Message to all new Moonies:Please check this first, to get the basic info: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=389403.msg9456299#msg9456299We are working on the new wallet; that will fix some minor issues. If your newly installed wallet doesn't connect immediately, please read the relevant section ("Configuration/nodes") in the mentioned posting above. This will be fixed with the new wallet, btw. Please download and use the wallet. Don't leave too big amounts on exchanges, if you don't plan to trade. Have fun with Mooncoin! I don't know who you are; but guess you might help me with MoonCoin wallet issue. I did all kind of troubleshooting to fix my wallet to sync; however everything failed. When I start my wallet I get error "No Block Source Available". I remember that you asked already. Some people here tried to help you, IIRC. I can only imagine that you have some kind of firewall-issue. Because normally the wallet connects immediately, if you use the linked peers.dat or add a mooncoin.conf with current nodes into the Mooncoin-wallet's folder. Try these current peers of my wallet: addnode=198.50.148.134 addnode=107.150.38.154 addnode=198.27.80.162 addnode=162.243.57.246 addnode=24.182.115.122 addnode=178.33.116.119 addnode=188.165.2.147 Here are the instructions (copy/paste from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=389403.msg9456299#msg9456299 ): --- Configuration/nodesSeeds are normally done via DNS. You should not need to do any manual addnode commands. But since the current wallet has old seed-nodes encoded into it, which are now offline, it can - and most probably will - happen, that your newly installed wallet doesn't connect automatically to the network (one main reason, why we have to update the wallet, btw.). In this case, please use this peers.dat and replace the existing peers.dat (it's in the same folder, where your wallet.dat is: c:\users\yourusername\appdata\roaming\mooncoin\), restart your wallet and it should connect fast. Alternatively you could create a file called mooncoin.conf in that folder and use the following as contents: addnode=5.45.105.66 addnode=moonchain.net addnode=multipool.us (multipool.us-operator informed us, that he does not run a public node) addnode=moon.bitember.com addnode=cryptsy.com addnode=swisscex.com Again, restart the wallet, and it should connect after a short time. If that does not get you going either, please post into the thread, to get other current addnodes to try out. --- Keep in mind to open port 44664 on your firewall and router. One question: Where do live? Maybe your ISP blocks this kind of traffic? Have you contacted them, if nothing of the above helps?

Become #milionaire !
Maybe becoming a mi llionaire is even better ... Edit: No harm meant, of course. But maybe the hashtag with double l works better??? Edit 2: Big volume 21 btc
The volume is really amazing.

Jijiji i didnt sell anything. People are going out from the Moon train or want to rebuy low. I only can say Hold!! They will understand when we reach 50litoshi Seems to be the usual correction after the strong and fast peak upwards. It's good, to keep the rise of Mooncoin healthy. A nice opportunity to buy in for those who missed the train until now.

I think 1satoshi = LTC/btc/1000000 = 99,3755 now
Hhhmm, instead of calculating I just raised the Litoshis bit by bit on the sell-side here: https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/LTC_BTC... with 0.00000051 LTC it showed 0.00000001 BTC

Nice action on Cryptsy at the moment. And I like the volume: over 15 BTC in the last 24 hrs. Mooncoin going strong! EDIT: I'm really interested what happens, when MOON enters Satoshi-land again ... Where is the gate at the moment? ~51 Litoshi equal 1 Satoshi, right? So with 35-40 Litoshi MOON is not so far away anymore ... EDIT 2: For everyone chiming in for the first time and interested in learning more about Mooncoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=389403.msg9456299#msg9456299

Just wanted to link the page on GitHub, where Michael Muré posted, what Andrea already sent via Twitter on MooncoinItalia: https://github.com/MichaelMure/WalletGenerator.net/issues/2--> www.WalletGenerator.net (Check it out and print your own paperwallet) If you want to be as secure as possible, download the zip-file: https://github.com/MichaelMure/WalletGenerator.net --> https://github.com/MichaelMure/WalletGenerator.net/archive/master.zipExtract it on your computer, disconnect from the internet and you can then make paper-wallets most secure. The zip-file contains the whole paper-wallet generator for offline-creation. Just hit index.html in the extracted folder. I have now sent Michael some Mooncoins, too. And I would really like to ask everybody who did not yet: please sent him Mooncoin for his work. After all, the Mooncoin-community is known for being highly generous. Every little amount that you can spare helps to fuel further development of Mooncoin. This is the Mooncoin-address of the project: 2P2V9npcK7apbUFsWN3zL7R6ARBMwTJ4hA (Check out the support-page on www.WalletGenerator.net to verify the address)

No, im just a man who trusts on MOON since +30satoshi and it go down to 2-3 litoshi, and now im here to support MOON until we reach the initial value of the project. Peme is working on the wallets and the fork to change from random reward to static reward. But i think this coin doesn't need so much development, its fine as it is. We need developers for android wallets, payment processors etc... But for sure we will pay bountys for that, each time price rises the bounty is more valuable... Then in satoshis we could give some hundred millions for developers. I like how everything is going on and the good relation with community. We will start new thread after everything will be finished in relation to the fork etc... (Coinflow correct me if im wrong on any) Thank you - I saw the signature links in your previous post just after I posted... Without trawling the entire thread - are you now the moon dev? TY Correct, Alejandro. Mooncoin only needs slight development, as it basically works perfectly. peme is working on the wallet and we only need to discuss some further details, before the updated wallet will be released. For everybody, who did not follow the whole thread: There are some slight drawbacks in the current wallet, that need to be fixed. One of these is the seed-node-address in the code, because deaconboogie is being offline since weeks and with him the seed-node-server. This leads to the wallet not connecting when being installed for the first time - without a mooncoin.conf with addnodes being added or a peers.dat is being used, as described on mooncoin.rocks. @Androicus: If you want to check the new thread-starting-post-draft, see here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=389403.msg9456299#msg9456299There you'll find all needed information - including that about adding mooncoin.conf and/or peers.dat

As part of the healthy rise. What do think could be the lowest level of the correction this time?
|
|
|
Yes, it's unbelievable how fast - but steadily at the same time - it goes up. This seems to be a very healthy rise.

So when is Mooncoin planned to hit 50 Litoshis?
At the end of this week? Or maybe not.. crypto is crypto it doesn't matter when....but maybe at the next coins-per-block-reduction, that is coming soon... I would like a slow steady longterm price increase more than too fast price rise with traders selling to make some fast money .....but who cares, let them sell, every price drop is a nice chance to buy cheap Yes. But if the growth will continue like in the last weeks, it will not take too long, I think.

so in that case moon would really be about 40~ placed somewhere near Digitalcoin ?
See here: http://cryptmarketcap.com - Mooncoin on position 31 ... ahead of Digitalcoin As far as I know, they only show PoW-coins.

Only to chime in, because I have (had) little time this weekend and today: Still working in the background. Nice that Michael added Mooncoin to https://walletgenerator.netI hope you all donate to him for his great work. Please see the Support-link an walletgenerator.net at the bottom. His Mooncoin-address on that page: mooncoin:2P2V9npcK7apbUFsWN3zL7R6ARBMwTJ4hA It looks good ! is there a link to the explorer - moon should be listed on the more accurate - BNC http://bravenewcoin.com/price/price-index/This index is both a more accurate index plus separates the "2.0" frauds...ah IPOs from the main group. so in that case moon would really be about 40~ placed somewhere near Digitalcoin ? You can ask them and link to www.moonchain.netAs soon as I have got time (this evening), I'll also send them a message. And will donate to www.walletgenerator.net, too.

Then why do I get no coins via staking, too? That was why I was asking for how the payout of stakes is working in detail. To find out more about that. I received my first coins on November, 6th. Had the wallet on most of the time, but still no staked coins. ditto that. no stake. the new wallet's been open & unlocked for ~24 hrs, i have aprox 182,000 coin-days accumulated. i'm using win7 64 bit Did you delete the old. Metalmusiccoin folder in your appdata folder and installed the new one, try that it should stake now. Coz i tested it my wallet stake twice last night Why should you delete that folder? Usually an updated wallet only re-indexes the old blockchain, if necessary ...? Nevertheless, I'll try now, if deleting and re-downloading the chain helps. EDIT: Btw: other staking coin's wallets show an icon besides the connection-icon, to display when the staked coins are being added to the wallet. Why isn't it so with MTLMC?

Nice, but keep in mind, that this list is from April/May, as you can see here: http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=MOON&chartsAs said above, they are only slowly crawling the blockchain and hence have only synchronized up to ~32% now (check the box on the top left of the rich-list-page). So your position in that list could still change until today. Might be Cryptsy. EDIT: Btw: We have a hashrate of 1 GH/sec. again now. From the wallet's console: "networkhashps" : 1172381130

Mooncoin is going to go beserk when people start figuring what this crypto game is all about That's exactly what I'm saying. Look at what's happened to the price since the day I started this thread... and still 99.5% or more of the general population have no idea what an altcoin is. MOON is poised to be a winner I know you're not going to like to hear this, but people like serious names for products discussing money. MOON does not exactly exude any amount of seriousness. It's more like "help I'm lost in space" The Moon stands for stability of the Earth in space and therefore is most probably the reason for life being able to develop on our planet at all. What more seriousness do you need? Doge coin has not got a serious name but it's not doing too badly considering it's at fifth place on coinmarketcap. Right.
