541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Project 2020, suddenly stopped! on: April 09, 2020, 01:26:32 PM
recently I saw the best prize projects in 2020 (INSURE) and tokens (SURE) already registered on the CoinmarketCap website.
- 1 SURE = $0.015725   Roll Eyes
but suddenly the project stopped for a reason??

How do you feel? especially for prize hunters who have participated in the Insure Project from the start?
why does a good project always end like this?
Even if they have value already, we cannot tell yet that they are best project out there and the stop of their bounty campaign maybe because of the condition of the market in which it will not favor them. Knowing the market condition, it suddenly crashes pretty bad maybe because of pandemic effect and they will have difficulty in getting some investors in this moment if they will continue the campaign.

This year 2020 is pretty much the same to 2019 in which there are only very few projects who was able to obtain their goal but 90% of the project likely end up as shit projects or scam projects in the end. But if the market will be able to bounce back in third quarter this year then we can expect to see good projects to pop up so it will be better if you will just forget to what happen in insure project and make sure to support a good project next time.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For newbies only on: April 09, 2020, 12:52:41 PM
I'm sure that those who are into crypto since last year knew that downloading new mobile wallet from play store can be dangerous, well this is for newbies who just entered crypto space this year, most top popular mobile wallets have fakes built by scammers too, before you download any wallet find its website and download through the link instead
Play store have some rules and regulations before they will list some apps so there is a very less chance that scammers can penetrate but if there are dangerous wallets that were able to penetrate the apps store then it is best that we should be careful especially if we have huge money to store. But in my case, I only trust our local exchange mobile wallet and I didn't use any wallet in which I am not yet familiar with so I can safeguard my money.

Aside from that, I also make sure that I will not put that huge money in one wallet only so I can lessen my loses in case one of my wallet will be expose to scammers or hackers.
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto currency ready for next season??? on: April 09, 2020, 12:27:01 PM
After some surge in price value from the past few weeks the price is slowly increasing, Is that a sign of Bull??

BTC showed some positive signs followed by other altcoins, lookalike this is the best time for Investing before halving and we are almost nearing it. Guys if ETH goes above $150 I am sure it will bounce back harder...
It is not yet a good sign as we are still far from what we break last February which is 10k$ for bitcoin price and right now we are still at 7.1k$ but if the increase will continue then it will be better. And with regards to ETH price, it is already above 150$ so there is a good chance that it will bounce back harder if the pump will continue and there will be no big setbacks of it's price.

Maybe if we can hit 9k$ again for bitcoin price and 240$ for ETH price then we can say that it is a good sign already for the bull season to happen.

544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the bottom in? Shill your guaranteed investment? on: April 09, 2020, 02:36:45 AM
Corona, FED, dump, stocks crash, BTC -50%, wtf? ... uncharted waters .. what are you traders up to? Quarantined and looking at charts?
It's a matter of time that btc and other currencies will bounce back again especially if you are going to check the market as the prices are starting to move upward now from it's hard crash. If there will be no dump again then it was the bottom as -50% is a hard dump.

But traders know how follow the flow of the market, I am pretty many of them have cut their losses and recover their profit by buying again after the hard dump that happened. Guaranteed investment will only occur if you are planning to hold for a long term one especially that btc will not lost it's value easily as it will surely bounce back right after the crash.
545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: April 09, 2020, 12:42:26 AM
Have you known that there is an age restriction in gambling? But it is varied among the countries in the world. I have just checked in wikipedia that commonly someone can play gambling starting from the age of 15/16/18/19/20/21 years. It depends on where he lives, every country may have different regulation related to the age restriction. Below I classify some countries based on the age restriction:

Age 5: Malawi (Casino)

Age 15: Iceland (lottery)

Age 16: United Kingdom (Football pool, Scratchcards), Estonia (other), New Zealand (instant kiwi)

Age 18: Australia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Zealand (horse racing), Palau, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vanuatu, Albania, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, México, etc

Age 19: South Korea, Canada, USA

Age 20: New Zealand (Casino), Sweden (Casino), Japan, Nigeria

Age 21: Belgium, Estonia (Casino), Armenia, India, Lebanon, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines (casino), Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt, Namibia, Niger (casino), Bahamas, Saint Kitts and Nevis, US Virgin Islands (casino), USA, Macau

Age 23: Greece

Source & more detail information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambling_age#cite_note-27
Good information, I never thought that there will be other countries who let their people gamble even if they are still minor. In our country, you must be 18 and above in order to be allowed if you want to gamble in any type of games, lottery and etc.

Age 5 is the lowest and I am very surprised how the government of Malawi allowed it even if they have reason for it as they are encouraging the minors to gamble.
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you read about crypto? Favorite sources? on: April 08, 2020, 01:29:18 PM
Hi all,

Just out of curiosity... Where do you read about crypto?
What is/are your favorite source(s)?

My favorite sources are:
- This forum
- CoinDesk
- CoinTelegraph
- NewsBTC
- Twitter
- Reddit

Yours?

I am not that resourceful in terms of looking for a good article or news about crypto currencies but most of the time I read more in this forum and few in social media platforms like FB and twitter.

I also read some blogs from different website owners especially if there are some data that I want to validate and with regards to crypto data I always check coinmarketcap as it is the most reliable platform as of this moment compare to others. Data can be tampered easily especially if someone will pay for it to be tampered so I always double check everything that I read before considering it as a valid news or article.
547  Economy / Economics / Re: Good news for bitcoin from India, should other countries also follow the suit? on: April 08, 2020, 01:01:18 PM
In 2018, banking regulatory body in India issued a circular to the Indian banking and financial institutes to ban any trading in cryptocurrencies. The India's crypto-association moved to the court against this decision. As the case reached to the apex court of India, the verdict was eagerly awaited by both parties. Today the apex court has overturned the circular which banned crypto-trading. It stated that the decision from banking regulators was unconstitutional. This news will have a much needed positive effect to the Indian crypto-market. Respected companies which were active in trading are slowly resuming their services.

I personally think this should be considered as a ground-breaking decision which not only decriminalized crypto-trading but also gave much needed legal status to the crypto-currencies in India.
Do you think other countries should have similar approach to the crypto?

Reference: https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/supreme-court-allows-cryptocurrency-trading-cancels-rbis-2018-circular/articleshow/74470172.cms

It will be good if other country will think the same to what India has decided because every country has it's own unique regulation and views with regards to crypto currencies. In our country, crypto are not legal nor being banned as we can freely use crypto using our local exchange but I will happy if time will come that crypto will be considered as legal in our country so we have assurance to our crypto assets.

But I am sure that there will be other country that will follow the approach of India in terms of crypto currency as I saw a bright future of crypto.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is fake shit on: April 08, 2020, 12:15:34 PM
The whole Crypto industry is shit and absolute fraudulent.

Trade is a joke as you basically trading against the Exchange using their unlimited Tokens and your own Fiat against you.
No matter how many customers a Exchange have they are not all on at once so using their fake Volume its very easy to Trade against the few that is in any given room at one time.
Total Centralized Crime and fraud. I have no more faith in this shit ,its only a empty promise that attracts people to invest and then see their Funds held tight, while you try to fool yourself to look for patterns . Every avenue of Trade is now perfected by the Central crime syndicates creating Tokens just to dilute your buypower keeping control. Even BTC is their puppet.

Enjoy getting fleeced around every turn.
If not blatantly robbed you are Trading against them owning billions of Tokens ,Impossible. Any fool can get lucky but in the long haul you will lose.
The system is now to perfect its stupid.

The amount of movement available to them in Markets is stupid now. Every Order has immediate effects that cant be considered normal Trade only fake Volume Trade .
To Exchanges all over i say enjoy robbing the poor but you will have your day in the sun im sure many enemies you make

If you don't like to invest in crypto then no one forces you to invest especially if you think that whole crypto industry is fake or if you were scammed by some exchanges out there it is not good also to say that whole crypto is fake without any solid evidence.

If you can drop some solid evidence that the whole crypto is fake then we will be happy to look and check the validity of your evidence because as what I saw, you are only accusing the whole crypto industry as fake because you fall victim to some scam exchange. What I can say is, you can profit in crypto if you are wise and you will not act like a newbie but you can also loss your money if you will not be careful.
549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Addresses With 1 BTC Are On The Rise, As Bitcoin Exits Exchanges on: April 08, 2020, 12:05:32 PM
Bitcoin has had a rather interesting 2020 thus far. Following a crypto market crash in March, there appears to be a rise in addresses with 1 BTC. At the same time Bitcoin appears to be existing exchanges. According to Glassnode, Despite Bitcoins' volatility, Bitcoin holders seem to be withdrawing their bitcoin from exchanges.

So what is actually happening? This article may hold some of the answers: https://crypto-current.co/addresses-1-btc-rise-bitcoin-exits-exchanges/

It didn't mention also whether the exits from exchange were converted to fiat or the btc owner just transferred it to their safe wallet especially if they didn't trust the exchange in storing their money. I am only basing this from your statement that owners or the addresses that owns 1 btc are increasing so this might be the reason behind their exits.

Even with the crash, there is a big possibility that big investors are using the opportunity to buy more as they can easily profit by using the opportunity especially if they know that the market will surely to increase after the crash.
550  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin last forever? on: April 08, 2020, 10:50:59 AM
We see that's some of the cryptocurrencies ranking level are decreased such as dogecoin before it was ranked #4 but currently I think it doesn't listed even in top #10 ranking... So can bitcoin also decrease its rank in the future or it will remain #1 rank forever?.
Of course any currency can be replace easily especially if the currency in the bottom will likely to skyrocket the demand so we can say that other currencies have a chance to replace bitcoin someday as number 1 in the ranking if they will be doing their best. But if the investors will always favor bitcoin over other currencies the same to what is happening right now then we can say that bitcoin will always be at number 1 and it will last forever.

So in short, all will always depend to the investors especially the big investors out there if what currencies they like to support in the future because they can easily pump any currencies that they like if they want to.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Role of the crypto in the incoming global crisis on: April 08, 2020, 10:10:31 AM
What do you expect will be the role of bitcoin and altcoin in the upcoming global economic crisis?
i mean i read on several sites that the only way to face the next economic crisis will be to freeze and withdraw some amount of private equities.
In your opinion will this lead to a massive adoption of crypto? given the fact that they are unseizable and in the end bitcoin was born right to face the crisis of the global market of the 2008?
If so what is the best altcoin to buy and hold for the next five years?
You already stated that bitcoin was born to face the crisis in the global market therefore it is the best altcoin to buy and hold for the next five years base on your statement. But with regards to economic crisis and role of crypto, I still don't know whether crypto can solve this crisis.

But right now if I am going to stock a currency that I am going to hold for at least five years then I will surely choose the top 5 currencies as I want to play safe and the top 5 currency will not collapse that easily so I can assure that my investment will not be lost.
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any Casino with good Investment Returns? on: April 08, 2020, 06:38:10 AM
Hello everyone!

I used to be an investor in CryptoGames casino.
Some days ago they announced that they stop getting funds from individuals as they believe that this is not beneficial for their organization.
I didn't make a lot of profits thus I wasn't happy, but I think that I can try one more time to invest in a casino.

Do you know any online casinos that accepts funds from individuals and provide decent profits in return?
If their ROI is not that good then it will be best if you will just stop looking for them as most of the casinos will not ask for this kind of funding especially if they are a big company because their ROI will be reduce. I haven't tried this kind of investment yet and if their are available out there, it is like they are offering the individuals to buy some stocks to their companies and ROI will be divided base on how much you have invested.

This scenario is very similar to stock exchange if I understand correctly the situation. I love to see if there are any reputable casinos that offered this kind of investment plan because the risk in investing this kind of platform is not that high especially that it is very rare for casino owners to loss.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: characteristics of fraudulent projects on: April 08, 2020, 01:35:58 AM
when investors and the crypto community already believed, but the team said differently!
- The team did not respond well to the crypto community.
- The team is very shady and does not provide updates about their projects on the telegram & social media channels.
- The team plans to take a vacation
- The team blocked accounts one by one from each community who questioned about the development of the project.
- and finally you are banned in this group  Grin

it's so annoying, how you feel?  Roll Eyes
If I saw any sign of fraud in any project I usually stop supporting them in order to minimize my loss because if I will continue to support them I will just loss my time and effort. So I was unable to feel their existence that much but if I will be in that situation I will surely feed bad why I supported a bad project as I am not a type of person who blame the managers.

That characteristics that you have mentioned are the basic characteristics of a shit project but right now most of the scammers are improving their skills like they act like a genuine project but in the end they will just run the investors money.
554  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc:Could we expect a bigger push -up? on: April 08, 2020, 12:01:01 AM

Btc: Could we expect a bigger push-up?

Let's get back in the game, like i said earlier this weekend i took a long, my entries we're 6 710, 6 660, 6 610 & 6 580.

But why am i bullish?

1. Breakout from the hold downtrend channel

It's not the first time that it happened, but i still expect a good reaction from bulls.

After breaking on the 3d timeframe we saw a drop around 6 610 which was the broken resistance now turned into a support.

2. Halving vs Disbelief

From what i saw the majority lost more than 50% of their account in the last drop from 10.5k to 3.8k, we can see that a lot quit or are sitting in Usdt at the moment.

With Halving coming in a month it's the perfect moment to start pre-pumping Bitcoin. Which doesn't mean moon yet, but at least to see a normal correction from the drop.

3. Still be careful

My current strategy is to stay in the long until 7 710 - 7 975 (0.618 fibs), from there i would expect another drop around 5 300 (0.236 fibs).

If we get there, i will close my longs and will switch about 50 - 75% of my Btc position in Usdt, i don't want to miss the start of the wave up so i will always keep some Bitcoin.

If you're not in yet, i will add more around 6 870 - 6 820.

Cheers!
Btc is currently sitting at 7166 with negative 1.75% change in 24 hours, the price graph of the top 3 currency base on coinmarketcap are almost the same if you are going to check. A bigger push up will be expected if the big investors will start it because small investors can't do it by their own not only if their are countless small investors who will push the bitcoin price.

If the price will likely to hit to within your strategy 7.7k-7.9k, I cannot say that it will take that long to break the 8k especially that the halving is very near.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will stablecoins be the future of cryptocurrency? on: April 07, 2020, 01:38:02 PM
Everyday more and more payment providers accept stablecoins like USDT and USDC as payment. Will they be the future of crypto?

Yesterday PolisPay just added 3 stablecoins as payment for the first time.

https://twitter.com/PolisPayApp/status/1247319714130546689
This is what I saw also as most of the countries that will likely to create their own stable currencies in order to preserve the value of their digital money. There are few countries already that are planning or have launch their own local currency that will be use in their country so we can expect that in the future we will be using a stable currency if in case majority of the governments will not favor in using the existing crypto currencies out there.

But all of it will depend to the decision of every government and with regards to usdt and other stable currencies, there is a very less chance that they will be adapted by any country as their main payment system as most of the countries will likely to create their own in order to have a control of the said currency.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: April 07, 2020, 12:55:07 PM
i join a lot of air drops and still i dont know am i wasting my time or not! i saw a lot of scams and most of them after ending airdrop time ask for amount of eth or btc or they delay for payment!!! i wonder is there any good resource as site or channel  for good and reliable air drops or not?

UPDATE:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
so many of you call airdrops scam and i think its wrong .
1)airdrop have 0 risk witch most of them have
2)i know many of them are wasting time but not all of them
3)airdrop is not also free money in my opinion because 99% of them have referral system witch makes lets say even 1% to other people know that airdrop and that company
i join to many air drops for me was 70% 30% to get my tokens.
and from that 30% part i can sell 70% of them
i also looking for more good air drops and resource to decrease that 70% part.
also for people that dont have enough money to invest in crypto air drops are the best option i think.

UPDATE2:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
this week i join alot of airdrops . they were all telegram bots . and most(like 99% of them) of them ask for transaction fee as eth at the end of airdrop.
let me tell you what i think and who is going to win this game!!!!
those amount of eth is no money for anyone . but if i send that eth to that address thats 1 person.and now IF the airdrop wasnt scam i will get my tokens.and can i sell those tokens for good money???!?! no one knows !!!they will add token in exchanges and make a BIG GOOD NEWS about it in telegram channel!
now there is 2 possibilitys .1)u can sell them with moving them to exchange (also pay fee). 2)u must wait until the right time
about part 2.you just spend eth to get that air drop token witch means u lost small of your asset(eth).now think that it is not just you, there are more than 1000 people spending eth .WHATS HAPPEND?alot of people lost eth to 1 person(company).low amount+low amount+...=ALL FOR COMPANY!!!!

Frankly speaking in this type of market condition I can say that almost 100% of airdrops are a complete waste of time compare to the last peak of the market where the airdrop rewards will vary from 50$ or more. Most of the airdrop rewards right now will vary from less than 10$ and this will be deducted by the transaction fee or conversion fee if you receive a token as a reward.

Therefore I will conclude that as of this moment, airdrops are not that good to join but it will reverse someday once we will be hitting the bull season again as the project owner will surely award some huge amount of money to their supporters just to obtain their target/goals.

557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The sincere bounty managers should escrow bounty rewards on: April 07, 2020, 12:29:47 PM
I believe one better way of cleaning up the mess of scamming bounty hunters in this forum is for Bounty Managers to escrow bounty rewards either to themselves or with a trusted member.

Bargaining with project developers is a contractual agreement and so, a bounty manager among other things can and indeed should introduce escrow as condition for accepting to handle the bounty. And I believe this will help to flush out fake, ingenue and scamming bounty managers out, this place will be cleaned up.

This escrow is very possible as I have seen a bounty manager successfully doing that with at least two bounties that I know of, with escrow boldly stated. With this kind of escrowed bounties, you don't have a choice than to be committed and give in all because you are sure at the end, you will be rewarded accordingly, no waiting for exchange listing, launching of website crap stories, refilling of another form which will deny hunters who didn't see the information because they have moved on , or KYC.

So far, Julerz12 account as a manager has successfully done escrowed bounties. I guess two that I know of, below is their bounty thread links we can check :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5223521.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5208770

Other BM should adopt the escrowing bounty rewards style

Many are adapting the escrow of bounty rewards but they cannot force the project owner if they didn't want to and if the bounty manager will insist to ask for an escrow of bounty rewards the project owner can easily replace him or find other bounty manager that can run the bounty campaign without escrow.

Most of the bounty managers will just accept the terms of the project owner especially if they are paying a good amount of money for running the bounty campaign. So as a bounty hunter, it is our duty to double check any bounty campaign that were being launch so we can avoid those shit projects or scam projects out there and it is not a good habit to blame the bounty manager alone.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT trusted to use? on: April 07, 2020, 11:55:45 AM
Currently, USDT daily trading volume is over the Bitcoin trading volume and fourth highest market cap according to Coinmarketcap. My opinion is We can't trust the centralized stable coin to keep the money. Also, news around the USDT is not good, and it may be shut down by the authorities.

What is your opinion about the USDT coin?

I use the DAI to keep the stable value & will shift to the SAI in the near future where the money I'm not investing.
USDT has been around for almost six years already and it is in a good rank base on coinmarketcap so for me I can trust this currency to convert any of my assets especially if the market will likely to go down pretty bad. Putting our assets in stable coin is the best option to make sure that our money is safe from losing it's value and we can just buy back any currency that we like if we feel that it is a good time to buy.

Do you have any legit information about your allegation that it will be shutdown by the authorities so we can also check whether it is genuine or only a fake news to bring down USDT. Because it is a big problem if your allegation is correct because as you can see there are 6,361,032,509 circulating supply of this currency and it will be a big loss of money if this currency will shut down.
559  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: April 07, 2020, 11:19:29 AM
For the people in this community that understand spanish, I wanted to share this video I created yesterday comparing the current situation with the different crisis we had in the last 100 years.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs5Yyvih14M&list=PLz_NVO61eqw70kA4Z9z854OoyibpDpOuq&index=2

Do you think it will be uglier than the others?

All feedback is welcome to keep improving!:)

If vaccine will not be develop as soon as possible then this crisis will likely continue for years for sure especially that there are countries who are very stubborn in following the rules and regulations that were implemented by their government in order to lessen the affected persons.

It will be uglier than others of course if nothing will stop the virus and I am hoping that we will not reach to this kind of situation where millions of people will die because of this virus.

560  Economy / Economics / Re: Oil price War will Bring real War soon in Middle east on: April 07, 2020, 10:57:13 AM
Oil Price War willl Bring real War!

Oil Price Will be a lot More expensive then Now Wink

War Will start about soon...  I would Say in 7 Days.
If the war will not escalate that much like the big countries will not participate in their war if it will happen then we have nothing to worry about it. Though it can effect the oil price but I am sure that big countries will find a way in order to either limit the damage of their war or put a sanction to their countries so they will be force to stop the war.

But let's just hope that it will not happen so we can live a peaceful life especially that we are currently facing a pandemic as of this moment, it will be a big burden if war will follow even if the pandemic is still there.
