing in casino bankrolls, maybe buying ICO`s and sell it later for higher price, follow tipsters in trading and gambling, but how much is someone willing to risk is individual question.
Haha they will ready after loss a lot of money on the marketplace because after this loss they will understand their value of that money.
We should take the risk otherwise we can't do anything in our life. If you think it is a risk and keep your money in your account, it will not grow, and that money is a dead investment. I am not telling you to put your all money in risk and try. I am just saying how much money you can afford that much amount you can take a risk and try who knows your good luck it's doubled in few days. It's big profit right.
Life is full of adventure anyways so why are we scared on risking money? in life we need sacrifices for us to keep moving forward and also to create a better and wider future. In trading there is no guaranteed that you wont risk money, instead of depending on those useless scripts that are not even guaranteed also that you will earn from it, there is also a chance that you will lose your money without knowing.
479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is only one Bitcoin! on: August 07, 2017, 03:49:19 PM
Obviously there is only one bitcoin, or the mother of all cryptocurrenciea. I think bitcoin cash is just considered as an alternate cryptocurrency, but I don't know what the others may think about it.

We cannot force other investors and new comers if they are going to put money into bitcoin cash, besides it is their own decision and money so nothing more or less than that.
480  Economy / Economics / Re: The best investment you ever made? on: August 06, 2017, 04:57:04 AM
With btc income I collect with less than 1 btc, In your opinion how to manage my income with such a result by way of investing.
What's the best investment you've ever made?
If you would like to invest in some of the crypto currencies then you can invest in the most succesful of them. I have been doing some research for a while I think that Ethereum has the most potential to become the most strongest. After that comes Bitcoin, Ripple, NEM, litecoin (am not sure about ltc) and so on...
So far i choose my best investment that comes from trading, I may be a trader but not a full time trader, its because I am not looking in the weekly or daily chart, I just invested and keep it of my long term trades. Yeah I also agree that Eth could also be a good source of investment as it is very volatile also like BTC and I also believe in its potential.
