Everyone I am going to be quite busy in real life for the next 5 days or so but don't worry I'm not going anywhere. It is HYPER's 1st Birthday on Monday! How do you think we should celebrate? I'm thinking of running a big twitter giveaway / making it rain HYPER all day long. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know! I know JD is planning on making an awesome video but I don't think it will be ready until after HYPER's birthday. By the way there are some very exciting things happening behind the scenes as usual Public announcements will be made when the time is right. In regards to a new HYPER Rust server I am ready to sponsor the server if someone wants to manage it in return for a bounty. I'm also looking for a LoL expert and a DOTA2 expert to help get HYPER active in these game communities. Bounties available please PM me or reply here in the thread.

Hi i could develop games for GP, could this be a paying role? I could develop browser based games using GP as the gold in the game for us
Yes, you would be paid in GP for any and all work. As GP increases in value over time there is the possibility it could become worth a lot. Please remember though that all bounties will come from my personal GP (as there was no premine) so bounties are limited. When PICISI launches people will be able to crowdfund to raise GP to fund their game development. What kind of games have you worked with in the past? Are you good with php? We have some php based browser games I've been looking into. Please let me know some more information! such as what kind of game you are thinking of integrating GP into and what your strengths are regarding game dev. You can use an open source game as the basis of your game if you like that is fine by me. Feel free to send me and PM and we can also go over some options there if you prefer. Also, when your GP game becomes popular you can also make money from advertising Thank you for your interest I am excited to learn more! I can be quite generous so let me know what you are thinking about and we can go from there. Everyone I am going to be quite busy in real life for the next 5 days or so but don't worry I'm not going anywhere.

I went a bit overboard and I apologize for that. I have edited my posts to remove the personal attacks which does not help anyone.
I know Armis will prove that PICISI is a serious digital currency project I just hope we can resolve this soon for everyone's sake.

Vod carried his falsehood to a PICISI sponsor: ([WAC] Official WorldAidCoin) Turns out Armis is running a scam, and not the charity (no charity license!) he claims. But he wants to reassure you that all the public identities of his board of directors (no corporation license!) will be disclosed to the stakeholders (no corporation license!) once he collects a large sum of non-reversible currency. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1002378.msg11371652#msg11371652Do all his sponsors know he is running a scam? Esp Hobonickels - I know thy are pro-charity and anti-greed.Here was the PICISI sponsor's response: I find that very hard to believe in Armis. Also its not like he is asking a lot of donations. It would not make sense in anyway possible to scam people. He has my trust anyway
Here was my direct response: I find that very hard to believe in Armis. Also its not like he is asking a lot of donations. It would not make sense in anyway possible to scam people. He has my trust anyway
I appreciate your support. Vod's irresponsible smear campaign is a pit of negativity. It has become obvious to me that Vod didn't read much about PICISI before rushing to judgement. Ask him to tell you what PICISI is, he could not tell you because he didn't read about it and refuses to believe what he is told by the creator of PICISI. He claims it's a scam so I said if you actually believe that then bet your membership in bitcointalk.org, once I prove that it is not a scam Vod membership must resign. He refused to address that. That's proof that he is not just spreading fear but that he doesn't stand behind his words, position, and feedback. How unfair is it to have a "trust system" in which someone could make a false accusation that causes damage to ones character but suffer no penalty when proven wrong? I know the site isn't a free country, however I also know that 'guilty until proven innocent' is a bad policy, but worse is the fact that no penalty is suffered by those who seek to used the trust system as an extortion mechanism. Vod mentioned "Charity" "license" "corporation" "board of directors" "stakeholders" and "collection of large sums of ... currency" In short, Vod jumped to the wrong conclusion over and over again because he didn't want to read. Here is a more comprehensive view: Vod is assuming facts in evidence, and more importantly if he or anyone simply look at the fact or the evidence everyone should see the truth. Here are the facts PICISI is a business plan taking shape, I am the designer of the plan. A critical part of that plan is formation of the org, creation of the site, and creation of currency. Vod didn't read the plan, didn't read the articles about the plan, nor did he read the threads about the plan, because had he done any or all of them he would have found that there was never any plan for PICISI to be a charity, that it was always the plan for PICISI to be a business, and the plan was for the business to help give CC more exposure in real world applications. The evidence of those facts is more than obvious, the site prerequisites imply that no site presently exists, the site prerequisites also imply that once those goals are met that something else will occur, when you look at the individual prerequisites in relation to all of them the viewer should reasonable conclude that soon after all goals are achieved the basic tools will be in place to create the business. You don't need a license to market a plan, you don't need a license to raise money to form a org or any type, you don't need a license put the pieces together for the creation of that business. Vod mentioned a 'corporation' and 'board of directors' where did he get that from? Who called PICISI a corporation? Who said PICISI has a board of directors? No one that I see, Vod is the only person putting that out there to my knowledge. Given that Vod used the word "stakeholders" like this: "stakeholders (no corporation license!)" I assume Vod has confused the words "stakeholders" with the word "stockholders". Again he allowed his preconceived notions to prejudice his judgement. It's important to note that I corrected that error of his earlier however he likely didn't read it or believe it. and lastly, Vod mentioned 'collection of large sums of money', he really needs to explain that because PICISI does plan on making large sums of money, over and over again, and I would not be foolish to run away from that. Vod clearly failed to get adequately informed about PICISI before he came to his conclusions, famto get familiar with the subject before makeing ado his homework I'm looking for people to help me manage PICISI it requires that interested parties read all of the articles presently available about PICISI, and have a solid understanding about PICISI in addition to being suitable for the position sought. So that when more FUD arrives at PICISI's doorstep more of us are ready to defend her. I will stand up to injustice no matter what the cost. Vod is unfortunately misinformed: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=998200.msg11389416#msg11389416

You keep claiming nonsense about a chartity, I keep insisting that PICISI is not designed to be a charity, nor will it be a charity.
Myy first accusation (repeated for the dense):. 1) He is not operating a licensed charityWe are in agreement - what's the issue? That I'm going to be informing your sponsors of this? Sponsors that you may have led to believe you that you WERE a charity? That will be your dishonesty - not mine. All I state are the facts. I asked him if he was willing to resign from Bitcointalk.com (remove Vod from membership) if I prove him wrong in his clams about PICISI, he has dodged the question over and over again.
You don't stand behind your words, because you don't stand behind your anonymous account.You want to challenge me? Then come out of the shadows and do it! I can kick your scammy ass anyday. He never said he was running a licensed charity..... The word "Charity" is part of the acronym but legally PICISI never said it was a charity. Are you going to keep avoiding this fact Vod? Out of all the scum on the altcoin board Armis is one of the few people to run one account for more than 6 months... If you want to find the real criminals explore the altcoin section further this is so lame I can't be silent any longer about this.,... Thanks for supporting nothing and cutting down the few people who don't run serial scams here... I can't be silent about this any longer if it means an unsubstantiated neg feedback so be it... Looking forward to the unsubstantiated neg feedback .......................... And of course I will reference this post.. have fun I'm no stranger to FUD I've been running an alt for 12 months (unlike the scammers) and if you want to neg me so be it.

just to be clear what is the max coins ever to be produce, other thread says they'll be 3.8 mil by january 2016, this thread says 1.5 mil max?
The staking did not work as the original dev intended (as there is some code that means that no matter how much GP someone is staking, they can only get 2.5 GP per block). So the max supply will be much less than 3.8 million by January 2016. Only about 100 000 GP has been staked in the last 6 months because of this issue that the original dev did not see or plan for when he made the estimate. There will be a fork that will fix the staking so there is no cap on how much GP can be staked at once, but this will also raise inflation which is why there will also be a cap of 1.5 million coins introduced to make sure GP remains valuable. One of the unintended consequences of the staking 2.5 GP cap is that it has actually kept inflation very low which is a good thing. That is why we have a new thread now! Is it still going to be 500% annual interest or is that changing? Curious because when you factor in compounding, removing the 2.5 GP cap and maintaining the 500% annual interest can bring us from the current supply to 1.5 million GP VERY quickly. You don't strike me as the type of guy to half-ass anything, so I assume you are thinking ahead and making sure any parameters you choose will function fine for many years to come, but thought I'd ask. Hey thanks man. Exactly, it is not 500% now (due to the 2.5 GP cap) and it will never be that high. The fork is coming soon, but theoretically thanks to the weird code-base we could go on like this for few years, but the fork is coming within a few months The new parameters will be 2.5% per month max. but may make it lower than that. Will probably let the community decide by opening voting in the thread as I do. I have done the maths but to be honest I am having an awesome weekend and need to run the numbers again My no.1 priority is keeping GP valuable and it will always be this way. Last time I ran the numbers it was 2.5 % per month for a few years till we hit 1.5 million supply. Without sounding biased I recommend everyone buys as much GP as possible before we launch all the games we are working on.

Fun game, well done. won't let me create a new clan sent you a PM as well about a different bug. Thanks.
Thanks Todd. The clan bug is fixed and the bug you told me about via pm has also been fixed. You should make a Signature campaign for this game. You could give people in game dragon points as payment. That is a true stroke of genius.

Ok well speaking of gaming campaigns, castlevania shooting to the moon was highly expected, that series has been around for 25+ years. Anyways on the topic of games, Chain of Conflict is being integrated with Coinstore this week if all goes as planned. I have Rghmodz working on that, he started today to create the login page. I found a problem that no one has seemed to notice either, there was a big hole in the wall on the back right side of the church from the village. It shouldn't have been there and I have no idea how it escaped everyone who has played the demo, lol. Anyways I patched it up last night, can't even tell it was there, but I assume it is still there on the last version of the game I released. He needs oldandgrey to install an encrypted version of the coinstore API though to stop cheaters, and I will need to get some anti cheat engine software setup in the game as well. Then all of it has to be extensively tested before the next demo. News about me, this will seem crazy.. I was attacked by a rabbit tonight and my left arm is all cut up.. lol.. dont ask me how i let that happen.. it just did.. lol Just keeping everyone updated. Feral animals can be dangerous you should go to a doctor ASAP in case you need some shots. Especially as aggressive behavior is not usual for rabbits(!). Awesome news on the coinstore integration exciting times!

I have just forked the original GoldPieces repo in preparation for the work we will be doing on GP to lower the max coins, add a superseed node, and alter the staking: https://github.com/HYPERcrypto/GoldPiecesThis will now be the official GP repo on GitHub A new GP wallet version with a hard coded superseed node should be out within a week max. The rest of the fork changes will take place at a later date and will keep you all updated.

IMPORTANTThe following article http://www.crowdfundinsider.com/2015/05/67507-bitcoin-alternative-hyper-teams-up-with-goldpieces-to-sponsor-digital-currency-crowdfunding-platform-picisi-launches-worldwide-crypto-gaming-network/ was reprinted from an earlier article put out by HYPERfuture about Goldpieces. The article was sent to many different media desks for coverage. One of the media desks was Crowdfund Insider, these guys are the crowdfunding industry leaders when it comes to crowdfunding media coverage. If you visit the site you will see that they do a number of different thing in the crowdfunding space, they are highly ranked in all of the things that they do. This article is more than an article about gaming, a particular CC, or a crowdfunding start-up, this article is actually represents a bridge between the CC world and the CF world. Their target audience is extremely limited and highly focused, the audience is essentially made up of two types of people: campaign organizers and campaign donors. If you look at the DNA of a CF organizer, a CF donor, and a CC speculator you will see very little difference because we are all cut from the same cloth, we are all: visionaries, strivers, investors, adventurers, gamblers, thinkers, creators, doers, motivators, leaders ... etc ... you know what I'm talking about because you are one too. That article represents a CC story being told in a foreign CF land as such we should do what we can to support our story in their land so that more of them are encouraged and inspired to know more about our world. I strongly encourage all that reads this message to write a comment at the article, mention any CC you wish but make sure that you draw positive attention to the article so that the CF people will be motivated to learn more about the CC industry. please tweet I know you guys have been happy about this but as a heads-up, the coverage is pretty much automated. Has nothing to do with the sites liking the idea or supporting it... automated? what is automated? please elaborate ranlo thanks CrowdFundInsider did the research on HYPER, GP and PICISI, added new images, and modified the article. That was definitely NOT automated! Also I know from my experience running the HYPER PR campaigns that different sites do publish different articles depending on the content. That is because of a HUMAN editor. PR is very important for any serious project ranlo

New HYPER wallet 1.5.3.2 update is out for Windows and Linux to remove the legacy warning message, compress the blockchain, add checkpoints, and some other security updates! IF YOU ARE UPGRADING FROM THE OLDEST 1.5.0 HYPER WALLET VERSION YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE BOOTSTRAP AS THE BLOCKCHAIN HAS BEEN COMPRESSED IN THE NEWER WALLET VERSIONS! YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE NEWER VERSION OF THE BLOCKCHAIN. ALWAYS BACKUP WALLET.DAT FIRST!
Official HYPER GitHub repo has been updated:
https://github.com/HYPERcrypto/Hyper
New wallet download:
https://github.com/palmd/Hyper/releases/tag/1.5.3.2 REMEMBER IT IS ALWAYS GOOD PRACTICE TO BACKUP YOUR WALLET.DAT FROM HYPER FOLDER IN %APPDATA% TO YOUR DESKTOP BEFORE UPGRADING TO A NEWER WALLET VERSION. DO THIS BEFORE UPGRADING TO THE NEW WALLET TO AVOID ANY POSSIBLE PROBLEMS! SEARCH FOR "%APPDATA%" IN WINDOWS SEARCH, THEN GO TO -> HYPER FOLDER -> THEN COPY WALLET.DAT TO YOUR DESKTOP TO HAVE A BACKUP OF WALLET.DAT.
New bootstrap primarily for new users who need to have their wallet fully synced fast. Also very useful if you are installing HYPER again on a new machine / fresh install. Please follow the instructions below BEFORE using the bootstrap!
IF YOU ARE UPGRADING FROM THE OLDEST 1.5.0 HYPER WALLET VERSION YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE BOOTSTRAP AS THE BLOCKCHAIN HAS BEEN COMPRESSED IN THE NEWER WALLET VERSIONS! ALWAYS BACKUP WALLET.DAT FIRST!:
https://github.com/palmd/Hyper/releases/download/1.5.3.1/Hyper_Bootstrap_1154042.zip
How to use bootstrap:
New users: To create a Hyper directory, simply run then close Hyper software.
To import from bootstrap:
1. Make sure HYPER is not running. 2. IMPORTANT! If you have a previous install, Backup wallet.dat or directory to your desktop in a new folder so it is safe: (default) Windows c:/users/username/appdata/roaming/Hyper/ 3. Copy bootstrap.dat to the default HYPER directory (or custom if you changed it) Windows c:/users/username/appdata/roaming/Hyper/ 4. Run HYPER, you should see a message saying "Importing bootstrap blockchain Data" on splash screen or see a hyper logo in your bottom right taskbar. If not, you didn't place file in proper directory. ( 5. HYPER will now load from bootstrap file, this process will take 2 to 12+ HOURS , or longer, depending on hardware. 6. The splash may disappear, But, you'll see the icon in your lower right task-bar, just let it run until its done. 7. When done loading bootstrap let HYPER catch up with the network, you'll see checkmark bottom right of software when done.

Do me a favor, go into your qt console and call 'getpeerinfo' and list some of the peers you have listed with your connections.
List all 4 if you are connected to 4 peers.
Allright I got 4 nodes! "addr" : 68.246.2.180:23462
"addr" : 199.68.199.33:23462
"addr" : 70.173.102.143:23462
"addr" : 92.222.38.197:23462 My wallet is still syncing and staking fine. I'll update the recommended .conf in the OP as well. Will also get a few more nodes deployed ASAP. EDIT new recommended .conf settings: server=1 daemon=1 listen=1 maxconnections=1024 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcport=23461 addnode=104.131.17.78 addnode=198.199.94.134 addnode=68.246.2.180:23462 addnode=199.68.199.33:23462 addnode=70.173.102.143:23462 addnode=92.222.38.197:23462
Thanks. That did the trick.. Now others will need to add those nodes as well who aren't already connected to one or more of those peers. It's also possible there might be some people on some forks but if you update the .conf file on the ANN people will get caught up. I suggest regularly updating the ANN .conf file with new peers from time to time and removing old ones as well unless there are a lot of people on the network and theres been a long period of stability. Thanks yes I will definitely keep it updated. We'll have another few nodes as well coming soon. I may as well remove those first 2 dead nodes from the recommended .conf now.

Downloaded the wallet but it won´t start to sync. Any ideas? You can try adding this to GoldPieces.conf: server=1 daemon=1 listen=1 maxconnections=1024 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcport=23461 addnode=104.131.17.78 addnode=198.199.94.134 My GP wallet is syncing fine though and super fast - please try leaving the wallet on and it will start syncing after a little while. The first time you open the wallet it may need a few minutes, up to 15 minutes even or more, to find the nodes. Do you have other wallets on your PC as well that are working? If it doesn't start syncing after being open for 15 minutes your firewall may be blocking GP. I will get some more nodes up soon as well, not that this is 100% necessary as the network is fine but it will help people connect to the nodes and network faster. EDIT: please keep me updated as well on how it goes for you! I am having the same issue. Unable to sync. I'm using the .conf file as well and have left the wallet open for several hours and don't get any connections. That's really strange as my wallet right now is synced up fine and has 4 connections to the network. I'm even staking some GP as I type this. Are you using windows? Is your firewall software blocking GP from connecting? Please give me some more information as I want to solve this issue for you ASAP. I'm also going to get 3 more GP nodes deployed ASAP as well.
