462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE GOOD AND BAD SIDES OF BOUNTIES on: June 14, 2019, 07:28:20 AM
For newbies in the crypto business, you must Know this. make sure you never associate your exchange email with your bounty account.  make this a top priority. i advice hunters to have more than 3 gmail accounts.

The good side of bounties
1; you will definitely make lot of money campaigning for good projects.
2; you might even get rich on the long term if you are a holder of coins and able to detect good projects.

BAD SIDE.

1; whether you like it or now, your social media accounts will receive login threat(someone trying to login to your account from a different location)
2; hackers will also play with emails that was exposed while registering on bounties.

3; if your account is not secured properly, you will lose everything. even your wallet.

Guys i just got HACKED on my hitbtc exchange account.
login location United Kingdom.
i never know u.k have hackers too.
yes there some good and bad side in bounty campaign
to avoid getting hacked you must separate the email you use in bounty and for your personal and always use different password
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to recognize a good time to sell a coin? on: June 14, 2019, 07:25:33 AM
Hi all!
I and many of us here earned a lot coins form bounty campaigns. And I have real dilemma: How to recognize a good time to sell a coin? How to avoid loosing everything by holding coins that will die, but also how to choose coins that are good to hold because they can give us 10x,100x.
Thank you for your comments Wink.
you can recognize it if the coin have some good purpose if the team is doing their promise in terms of development
as of now because there a lot of similar coin purpose its become hard to recognize
so for me i just hold every coin i received and maybe hold it for long time
who knows it might become big someday
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thanks so much for making me a multi-millionaire!!! I AM EVER-THANKFUL! on: June 14, 2019, 07:22:30 AM
(throwaway account)

Hey guys, it's time to say THANKS!

3 years ago I read this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1393695.msg14156039#msg14156039

"ok new hypothesis
ETHEREUM is gonna be hyped up to bitcoin ATH within the next year. why? because it can.
The price of a bitcoin reached an all-time high of US$1124.76 on 29 November 2013, up from just US$13.36 on 5 January at the start of the yea
Bitcoin is outdated, its development process halted. It being the #1 spot in the crypto-currency market capitalization sphere with a cap of $6.3B might sooner than expected be surpassed by ETH and its nifty swiss "nonprofit" foundation.

I had bought 10K ETH, lets see where it takes us  o(^∀^*)o

hah haha, hahaha yeah. welcome to Quake Live.

~CfA~"

Crazy AF genius?

so I bought 10,000 Ether like the OP... and then something happened that changed my life completely.

Exactly what he said happened.

I saw my ETH go to $10,000,000 and I sold at $1,080 because my wife told me to. I'm so glad I listened. Now I mostly travel.

Thank you "CFA", thank you Bitcointalk. I love you all. Bye!

that really a good story and i want to congratulate you i hope i also become millionaire someday.
465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: These will be the best months of your crypto career late comers on: June 14, 2019, 07:18:45 AM
For any one that started buying crypto at 18k. U still need to continue buying crypto. Don't stop until it hits 18k again. These last 7 months of the year will continue to have big gains. Your not too late if your forgotten what it's all about. Crypto gains will be massive at the end of the year. All it takes is 10 days for massive gains. And we got 7 months left. Think about. This is my opinion. Very speculative of course. But don't let this slip ur mind.
i agree there will be a massive gain in the next few month this year or early next year
and in im opinion its really a good time for late comers to start there adventure in bitcoin.
466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be junk/trash after ban in 2 big countries on: June 14, 2019, 06:56:27 AM
Bitcoin got banned in India and China so Bitcoin is worthless in these 2 countries. People of India will lose $10,000 or $100,000 if they do not get buyers in other countries at $7000.

But who will buy 1 Bitcoin for $7000 ??  Grin  Insider's Information for Gold and Silver

Bollywood superstar "Amitabh Bachchan" earned multi-million dollars by starting a Bitcoin company.
if im rght bitcoin is not ban in that country in china they only stop ICO and exchange but they say you can still use bitcoin in china and in india its only a proposed bill not approved yet.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never regret anything on: June 13, 2019, 08:26:45 PM
In crypto currency, Never regret anything.
No point in looking back and saying “only if I had done that.”  Or if only I had sold earlier, instead
Realize you made the best decision in good faith, for every reason that made sense or did not make sense  at that time.
Now it is time to let it go.
Focus on here and now.
That’s where success lives in crypto currency
i agree for me i already stop regretting all the wrong moves i do in crypto instead i tell myself to learn from it.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why DEX (Decentralized Exchange) still unpopular? on: June 13, 2019, 08:22:27 PM
Hi all traders!
Why you always using Centralized Exchange to trade Decentralized Asset?
Too many 'hacked' news or maybe "hacked by internal" at 2019, Cryptopia, Binance, Huobi, Etc.

Why traders still using Centralized Exchange?

Centralized Exchange

+ Huge Volume
+ Fast CS Response

- Less security
- Not your keys, not your coins
- Paid to list

Binance has launch Binance DEX but still have low volume and pair only for BNB (not BTC)
well you can only trade in dex using there token like ETH for eth token
some trader is using bitcoin and other coin to trade and there are not much trade order to trade with
also dex is so slow and laggy but if there will be some advanced dex to be lauched someday maybe it can become popular.
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Bitter Truth about Bounties on: June 13, 2019, 08:15:38 PM
2017 is really one best time in bounty campaign and now because of lost of trust from investor there not much investor now who participate in ICO almost all ico and bounty campaign token price drop after hitting the exchange.
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's hard to get profit in crypto trading. on: June 13, 2019, 08:09:25 PM
This week it seems difficult to benefit from trading ETH and LTC, even I only get no more than $ 40 this week. Let's discuss and share a reasonable strategy. Or a suggestion to buy your preferred altcoin. Thank you all.
short term trading is really hard and stressful
some people lose a lot from trading so your $40 profit is not bad atleast you gain
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which countries are more friendlier to crypto? on: June 13, 2019, 08:03:51 PM
With tightening regulations from the US and some countries worldwide, the growth of crypto and Blockchain technology is becoming somewhat slow. We've seen how the SEC has been against ICOs all along, while some people in the government have proposed to ban privacy-oriented cryptocurrencies. In other countries like China and India, they've been proposing to ban Bitcoin in its entirety which could have a huge impact on crypto's growth within such areas.

Why is why, I'm curious to know which country is the friendliest to crypto nowadays? Or, which countries are more friendlier to crypto than others?

There was once a site called "Bitlegal" which showed the countries of the world, that were friendly to crypto and Blockchain in general. However, it seems to be widely inaccessible these days.

Nonetheless, what are your thoughts about this? Huh
i cant say that Philippines is the friendliest but atleast one of crypto friendly country
because goverment is not against in crypto and there some website where you can pay using crypto for your daily needs.
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end of Newbie? on: June 13, 2019, 07:56:06 PM
Scam projects always have been a threat to ICO world.

In the past I have unfortunately gotten into 3 scam projects which for one or other reason went down. I did a good research but it did n ot help in the end, me and many others fell for their fairy tales. But nowadays it seems that number of scams are going down.
yes it seems that the number of scam project is going down
but the risk is the same its still high not only in terms of investing but also in bounty campaign.
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet hacking is it possible? on: June 12, 2019, 10:30:42 PM
Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.
for me i still dont experience it until now
i think its because im only holding small amount.
in crypto where you can become anonymous sometimes its better to use it for your own goods.
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to be a "Faketoshi", better than any other "Faketoshi" !?! on: June 12, 2019, 10:21:22 PM
Satoshi might have chosen to prove things differently mostly due to his anonymity.

In real world we prove different

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536.211.0.pdf

Still there is room for uncertainty, but go and prove what u have in same costly way, and pls calculate how much things were hacked and counterfeit by trolls and their helping hands.

There is no room for uncertainty here. One either proves something or one does not.

Your other statements are totally baseless.

ist funny that someone still believe in some impersonator of satoshi
for me i will only believed that they are the bitcoin creator if they will move the bitcoin in satoshi wallet and cash out.
that will make bitcoin user aware of their existence but using baseless proof he just make himself look like a fool.
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC ATM in London Goes Crazy... on: June 12, 2019, 10:12:19 PM
It is one of three things :

1. The machine got hacked - Someone managed to find a way to hack the ATM and was just showing off.
2. The ATM malfunctioned - The hardware or software malfunctioned and it pumped out money like crazy!
3. It was a publicity stunt - Something like this will draw a lot of attention, so the company who owns this machine did this on purpose to draw attention to the machine.  Tongue

In any way, it did draw a lot of attention and I think a lot of people are sleeping next to that machine in the hope that it would do this again.  Roll Eyes
i agree it possible a stunt to get attention or someone is taking advantage of them

476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How 18-year old boy became Millionare from Bitcoin on: June 12, 2019, 10:09:40 PM
This was an old story already and it was all hyped up before just like the 'pizza guy' but as you can see this boy is indeed a risk taker but his family is wealthy enough because his grandmother have a capacity to give a $1000 gift to a 16 yrs. old boy, I'm not hating his success though but he's not a self-made millionaire who've used his brain to discover a multi-million thing, it just happened that he invested and got lucky.

i agree the boy is just lucky to discover bitcoin when he have money they just hype it
$1000 is not small amount if you compare to other people it means they have the money to invest
for me i start from scratch without initial investment if i become millionaire someday im better because i start without initial investment.
for me everyone have their own time line anyone have a chance to achieved their dream just dont stop dreaming.

477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If india bans Cryptocurrency as per the draft law, What happens to the community on: June 12, 2019, 09:47:58 PM
I think the Ban will not affect the community, it will be possible to trade and Hodl cryptos if they know how to do it?. As cryptocurrency does allow Anonymous Transaction. I am not sure about wallets, What do you think and What can you suggest?

it will not really affect the community if they really want to be anonymous in bitcoin there is some possible way
but they cant cash it out in their country but the law itself in unreasonble and only insane person will approved it
so in my own opinion that law will never get approval because its not only unreasonable but punishment is higher than other law.

479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why bounty manager are not paying Bitcoin and other trade able coins on: June 11, 2019, 08:38:34 PM
i don't think it has anything with believing in the future of their token because the creators of these tokens know better than you and i that their token is useless and worthless.

the only reason why they pay in their own token is because it doesn't cost them anything! if they wanted to pay in bitcoin for example they would have to spend money and buy bitcoin and then pay people. but when they pay in their own token, all they have to do is just create them out of thin air with no effort or cost!
the fee have cost if the token is from ethereum but it just small amount compare if they pay in coin that tradable in some exchange.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC should be for big whales on: June 11, 2019, 08:22:34 PM
I'm here today to drop my own point about how KYC should be use
- KYC requirement for bounties and airdrops is so unreasonable ,KYC implementation is no doubt a good idea but it should be forced only on big investors that wants to buy large amount of a token either From Exchanges
- there should be limit for KYC requirements e.g like if an investor wants to buy 10,000$ worths of tokens upward then he or she must go through KYC ,just saying
i agree its really unreasonable because bounty hunter is not investor
so for me i dont participate if the bounty campaign that need some KYC
i only submit kyc if i plan to invest in the project but its still also not right if the user will only invest small amount
