In Virwox they deal with Linden Dollars (SLL) so you need to deposit the BTC. Change BTC to SLL and then change SLL to USD and withdraw with the PayPal method.
The only problem with Virwox is they will nail you with heavy fees.

People only get this frustrated mentality when they approach gambling for the wrong reasons which is usually for profits. If you use 100 mbtc to gamble, pretend that money is gone and if you win  but if you lose oh well it wasn't your day. Entertainment only!! Plus gamble in table games or sports you know and winning percentage will go up. |

Not going to vote because I don't think any Sportsbook was an overwhelming favorite.
I liked what DirectBet did by adding a Casino and wallet to the site. I also liked Nitrogen's promotions although their customer support as declined while DB's has always been very strong.
Cloudbet can be useful at times for live betting but do not like the way it confirms your wager during live bets.
