Can we trade our bter crypti tokens before launch or we can trade crypti only after release?
Hope so, it's always good to get an even better distribution and it also gets rid of the early dumpers. So when the official launch is, most investors that remain are serious and in it for the long term. In this case stake trading in CRSALE on BTER would be ideal. As communicated before, the CRSALE tokens won't be trade-able, as they are used as proof of purchase tokens for Crypti distribution and for bonus calculation. Crypti will be trade-able once we distribute it to buyers and Bter integrates the Crypti node (for deposits and withdrawals). (@GreXX, please add this question to FAQ, thanks). |

I bought last night before the announcement that the IPO was over. How do I know if I got in?
The ledger will list both the Bter and Maxmint transactions, marking these over 750 as pending. |

I've got a suggestion. If other investors don't mind how about letting those people over 750 BTC keep their stakes? It's just 761 BTC instead of 750, so not a big difference for majority but we'll have more initial stakeholders and some of them might be helpful.
Although someone still could refund 11 BTC until August 10th and they'll got stakes automatically.
We have to stick to the original terms, however as you correctly said, in case someone refunds his stake, they will get the refunded amount together with the 24% bonus (prioritized by the time of their purchase). |

no ,I do not point it .What I want to say is why do not close the ipo when reach the 750BTCs.
Due to: 1) Having raised it in the past, and having the community react negatively. 2) Having our escrow partners asking us to upkeep the 30 days term stated in original pre-sale terms. UPD: I personally have no problem with keeping the original period going and have an opportunity to refund at any moment. But I guess it'll better to listen what others think.
I agree, and if the community does agree now to close the pre-sale period, and ready to vote for it in a separate thread to indicate there is a majority beyond this decision, then we will be able to raise it to our escrow partners and discuss closing the pre-sale. |

Why did they sell more than 750 BTC if that was the limit? Looks to me they are the ones who screwed up, not the buyers who bought it legitimately. They should fix the problem
We apologize for this issue, as correctly mentioned before there is unfortunately no correlation between Bter and Maxmint channels, hence there was no way to know in advance which channel will reach the cap. We are looking to receive Bter data soon and launch the ledger, to have the questions regarding the future distribution clarified. |

I guess the only sticky part is the 10 btc on the waiting list... they technically put their btc in now and would be entitled to a 24% bonus but there is no telling which day the return will happen that will let them come off the waiting list... So what % bonus do they get for having thier btc tied up for the next 3 weeks to potentially get them right back if no one returns...
Any purchase that was performed on Bter before the buy option was removed, is considered as finalized CRSALE purchase and will be eligible to the a 24% bonus, in case there are refunds. |

We (the Crypti team) will continue working hard both on Crypti technology and business development, posting here tangible results periodically. Moreover, we will use this period to finalize the Foundation charter and establish the Foundation from Crypti launch team and community members, and finalize the remaining materials (white-paper, ledger, site, etc...). Once the August the 10th arrives, we will officially launch Crypti mainnet, and start distributing the genesis block to buyers. |

As communicated before, Crypti will be distributed after the pre-sale period is over, and become trade-able on it's own ticker (rather then the current CRSALE used for purchase tokens now). That said, we are using this period to close business partnerships, which will give additional value to Crypti from the start. |

Important update
As the cap of 750 BTC was reached, we have set the current buy order on Bter to 0.
It will be possible in future to create buy orders, which will be processed in case of refunds (with the bonus applied at the moment of the actual buy).
Also we should finally get the actual buy/sell data from Bter soon, and will be able to launch the ledger with Crypti estimated allocations.

To be more clear, I've only mentioned it in the light of the repeating community requests for the max cap, as there won't be any sense to keep the pre-sale going if the said max cap is reached. That said, if we do set a max cap and reach it, and the community will prefer to keep the original period going, we will respect it.

The announced period of this pre-sale is 30 days (ending August 10th, 00:00 UTC), and while we are very happy that the cap was reached so soon, we still will stand by the original terms. |

Raised funds update
Following my communication with Bter, they confirmed that 727.103605 were raised.
Together with Maxmint raised 33.80307572, it totals to 760.90668072!
We are now discussing with Bter the best way to proceed for the remainder of the pre-sale period, allowing both additional purchasing and refunding.
At the end of the pre-sale period, we will process the funds raised both through Bter and Maxmint, to refund these over the 750 BTC cap.
On that note, I'd like to thank again the crypto community. We are grateful that you have given us this chance, and commit to making Crypti the best and most commonly accepted eCommerce crypto possible.

Here is a table showing average price per Crypti in BTC depending on different amounts raised. This does not include bonus credits, so the actual price paid by an investor may very depending on when an investment is made and the volume of investments before and after on different dates.

If I knew you could just sell your stake I would have gotten in in at the very first day at 30% and waited to see how things progressed.  I truly hope they don't allow for stake trading! As we confirmed several times, the trading will be possible only on the actual Crypti distributed to buyers (not on the CRSALE purchase tokens). |

The total amount of Crypti in existence will be 100 Million and 85% will be distributed to shareholders so where from 30% bonus comes from? It can only come from 15% coins
reserved for initial investor and developers. If not, buying on the last day when bonus will be 0% would mean not actualy getting (coins + 0% bonus) but (coins - 30% bonus).
Can someone from developers clarify the matter?
We will apply the bonus to your amount, before calculating the amount of resulting Crypti. So if you bought say for 1 BTC today, it will be actually counted as 1.25 BTC (due to the 25% bonus today). |
