Looks like you can do nothing regarding that matter even on exchanger they have a warning message like "if you put coins other than (coin specified) you lost your deposit". It's sad but unfortunately you lost your eth.
NO NO you are wrong they are giving this warning just for the safety of the users but the exchange can divert that coin back to the sent address or you can give your ETH addres and they will transfer it for you. As i have seen lot of new users in liqui have faced same problem and they opened the support ticket and got solved their problem. |

Yes,bitcoin is nothing less than a blessing to unemployed people.It has given a new earning opportunity to them.It makes them financially free and it improves their standard of living.People even belonging to poor countries also benefit from bitcoin.It indirectly helps for the progress of a nation by solving unemployment problem.
Definitely it is a blessing for those people that are unemployed that wants to earn very good amount. And for the people who are employed they are also thinking if they can shift into bitcoin and forget their current jobs. Driving to bitcoin or riding the bus of bitcoin is one of the best decision a person will do. I am one of the person who have taken bitcoin earning as full time and now i am earning more then what i use to get in my daily life job. Their are lot of ways to earn through this forum if you work hard you can earn very nicely. What you are telling is good i dont agree that relying fully on bitcoin is not good because you should have day job let it be small pay but what if tomorrow bitcoin dies that time if you search a job you wont get and then it will become worse. So it think having both option is good and consider bitcoins as long time investment just like mutual fund. |

In my own opinion both trading altcion and holding bitcion are profitable although trading involves a lot of experience and some times not really meant for everybody despite its profitability potential. I believe holding bitcoin is more risk free to those who are not good in trading altcion or crypto currency in general.
What you told is correct that holding bitcoin is the very good option as you can see that bitcoin is reaching all highs and price is moving high but we cannot say it is risk free because what if the price drops in long time like sudden their is some bad news and views , then the price will drop so it is risky in both option trading or holding. |

Hey all. I would like to know this. We all know bitcoin got well know a while back. But it wasn't until this year when bitcoin hit 1000 dollars when everyone became aware of it. Then it went up more and more etc. I did not know much about any other coins besides litecoin. I had no clue there were so many coins etc.
Well what i want to know is when exactly did all these altcoins got so popular but most importantly, were there lot of discussions of altcoins before bitcoin hit 1000 dollars? Because had i know about these altcoins, i probably would have gotten a good bit of them at low prices. I had no clue litecoin was so low price at the start of this year. Basically every altcoin in the top 25 etc has went up a lot where you could have made so much money etc.
It is because their are some altcoins which are worth to hold for long and they are working very good with lot of projects, and as everyone said altcoins are mostly created to make money fast buy pump and dump. |

I recently purchased bitcoin with the intention of spreading the investement in 10 altcoins which i have researched and then leave the scene because this investment is for the long term.
However im seeing that bitcoin is still increasing in price, should I wait until bitcoin price stabilizes until investing?
And one thing I didn't consider was that should I keep some bitcoin in the end instead of investing all in altcoins?

Within one day you can see the price have jumped 10% so i think you should keep 50% of your investment in bitcoin itself and balance 50% you can split in 10 altcoins of your wish as they will be in low rate so that when bitcoin dump starts this coin should be the balance to go high. |

In which way you are saying because what ever i got is all i earned by signature campaign, doing tasks never bought any btc, ya but once i enrolled in a bounty a new coin and that coin listed and price went very high that i got profit for 0.8btc profit on that bounty and that was the biggest profit i made.

I got a rate of around 0.12 BTC on HitBTC earlier today after much stress and agonizing  BTW, HitBTC seems shady to me, no verification, not even my name to transact for, lets just say 10k+ worth of BCH  All in all I'm happy, probably could've gotten more by playing around maybe even waiting but why risk it. Any other success stories? I think that only time is going to prove whether the decision was successful or not, I have a firm believe that the price will rise very soon and i believe that it's too soon to write it off, there is currently a lot of people who supports the currency very much. sorry you are right the version is 2.9.2 only and what you are telling that i have done it but the wallet is not opening fully as their are no nodes and in the lower right i have de selected the "Select server automatically" but their is no other server list to select manually.
Are you behind a proxy or a firewall? Click on the server tab and right click on any of the servers and click "Use as server". Does it work? Hurray, my problem solved, Thank you for help, I just uninstalled the wallet and reinstalled newly and then as you told it i deselected the server and after some time it automatically dont know it got some nodes and it got connected and now i am able to access my wallet.

Yes i use to trade in almost all exchanges and this is due to not all altcoins are listed in one exchange so where ever my altcoins are listed i have to go to that exchange and trade. But due to this i can also know that how much good are this exchanges and whether to trade with them or not in the future.
