I saw this post on reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/litecoin/comments/1qvt2u/is_krakencom_trustworthy/

I had a quick search but may have missed it does kraken (payward inc.) have a registered office somewhere ?and do you guy(s) operate solely under forum names etc.? couldn't spot any real world names but again I only had quick scan around.

What's wrong with you people insulting him? You truly are pathetic excuses for human beings.

This could be Bitcoiners that sell out make a good profit see price continue to rise, somewhere after anger and denial is roaming the forum full of bitter small minded sarcasm and regrets. Might be wrong of course  Grin

Yawn.

The thread post could use a little something like an evil laugh maybe "BRuHaghhaghhaghhaaaarrrrrrRr" (to give it that world domination vibe) or a dracular-esque laugh+raspberry combo "AhAhahhhhhharrrrrrrrggggrrrrpffffffftttttttt" (serious, threatening with just a hint of humour)
489  Economy / Exchanges / Re: New Bitcoin Exchange on: November 20, 2013, 10:21:28 PM
I see:
Current Lowest Buy Price   0.1224
Current Highest Sell Price   0.05882

Meaning someone out there is wanting to sell BTC for 0.1224
And someone else is wanting to buy them for 0.05882

so if your buy price is below 0.05882 it wont show up until all the ones are sold at the better price. (better from the perspective of the seller)

BTC for 0.1224  I'm in  Grin

04-02-2013 Update - SOLD For ~300 Bitcoins!

The Porsche sold today for ~300 Bitcoins! If this isn't proof that Bitcoin is a legitimate currency, then I don't know what is. The buyer purchased his initial Bitcoin investment at around $4 a piece so they got an amazing deal. I'm not sure if this is the single largest item sold for BTC, but I can guarantee it's the first $40,000 vehicle sold for ~300 BTC. The buyer wishes to remain anonymous, but I've asked a bitpay representative to come and post in this thread to confirm the transaction occurred.

This story got a lot of attention in the media yesterday(04/03/2013), and was the hottest story on business insider throughout the day. I'm hoping it's given doubters an idea of what they can buy with Bitcoin. It's also obvious from the article comments that a majority of people still don't understand what Bitcoin really is or how it works.

No one cares about USD value for altcoins. It's just a silly way for bagholders to convince themselves they haven't lost too much.

Yes, I'm a so happy bagholder with a bag full of 5$ bills, I really like to have more bags like this  Smiley
Not sure why anyone want to hold something that barely tracks the USD. As there is no doubt the USD is dead already.

Come on tell us who's paying you  Cheesy
