541  Local / Press & News from India / Re: Indian Govt. committee is proposing 10 years jail for dealing in crypto on: December 13, 2019, 01:50:14 PM
There was news about introducing a law on cryptocurrency in the Parliament's winter session. Not sure what happened or is happening on that front?
There was a rumor that they will be having the session about crypto in the parliament but they changed that last month i think as they delayed that in Lok Sabha and the lower house of India’s parliament and in hindsight it is a good decision as the lobbying parties are trying to convince the stupid government about the merits of the new market and they have to view this with an open mind rather than shutting an innovation that cannot be shut down.

I agree that Pant needs to be replaced soon though I do not agree that Dhoni won't return since the upcoming T-20 World Cup could be his final tournament.
India has given more chances for Pant to perform and i think the pressure to replace Dhoni is affecting his performance, once he understand that he is not going to replace a legendary player like Dhoni then he might play without pressure, he is also missing catches as a keeper and we have much better wicket keepers than him right now and we need to give others a chance rather than putting more pressure on Pant.

Ashwin is excelling in the T-20 format these days since I hear stories of him performing extremely well in small T-20 leagues these days which is why I fail to see why he shouldn't be brought back into the squad since Kuldeep and Chahal are out of form these days.
I would like to see him play in T20 format and see how he performs, if there is IPL before the world cup and if some of the players perform well in that then there is a possibility that they could be selected for the world cup squad.
543  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: Citizenship Amendment Bill and NRC - Good or bad for India? on: December 13, 2019, 06:43:53 AM
I don't have much deeper knowledge about these things.
But what I read was 11 years changed to 5 years so anyone from the mentioned 3 countries can be natural Indian citizen if they can stay longer than 5 years but except Muslims. So again these things happening for political benefits not for any good cause.
The funny things about this bill is that you decide you are a non Muslim then you are entitled to become a citizen but is shows a different light about the state of the nation to the world as it is aiming forward the religious fundamentalism rather than upholding the constitution of secularism as we as a country allows all kind of religion and respect other cultures but this fundamentalist idea should not be entertained.
544  Local / India / Re: Self-styled Indian Guru has floated his own country allowing CryptoCurrency on: December 12, 2019, 03:53:38 PM
Which is why I mentioned Mormonism. Committed a crime? Build a cult around you and grow it large enough that you become untouchable.

I bet there's still some people who'll fall for this. The money is likely gonna used to pay for his lawsuit.
He is trying to do that literally but if he comes back to India he will be spending a lot of time in jail as there are many controversies against him and from what i remember he became notorious for his leaked video tape with an actress while the rest of his followers considers him god  Cheesy. The level of stupidity that comes from him makes even a kid laugh, just view his videos and you will understand his level of craziness  Cheesy.

Labuschagne is going to become the backbone of Australian batting in the near future. He is just 25 years old, and has another 10-12 years to make a few batting records for himself. And let's not forget the fact that Labuschagne was born in South Africa, and he decided to shift to Australia due to the racial quota policy in South African cricket. South Africa's loss is Australia's win.
If Labuschagne is able to perform at the same level then he will break many records, in his first few matches he did not make any impact but then when the series against Pakistan came he just elevated his performance to a difference level, earlier he was getting 50s but not able to convert those starts to big centuries but the Pakistan series changed that and he is now in top gear as he is scoring century after century and hope the pressure to perform everytime will not get him.
546  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why Crypto Exchanges Should Lower Their Fees and Profit Margins on: December 12, 2019, 02:30:55 PM
No fees wouldn't guarantee that it would cause a more loyalty to their investors/traders. Remember that the exchange needs a lot of things to operate, include the server, domain name, etc. They could earn those maintenance cost from the fees coming from their users excluding the mining fees.
Lowering to a reasonable amount is still okay, but having no fees is a no-no.
Hope you are aware that the top bitcoin exchanges earn a healthy profit, Binance reportedly earned around a billion dollars in profit last year which is around the same profit earned by some top stock exchanges and you think that they are not benefiting from the services, which industry can claim a billion dollar profit in a fiscal year, so the expense you are talking just pale in comparison when you look at the profit they earn and hence they can reduce the withdrawal fees as some are charging a higher charges for that and that should be avoided.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 500,000 Tezos Deposited Into Binance: Staking or Dump Impending on: December 12, 2019, 12:21:29 PM
Well I just got of my coin check app and lo and behold, Tezos has done over 13 percent since this post. Obviously, all indicators now points to Staking. I personally doubt Tezos will risk the fame and position they have built over the year to be on top 10 coinmarketcap over a couple of million dollars
So you think that the team has moved a huge amount of coins to an exchange to earn the staking amount, it is really weird to consider that situation and even if an investor did that it is really risky to move a huge amount of coins to a third person site where you have no control over your coins and we know what happens when the site is hacked and we had that in the past, since the coins are not dumped in the market yet i still think that the coins are moved to dump the coins at a regular interval and not at once considering the halving it is highly likely someone is trying to get hold of bitcoin and disposing their other assets.
548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 11, 2019, 04:18:37 PM
Looking the first innings everyone have come to the conclusion as a one sided match. The same got reflected on the start of the second innings. Now Pollard and Hetmyer stands good and has begun to score for the team. Now by the end of seven overs West Indies have scored 60 runs losing three wickets.
Hetmyer and Pollard are taking on the bowlers and just now Shami dropped a catch of Hetmyer which might be crucial because if they keep on batting line this they can even chase this score as both are powerful hitters of the ball and they are clearing the boundaries with ease, the run rate keeps on increasing if they are not able score every over and that is an advantage as the pressure keeps on building and they eventually get out because of that  Wink.
549  Local / India / Re: Where is Nilam Doctor? on: December 11, 2019, 03:54:04 PM
I think this is his profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=78860, can some DT members tag this account, his account is not active yet he deserves the tag, i have not heard about his case but heard about many scam in India and even in google i cannot find anything about him.

@OP is there a legal case against him and if so what is the situation, it is possible that he is having political connections to pull off scams like these, anyone here from Gujarat to follow up the case.

What a start form Indian team openers they are making four's and six's rain there already scored 108/0 runs in 8 overs it looking Indian team going to give very big target for west indies well going Raul and Rohit.
India is playing really well and they had the best starts in T20 for a long time, i do not remember a hundred run partnership for the opening wicket in T20 and they are easily clearing the boundaries with ease and with the way Sharma and Rahul is playing they can very well score above 200 runs with the run rate of 11.38 they will try to score around 220 to win the series as West Indies also have a good batting line up.
551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 10, 2019, 05:13:23 PM
Kuldeep Yadav played only two matches in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (Indian domestic T20 competition), while Yuzvendra Chahal participated in almost all the matches involving his home team (Haryana). So it looks to me that Chahal is better prepared. But I can't guarantee the quality of the matches, as some of the matches Chahal played were against teams such as Mizoram and Meghalaya.
The problem right now is that there is too much talent waiting to get selected in the team and with the rotation policy the players warming the bench will not have any major match practice and it is good to see that the BCCI is allowing these players to have some rhythm rather than getting selected and not play any competitive match and for allowing them to play for their state team.
552  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain on: December 10, 2019, 04:26:32 PM
Banks are not into existing cryptocurrencies that is for sure. Banks are the number one enemy of decentralized currency why would they adopt it? and talking the volatility of cryptocurrencies, banks having an uncertain edge will never be in place. New stable coins will be created for them, a well regulated and backed coins.
Why would the banking system consider the decentralized currency an enemy, they will be getting business from exchanges because if you want to purchase these currency you need the help of the banking system to send money and that means the banking system will get business and all they will be looking forward is business and if there is a clear regulation by a government then i bet the banking sector will not have any issue dealing with the crypto exchange.
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 10, 2019, 12:41:33 PM
One of the case could be few that bowlers may not be getting the better grip and also batsman is confident that scoring 10 runs in a over cashing second is also possible and playing with this attitude the entire team goes from on attack from 1stball
I would rather like to see bigger grounds like we used to see in the past, now a days a miss hit is going for a six and earlier it would be in the hands of a deep fielder and when miss hits starts disappearing in the stands then you have a problem and you can watch and you will see many mishits going over the rope, frankly speaking to be a bowler in T20 is really hard because of these factors.
554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 10, 2019, 08:50:07 AM
Nowadays all the teams have access to better technology, and with the help of super-slow motion replays, the batsmen are able to study the spinners. So after a while, the batsmen get used to the tactics of mainstream spin bowlers and this is one of the reasons why teams come up with new spinners very often. Both Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav were very effective a few years ago, but now the opposition batsmen have got used to their bowling style. They should come up with new variations.
This is a challenge for every player and when you see players like Sachin, Warne and Murali played for a longer period of time even with everyone studying their game and the level in which they played the game at the highest level for such a long time shows the talent that they identify and keep on evolving and if you do not evolve then you will struggle, the problem with Chahal and Yadav is that they are sidelined for a long time and the lack of match experience will not make things better either.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 09, 2019, 10:07:32 AM
WI win in 2nd T20 has set the stage for the final match as both team are now 1-1. This would make the match now more interesting and both team chasing have won the match . This mean any score of 200 is also less and it’s more a batsman game .
I think the dew factor is a major game changer as none of the team bowling second could win the match, catches are dropped and bowlers might not be able to get a good grip because of the dew and hence the team is able to chase any score and in the third T20 i expect the team winning the toss electing to bowl first and will think about chasing the score and winning the series.

~snip
1. Imagine a South African team, consisting of players such as Marnus Labuschagne, Colin de Grandhomme, Neil Wagner, David Wiese and Hardus Viljoen. They will be able to give tough fight to the big 3 teams. But these players have moved to other countries and no longer represent South Africa.

2. Imagine Eoin Morgan playing for Ireland. He's one of the best international batsmen out there now, and in case he had represented Ireland then they could have become one of the top 5 teams.

3. Imagine a West Indies team with players such as Jofra Archer and Chris Jordan.

4. Imagine a Pakistani team with Fawad Ahmed, Imran Tahir and Usman Khawaja.
If these players have not moved out what is the guarantee that they will be even representing the country they are born let alone they will be having the opportunity to play cricket, they moved out and they had the opportunity and develop their cricket and hence they are representing the teams they settled, we can speculate as much as we want but the facts are they represent the countries they are living.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to zero? This guy is dreaming! on: December 08, 2019, 05:18:45 PM
I entirely ignore such people's comments this kind of person spread fear in mind of investors or holders and at the same time bought the same coins. I know it does not affect ethereum reputation in the market. Ethereum has a strong community of eth supporter so there is no chance $0 price in future. Ethereum is always my first priority.
I am not seeing ETH as an optimistic investment at this point as there are not much projects using it in the long run, you cannot consider ETH as a currency and i am not sure what is your take on ETH regarding that as there is no cap regarding the amount of coins in circulation as far as i know but i do not think that it will go to zero but i am not expecting any huge rally from it either.

Rozenstruik won against Alister Overem, but please check out this image...and Overeem horror lip
It looks scary, and I will not post it here

It is a really horrific image and i thought Alistair Overeem to win the fight by unanimous decision as he was winning the fight in my view and he got knocked down in the last seconds of the fight and i though the referee called the fight too soon as Alistair Overeem was not knocked out cold but after seeing the pics of his upper lips it was terrible but still i think that the stoppage was not fair.
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 08, 2019, 03:24:18 PM
If West Indies could start really well then they can possibly win the match as i expected India to score well over 200 runs when Shivam Dube was batting as he does have an unusual batting style with a high bat lift and this is the first time i am seeing him bat and he was clearing the boundaries but then West Indies came back and restricted India but India has the bowlers to defend this target as Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravindra Jadeja will have a role to play as the boundary looks big and it is not easy to clear them if you are not timing the ball.
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO/IEO projects are lying to airdrop and bounty participants for a long time! on: December 08, 2019, 02:58:16 PM
Are we still trusting these ICO and IEO projects and if you take a study on the number of projects that started in the past three years, you cannot find many successful projects and many airdrops were started to collect data and it is a known truth that all these data are for sale in different sites that sells these data and many airdrops even introduced KYC and i am sure many provided those too, do not trust these airdrops and rather invest in top coins and if people are avoiding these scammers then we will have a drop in these scam activities in the market.
