561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETHPoW on: September 18, 2022, 10:11:00 PM
Vitalik is not a scammer, he is more like a traitor,
Scam is done in anyways in crypto and he can say Vitalik is a scammer because he didn't follow the ETH2.0 roadmap as it was illustrated years ago.

he became everything he was fighting against, from decentralized to centralised
I don't understand what you're saying by from decentralized to centralized. How's POW a centralized protocol?

I think it's a go ahead for him now if regulation is for real, maybe there was never a true decentralisation, who knows? It's a dream that crypto could build that but now I guess not.
There's decentralization in crypto if you search deep and you don't want to be bothered by all this naive crypto dev just bag your fund on Bitcoin.

562  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning From Trading Without Any Professional Knowledge on: September 18, 2022, 05:37:26 PM
I do want to know if it's possible for a starter to gainfully earn from Crypto trading without having to go through a professional training.
It is not possible. Crypto trading is like gambling and there's no way you will win the game if you don't understand the game rules.
You can still make a profit though if you have fundamental knowledge about crypto trading but you need to do it with consciousness for we're in bear market season.
563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It Is Dangerous To Completely Rely On Cryptocurrencies on: September 15, 2022, 08:35:31 PM
A person must have a mindset of "doing a research first before doing it". If you invest in something that you don't have a knowledge about it is the same as diving headfirst into an unknown body of water where there could be rocks deep down below that may hit your head when you dive. Bitcoin is indeed the best cryptocurrency there is but even though it's the best choice to invest but there is always a risk too just like other cryptocurrencies and even investing in stocks also have risks.
The world we live in is full of risk, we just need to choose our risks properly.
Even if someone has complete knowledge about cryptocurrency, it's not good to solely rely on cryptocurrency, and the best thing is to have a diverse source of income.
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be careful buying alts right now on: September 15, 2022, 06:47:09 PM

Yes, it is true that each individual has different views when looking at a bear market, there are some people they will continue to make purchases gradually towards potential coins even though the market continues to decline because they believe that every decline is a good momentum to make purchases, but there are also some of them prefer to secure their assets with stablecoins because they do not want to rush into the market with market conditions as is the case today.
There is no better time to buy coins than in a bear market, of course, buying all the coins in a row is very dangerous, but if you understand what you are doing, then everything will be fine. You can stay in stablecoins and wait for the lowest price, but how do you know when that price is? Those who wait will never wait for the best offer, because the constant expectation will lead to the fact that they will buy on the rise.
I support what you said and I think people are afraid of buying altcoins because they choose hype-based altcoins instead of selecting one or three (depending on their knowledge of portfolio management) best-performing altcoins in the CMC top 20.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC dumps on high inflation report.. on: September 14, 2022, 11:49:33 PM
Important report comes out that inflation is pretty bad (USD)..

Bitcoin dumps off a cliff..

This is the exact opposite of what Bitcoin is supposed to do..

Has Bitcoin strayed too far from its purpose?
No, this is not the exact opposite of what Bitcoin ought to do because it doing the exact thing programmed by Satoshi but the issue is that we ignore the fact that the Bitcoin market is currently in the correction season.
The reason behind the Bitcoin dump is not inflation.
566  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin rise again? on: September 08, 2022, 07:58:19 PM
If you look at the current conditions of course many are pessimistic that bitcoin can rise again, but if we focus on long-term investments or at least 2 years then I suggest to put all investments in bitcoin, buy now for around $19k and in 2 years I'm sure bitcoin price can reach at least $75k.
I believe the OP question should be a non-crypto enthusiast question because people are advised to always learn the fundamental characteristic of the Bitcoin market and from the fundamental characteristic, he will understand that we're in crypto market winter and matters like this will always happen until the winter market is over.
I believe the many that are pessimistic that bitcoin can rise again are unformed about Bitcoin market activities.
567  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin telegram on: September 08, 2022, 07:12:16 PM
hello, friends,i want to know more about bitcoin and miners, could you recommend some telegram links to me, thanks a lot.
Seriously? You're looking for a telegram group where people can easily provide you with misinformation or get scammed. Telegram is the empire of crypto scammers.
Open your eyes everything you need is right on this forum just looking around and the productive thread. Visit the mining section to learn about BTC mining.
568  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is available on NO KYC Crypton Exchange on: September 06, 2022, 09:04:58 PM
I wonder how you can make sure that a particular exchange is anonymous and really guarantees the safe purchase of bitcoin? I'm afraid of unreliable projects.
An exchange that provides you anonymous exchange of a cryptocurrency may not guarantee the safety of your Bitcoin purchase. I believe that the safety of your purchase is on you using some services that will provide you needed safety which Tor is an example and looking at the Crypton exchange I think they already handle that aspect through the use of their project Idyll browser.

569  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to it. on: September 03, 2022, 09:19:21 PM
Simple question where do I start with Bitcoins?
Start reading the 5 resources to teach average Joe about Bitcoin, learn about Bitcoin wallet and this forum's rules and regulations.

Like from this one.

--> https://academy.binance.com/en

That's just one source where you can start. Also, another one from the actual bitcoin website.
Yes, this one is also a good place to learn about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies at large.

--> https://bitcoin.org/en/getting-started

There's a step by step label and process on that link where you can track what you must do and where you are already.
I won't recommend this site because it is no longer the official website of Bitcoin core and in the future, the OP may be interested in mining BTC.
570  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The right time to invest on: September 03, 2022, 08:08:39 PM
As a newbie one finds it difficult to know the right time to invest. I really want to know if I can actually invest into Bitcoin at this moment.
it is totally depend on yours. if you can accept risk and if your purpose is to hold your investment coin long time then now is also better time to investment coz now market is on huge dumping . all the coins are dumped around 70-95% from ATH. so you can definitely invest now. but before investment do your own research i am not giving you financial advice
Every investment has risk involved but every investment made in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Bnb coin now still has a lower risk involved. I believe what is needed to make a good investment with low risk in the crypto market is buying when there's a dump/FUD in the market, prioritizing your investment in the top 4 coins, and following the 4years cycle span for your long-term holding.
571  Economy / Gambling / Re: I can beat bet365, but cant find good seller. Increese your acc 50/50 profit!!! on: September 02, 2022, 10:27:24 PM
Please, write me to personal messages. I have everything you need;)
Be careful of what you ask for because the fundamental creation of gambling sites was based on the house edge and the house will always win no matter smart any gambler/player could be they will never beat the house.
I believe everything said about this offer by high-rank members of this forum should be enough for you to know this is a shady offer.
572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you be in favor of Gold or Bitcoin !! on: September 02, 2022, 08:35:01 PM
I know gold has more usability features than Bitcoin but without minding that, Bitcoin is not to be compare with gold.
Yes, Bitcoin and Gold shouldn't be compared because they serve different purposes but it is the curiosity of some investors that lead to this comparison.

I will definitely be on the wining side if Bitcoin price is pumping because I have 60% of my investment in Bitcoin, am still safe if the market for gold is  booming because I still have 40% asset on gold investment. There is no rules like, if you want to be rich, invest in Bitcoin, if you want to be richer, only invest in Bitcoin, if you want to be a billionaire, invest more in Bitcoin. Split assets over other areas of investment like gold. For me, I have the both so am definitely going to be in favor of both.
Winning or not, with the potential and the opportunity Bitcoin always presented. I must be crazy if i don't go for Bitcoin always no matter the market trends.
573  Other / Meta / Re: What type of posts attract merit? on: September 01, 2022, 07:37:28 PM
I see people getting several merits but as a newbie, I wouldn't want to be a nuisance to the forum by spamming. In that case I would really need the advice of old members here to know the kind of posts that will earn me merits.
First of all, this your post ought to be in the Beginners & Help section of the forum. You can do yourself a favor by moving it.
The second piece of advice is to be yourself, join meaningful conversations, and make posts in the section where merit source always visit. For more tips, you can check the post history of fillippone the merit rascal guy.
574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time for me to buy on: September 01, 2022, 06:29:24 PM
Certainly not around here Cheesy
I think that around 10 thousand dollars will be the best place to buy and I am waiting.
I have my buy orders in order and I am waiting for it to fall. I will be happy if I buy it. Let's see if I will get the answer to this in the coming days.
I hope you play safe because the market can be funny at some point and even if the $10,000 price will happen it will happen in a flash and only day traders and investors who set up a buying bot at the price range will be able to seize the opportunity.
Buying at $10K doesn't matter and what is important is how you use every opportunity the market presents.

575  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How will you handle this case on: August 30, 2022, 05:56:56 PM
I don't know how to handle this case, I have two junior brothers in my small town who lives opposite to my house, one help the other to create a trust wallet and 100$ worth of Ethereum was deposited into the wallet, two days later the fund was moved out to am unknown address, after asking few questions from the wallet owner I found out that the other guy has access to the wallet too, I believe he did the dirty trick because he never warned the wallet owner to never share his recovery seed with anyone..if you are in my shoe what will you do..
This type of issue once happened to me when I have a problem with my gadget and I ask a friend to help open a wallet for receive which he did and sent me the deposit address. The coin was moved into the wallet and I ask him to provide the wallet private keys 4months later after the coin was listed on an exchange but he told me he didn't have the private keys and he has uninstalled the wallet.
I take the blame, bear the loss and see it has been an expensive mistake from my end.
576  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for newbie to long-term investing on: August 29, 2022, 11:57:38 PM
It is very difficult for a newbie to decide whether this coin in which he/she is investing will pump or not? A professional trader can advise about it. Because he is in the market and he knows the coins that performs well when the market get stable.
So, buy a trading view monthly package for getting paid signals for every month. This will help you a lot about this thing.
According to the different types of investment, it depends on your risk. In this case, those who plan short term investment that would be more risky. Since the current market is not good, you must follow Long term Strategy. Long term is suitable for everyone who is experienced or inexperienced. Which can keep you risk free from this difficult situation.
the initial intention to invest is to get good results as expected, but this should not be stuck with the investment time, to get it can happen sooner or later than we think. As long as you invest in the right coins, even beginners should be able to calm down in responding to market fluctuations. unfortunately many beginners want to invest in a short time and make a lot of profit, but in reality the bearish trend continues and there is a panic sell

@Rehan Zakir Why is it different for a newbie to decide whether the coin he invested in will pump if he's not looking for lust through shitcoin and prioritized his investment in Bitcoin?
@BobK71 I believe the short-term investment is never a good decision in the first place. The concept of crypto is to be used as an asset and currency.
@andriarto The first intention ought to be to appreciate the technology and this will develop unique affection and understanding about it.
577  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A rooted phone for a crypto user safe ? on: August 29, 2022, 10:59:59 PM
I lost my phone days ago and now I got a used phone, the problem is this phone is rooted, I hope this doesn't carry any danger to crypto related security? Either wallets or stuff? I am careful not to import my recovery seed on the phone first, not before having a answer, I've also reformatted the phone through recovery mode but root is still present. Any Danger?.
If you want to secure your investment in the cryptocurrency market always go for the best new gadget because crypto holders are the main target of online thefts.
This reminds me of the issue I had with my computer when using the free anti-virus I later learn my lesson after a virus affect my computer and I have to spend double the money to fix everything.
Everything is fine now that I am using Kaspersky internet security.
578  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christian and politics on: August 29, 2022, 10:10:17 PM
I don't know why many christians are afraid to get into politics allowing the bad people to dominate and spoil things for us. The christians need to do the right thing to safe the world and get to do the right thing. Some persons that are into politics may have missed it all affiliating with the currupt people that have bad intensions to create uncertainty that could be detrimental to the merit citizens.
I believe it's a matter of them being afraid but politics being the game of lies, death, cheating, and other sorts of ungood things.
Nevertheless, this doesn't stop some Christian from joining the political race but most Christian decision is based on if their calling or destiny responsibility has to do with politics.
579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mixers that mix bitcoin without letting it be obvious that it came from a mixer? on: August 27, 2022, 09:18:02 PM
About what happened to the Tornado cash dev team. This should be expected because you can't provide an anonymous/mixing service and disregard your privacy.
The issue of wasabi wallet using windfury is known because of the disadvantage of an open source code project.
The best way to taint a coin and not let it be obvious that the coin is tainted or mixed is by using DEX especially if the exchange focuses more on anonymous crypto trading just like the Crypton Exchange of Utopia P2P always executed.
580  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: in debt but want to invest. on: August 27, 2022, 08:53:00 PM
right now i’m in debt for $6k but i want to keep DCA. should i focus more on pay my debt down or investing?
You can do both but it depends on the debt time limit, how you are to pay, and your weekly remunerations. If there's no room for you to pay the debt and also invest in crypto. I will advise you to settle the debt first.
You still have plenty of time to DCA before the end of this year.
