Really sorry man, yobit is the only one that is in english that has YBC on their exchange. If I cannot get a hold of your coins in an exchange, I will have to decline this loan request. Sorry, you might need to look for another lender that would take your YBC in a separate wallet.

You can, however, offer other collateral other than YBC.

You said you are offering collateral, but you have not mentioned what you are offering. The people who replied here assumed that you are offering your account as collateral. If that is the case then you have to prove ownership.
