If google is evil, who is the saint? Is there a saint at all? Before we have a search engine saint, we will have to choose a lesser evil.
542  Economy / Speculation / Re: The next crash on: May 16, 2014, 09:24:29 AM
It is easy to interpolate a peak. More important is where and when is the bottom. I am sure you will say now. I hope it is the bottom now, but I feel it might not be.
543  Other / Politics & Society / Re: David Cameron: Taxes will rise unless we can raid bank accounts on: May 15, 2014, 09:43:23 AM
If a person owes taxes, and have the money in their bank account, gov should be allowed to take the money out of his account, instead of wasting time and money in courts or raising taxes. This is a different issue to the one in Cyprus.

545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you spend bitcoin if you do not earn bitcoin? on: May 14, 2014, 09:36:14 AM
it is not a good move to use fiat money to buy bitcoin and then spend the bitcoin as it will turn out to be more expensive and ineffective

If your local fiat exchange rate is falling against other major fiat currency. It is a good idea to buy Bitcoin. Purchasing power of Bitcoin will rise compared to your local fiat.
546  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese banks suspend Bitcoin trade on: May 14, 2014, 09:25:27 AM
Bitcoin is a global phenomenon, not only for China. China played its part and it is time to move on. There are huge markets in other parts of the world, like Africa and South America.
547  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The price is going low on: May 14, 2014, 09:17:34 AM
Bitcoin prices need to stablise at a low level after the bubble. I think this is good for bitcoin in long run.
548  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 3D Printer for Bitcoin on: May 13, 2014, 10:37:39 AM

550  Economy / Services / Re: Selling Bitcoin Blockchain on DVDs. on: May 12, 2014, 11:46:20 AM
I think it is a good idea to buy the blockchain on DVD because it takes weeks to download the blockchain on a slow computer. It is better if you can offer monthly update DVDs at a minimal fee too.

if a few basic requirements are not met you might get the invalid cashout error.

What are the basic requirements? Is it a combination of number of bets, total wagered?

"tonight at around 8AM" a typo? Cheesy

554  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp Transaction Fee Fraud - Charging up to 1.16% transaction fee. on: May 07, 2014, 10:31:34 AM
Fees should be charged per buy or sell order, not by each split up transaction. It will not be difficult to change it. Having developed an exchange, changing fee structure should be trivial. Bitstamp do not want to make changes because they will make less money from fees. The only way to pressure them to make modifications is to stop using Bitstamp.
555  Economy / Economics / Re: Hypothetically, if a large enough gold deposit was found, could it cause economi on: May 07, 2014, 08:36:27 AM
Much of gold's price comes from energy costs. Analyst usually estimate cost of gold from oil prices. If a large deposit was found, and oil prices is high, gold mining and production would remain slow.

Stunna's reply to my PM:

Try placing a few 100 satoshi bets and then cashing out. This is part of our anti faucet botter measures.

I then made a dozen of bets, and still it gave me the same error. And I made another dozen of bets, and my cashout went through without problem. Hope this can help you and others having the problem. Smiley

This did not work for me. I made 30 bets 100 satoshis each, and still has this "invalid bitcoin address" error. Are there many people having the same problems?
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the MSc of Digital currency ? on: May 05, 2014, 08:35:26 PM
Better to a master in information technology related rather than just on digital currency. The bitcoin businesses is not going to employ you because you completed a crypto master, they take you in because you are skilled.
