Why do people still fall victims to obvious scams? Especially on twitter people are still sending bitcoin to traders, no one is a perfect trader, do not send bitcoin or other coins to people to trade for you, its stupid and foolish idea
When there is a new market people will not be knowing about everything in it and scammers will take advantage of the ignorance and most of the people who got scammed are mostly elderly or who are not having any tech proficiency and only with awareness we will get rid of these scammers.

Pls stop, there is no such thing as easy money, its either you learn or you quit or else you will keep losing money
There is no easy money and everyone who fell victim are just too illiterate about the bitcoin market.

When we give someone as supreme power and no power to oppose the decision from the ruling party to opposition party then these things will happen.
If some snatch the power in the name of fake patriotism and in a country where majority of the voters are illiterate who likes to hear good words from every politicians and on top of that if patriotism is used to get the voters motivated during the elections what more can we expect.

Just be patient and show what we can do on the voting day until that no one can save us. Cheesy
I am expecting any turn of events to show patriotism during the next election and the dumb fold people will forget everything else and vote for the current political players once again. Even if majority of the people are able to see the fake patriotism showcased by these politicians the voting majority things otherwise because they might be getting a few thousand rupees on the day of voting and that is how the voting bank works.
503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 22, 2019, 05:22:13 PM
If you are a true cricket lover than you should follow all the leagues and watch all the matches. The ones you missed can be viewed later on you tube but ideally you should watch all the match in full Live. This shows our dedication and true love for the cricket.
I too really wanted to follow the religion pretty close but time is not allowing me to follow my religion and that is the biggest problem, glad that you are having the time to watch every match and there is a time for everything when you are young and so enjoy the time you have right now because life becomes tough when you grow up  Wink.

Who in the world have the time to watch all the matches live and in full ? No one has this much spare time. Even people these days do not have time to sit 9 hrs in front of TV to watch the whole 100 overs ODI and you are saying to watch all the matches  Shocked
There are people who follow cricket as a religion who stream the matches in their mobile even when you are at the office, most of the time what i have seen is people from India watching the matches where India is playing and not the rest of the countries.
504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 22, 2019, 04:09:18 PM
From a tough position when Kohli got out, India pulled back and now overcame a run out scare and India just need 1 more runs to win the match and the series and now the scores are level and even though the opening partnership was really great but India had to play carefully in the end to take the match closer, West Indies batted really well in the last ten overs to put up a challenging total.

Edit: India has won the match when the third umpire called a no ball when the scores were tied.

So what does this really mean, India planning to completely ban bitcoin and they will put traps to loot anyone who invested in cryptocurrency Roll Eyes.
What ever it may be it is a foolish move to invade your privacy and put traps to get your wealth and are these even legally possible, ban a global currency and plan to loot them in the name of illegality Roll Eyes.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH - Going to 70$? on: December 22, 2019, 02:35:38 PM
what i think about ETH is this 120$ level is the lowest and we will seeing pump soon ,either before halving or after but one thing i am certain that eth will climbs up again.
There is nothing wrong in having a huge expectation, i understand the hype is because there is a major upgrade coming up in ETH but the problem is that whether the upgrade will change anything in the economic stand point is a big question, there are doubts whether they will be implementing all the upgrades as planned or they will be delaying it, so there is a lot of uncertainty in that aspect too, so the possibility of the market to go down is realistic.

Yes, correct as you say.  Bitcoin has experienced a slight increase in prices, but until the end of 2019 bitcoin hasn't been able to bounce back after the bearish events that occurred throughout 2018, everyone expects BTC to recover and stabilize in 2019, and be able to repeat achievements  like in 2017.
Hopefully in 2020 institutional investors will soon enlarge the market again, and make big changes in the market, so that BTC will get its legitimacy back.
It is hard to expect the market to touch the all time high valuation every couple of years, everyone is expecting a rally after the halving is because the market used to soar after the halving and that is a four years cycle and we saw that kind of cycle in the past and that is what is expected this time too, it was not a bad market this year and the legitimacy of bitcoin does not depend upon the price but the security and the scaling solutions gives bitcoin the legitimacy, you might have a different opinion but that is what i think and hence i am a bitcoiner.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP may crash 80% per Wyckoff Schematic analysis on: December 20, 2019, 06:00:07 PM
Usually i will not look at predictions as all are just bullshit, but when it comes to XRP and if someone says that it will crash then it is not a big surprise as it might die off eventually as these centralized shit cannot survive for a long period of time and i used to wonder how come a coin like XRP lasted this long but i am not expecting it to die off completely but the price might take a big blow in the long run.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: December 20, 2019, 05:32:11 PM
During 2019 there were no major changes experienced by cryptocurrency, even towards the end of the year the price of bitcoin and altcoin declined.  Conditions like these are very worrying, moreover the selling value in the market is increasing because almost some people sell their crypto assets to welcome Christmas and the new year.
2020 will open a new page, hopes to change things are still wide open, if the market is able to make a new breakthrough, it is likely that bad days experienced by cryptocurrency will end soon.
I doubt whether you were following the market, the price of bitcoin was well below $4k and the price has risen this year and went over $13k and you think that is not a big movement after the bearish trend, i am not following the alt coins market and hence i am not able to tell anything much about it but i am sure the top coins moved along side bitcoin, i am not expecting any huge changes in the next few months either and we might see a huge rally by 2021 but not before that.
510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 20, 2019, 05:10:24 PM
Coming to the SL Vs Pak match, Srilankans really surprised me considering at one stage they were trail by 100+ plus runs losing 5 wickets and then managed to make a lead of 80 runs. Currently, Pak are trail only by 23 runs without losing any wickets, so if they could manage a lead over 300 runs, I guess they'll be able to win this game.
Pakistan should bat for a long time to have save the match, they had a good start but they need to play the entire day to control the match and if the pitch starts to spin in the final two days then Pakistan can have an advantage as it will be difficult to score easily but for that they need to first put a decent total on the board and hopefully we will see a good match in the next three days.
511  Local / India / Re: What's you view on the court case ongoing in Supreme Court-Positive or Negative? on: December 20, 2019, 01:32:23 PM

Delaying the case is indeed giving us a breather, no doubt about it! But exchanges won't be able to function legally in India because the ban of RBI is still in force. So if your bank suspects that you are using cryptos and liquidating it throught the banking channel, they will be more than happy to freeze your account with all funds in it and you can't do anything to uplift the restriction legally!
The exchanges cannot function without having the permission to function but how can a bank freeze your account suspecting that you are trading in virtual currency, i do not see any notification that says that anyone trading in virtual currency will have their accounts frozen, i have checked all the banks terms of service and i do not see any and i have not heard about anyone complaining that their accounts got frozen because the bank suspect he is trading in virtual currency.

However, looking at the current situation around NRC and CAA, I don't think the crypto case will be heard by the supreme court anytime soon!
This is not a surprise, i do not expect a verdict through the legal system anytime soon.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 20, 2019, 12:42:00 PM
One thing that I like about Kohli is that he is in good terms with almost all the players, partly because of his long association with them. If the captaincy is given to some other player, then he may not be able to maintain the same level of bonding. Commanding the players may be difficult for Rohit, because he doesn't have the same level of respect from the other team members, that Virat enjoys.
I have no idea what you are trying to tell here, Rohit Sharma is a senior in the limited over format than Virat Kohli and he is the captain of Mumbai Indians and why is there an issue between the players and Rohit, they both have a level of respect and i do not see any different groups in the team and if that happens then India cannot perform well like this for a long time and during the absence of Kohli, Rohit is the captain and he does have a good record.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 19, 2019, 04:08:36 PM
Agree with this, because he is doing exceptional work as captain for Mumbai Indians franchise for many more years so he can able to lead the team, kohli also been captain for RCB too long but not much successive on it.
The main difference is that Virat Kohli performs better as a captain and we never had a captain who shines when the pressure of captaincy is them, Sachin was never the same when he was the captain and so does many but in the IPL Kohli is a disappointment because he is not a better captain in the T20 format as i consider Dhoni as the best captain ever and he will find something out of nothing when you need a wicket and there will be no other captain like that ever again.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Cuban hating on bitcoin... Watch this guy's response lol on: December 19, 2019, 03:26:50 PM
The point with ICO is legit, it should be heavily regulated to avoid the scams as there were billions of dollars of scam to for everyone to see the real bullshit behind those we need to loose money, but Mark Cuban as an investor just went bogus on telling a fact on everything and the commentator had the best comments and he is a good debater and i would like to see Mark Cuban and all the negative people of that spectrum who are against bitcoin for bullshit reason in a live debate.

You are right. None of the Indian players are allowed to play in franchise T20 leagues outside India. If they wish to do so, then they should retire from the domestic and international cricket and do so (similar to what players such as Zaheer Khan and Yuvraj Sigh have done). But in my opinion, this is a very repressive move from the BCCI.
BCCI is the most powerful and financially sound board in the world and they decide what they want Wink.

~
Well... this is not right, IMO. The IPL is truly a global league, with more than a hundred overseas players participating in it. There are instances when some of these players miss their national duty because of their commitment to the IPL. The players are benefiting from this, as their IPL salaries are manytimes what their national board would pay. But at the same time, the other cricket boards suffer due to the unavailability of these players.
Because of the high pay scale they are playing in the IPL, hundreds of overseas players are playing in the IPL but how many Indian players are playing in the franchise T20 leagues abroad ?. None of the Indian players are playing because they cannot because of the contract they signed with the BCCI.

Under these circumstances, is it correct for the BCCI to ban Indian players from participating in the foreign T20 leagues? We all know that their real intention is to cut back the popularity of these leagues (such as the Big Bash League and the Caribbean Premier League) in India, and to prevent these leagues from raking in valuable TV revenues.
Yes the players are under BCCI contract and they can restrict the players and they are doing that if you are not aware of it.
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 19, 2019, 12:22:23 PM
Looks like SL is going to gain another 60 points easily. Pakistan bowled out for 191 and SL are currently trailing by 172 runs. Pakistan bowlers will have to come up with some magic to restrict the SL batsmen. And then the Pak batsmen have to do their job, which I don't expect to happen  Undecided
Sri Lanka still trail by 130 runs and they lost three wickets already and the match depends upon how the Pakistan bowlers were able to pick the wickets in the morning session where i think will be swinging because of the cold climate i suppose and i hope they are playing the last session as the Sri Lankan captain has sent out a night watchman Embuldeniya.
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 18, 2019, 04:54:18 PM
@7788bitcoin it is true that it looks like a script that India is creating interest by loosing one match so that the fans will have a good time and the gamblers will have a good value in one match so that everyone is happy  Tongue. The game plan is always simple, the bowling is not up to the mark as the pitches are flat and there is nothing the bowlers can do about it, if India is able to score a huge total they will win if not they will loose and they know that well and India lost the matches where they lost the toss, so there is a correlation in that aspect too as today too they lost the toss but they were determined to win the match by scoring a target that they will not chase.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: December 18, 2019, 03:52:54 PM
Two months to go and the build up is great I just hope fans and bettors will not be disappointed just like what happen to the Joshua Ruiz rematch, where it did not live to expectation, because Ruiz has been busy eating all he can going to the match, and some people call him scammer for not going to the fight well prepared.
When you have Tyson Fury in the mix then you will have an entertaining pre match build up as he is good in the microphone and he will elevate the opponents as well, the pre match built up of Joshua and Ruiz was not that entertaining and we all know the reason as Joshua was coming back after his first professional loss and everyone will make excuses after a defeat and it is not a new thing.
519  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: Citizenship Amendment Bill and NRC - Good or bad for India? on: December 18, 2019, 01:23:51 PM
This bill on its own is very less productive. The only reason why BJP introduced this bill is for political gain. In short, it's a political stunt to impress Hindus.
But is it right to oppose bill through protests and all? No! I would suggest people remain calm and don't react much to this bill (or act now) because although act is not doing any greater good and is surely biased but on the other hand, it isn't even doing wrongful to anyone. So why so much anger?
If the elected representatives are not doing their job and if an elected government try to create chaos then the people will protest, historically we gained freedom by peaceful and violent protest against the British and now you are telling that these protest should not be done even when they are doing things against the secular constitution of India more over the protest are peaceful but the government is trying to make it appear as if these are violent protest to silence everyone and that cannot happen in India, this is a democracy which believes in secularism and if some stupid ideology is imposed by some the entire country will not ring to that tune.
520  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: Citizenship Amendment Bill and NRC - Good or bad for India? on: December 18, 2019, 12:45:34 PM
Nothing is going to change because of the mass protest. Supreme court might set aside the act as it is unconstitutional. But I am sure that Modi and Amit Shah were already aware about the possibility of a judicial review, when they passed the unconstitutional bill.
The judiciary is the final resolution for these unconstitutional bill as we as Indians  have to uphold our country and its constitution, Pakistan was created because they wanted a country on religious terms and BJP as a political movement were no where representing India in the freedom struggle as they were with the British and now they want to change history and constitution of India which cannot be accepted.

IMHO, they aren't even interested in giving citizenship to the refugees as they claim to be, all they are interested is the vote bank.. 95+ crore Hindus and 5+ crore other religious members (Christians, Sikhs, Jains, Parsis and Bhuddists). To these communities, now Modi and Amit Shah are their saviours. Even if SC strikes down CAB, Modi and Amit Shah will be happy as they have achieved their hidden agenda.
I agree with this completely, they knew that there will be strikes and uncertainty all over the country and it is their hidden agenda to create uncertainty in India and the prime example was the organized attack by the Delhi police to burn the buses and then blame those in the name of protestors and to silence every protest.
