We filed an appeal with the CFTC official commission. We also invite you to share your experience with the CFTC official commission. Of course we strongly advise against the site https://coinsmarkets.com

To deposit CFTC complaint and make justice use the link:

https://forms.cftc.gov/Forms/TipsAndComplaints.aspx

Several complaints are filed with the CFTC with several teams of lawyers specializing in finance and international law.  Since you cannot withdraw your funds and the fraud has been proven for several months.  The rape of your fundamental rights is complete.  Know that every currency crypto movement is traceable we have already followed many paths. Since coinsmarkets.com blocks withdrawals of people's funds, we will join other teams to support the process to help people and deposit a complaint.

it'll take as long as it takes, but we won't let go.  Grin  Sooner or later everyone knows each other. Especially in the digital age Roll Eyes

Advice to the manager of CM stop your scam and return to pay back the people who trusted you before things got out of hand.

One more complaint. It 's my complaint Grin i just dropped that couldn't find my coins and it looks like the wallets are empty now by CM!

if he does not pay the justice will find them early or late, we are digital Cool

For me it is the same. I have deposit a complaint to CFTC official commission. I encourage you to do the same as me

any reply? im thinking this case is kinda small comparing the rest of ICO scams thats happening. and since all the tech is in experimental state and only way you can be safe is to operate with bitlicense exchanges. but, as fart as i know, there's only 3 companies holding this license. more exchanges could apply to expand their traffic, but it looks like they prefer to stay in shadow, and you can not issue bitlicense for exhcanges like HitBTC or coinsmarkets since they don't provide any information regarding the ownership. and the amount of blockchain lawyers is a little depressing. but its nice to see the situation changes.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Electroneum Faucet] New Electroneum Faucet on: May 13, 2018, 05:54:01 AM
Hello Charlie, not sure exactly what you mean. Could you elaborate please? Modified the post a bit in case that was not the right way to announce a starting faucet. We are in early stage of the website, will be adding more features to it and we are here to stay not sure how this could be a scam. We pay a fair amount from the ad networks we are affiliated with. If you reach the minimum amount and have trouble withdrawing just contact us and we will make sure the payment reaches you.

Thanks for your reply! We appreciate any comments.

clicked on the FAQ link and it took me around 45 seconds to get rid of the spam followed after the action. if it would be any win user - depressing to think about infection rate. page filled with fraud links, design screams about the motivation. reported
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeepOnion's DeepVault App is coming! on: May 13, 2018, 03:38:10 AM
hey scientists, why would you protect information with the code that can not resist to known botnet vectors and is nothing close to being "untraceable"? don't think that public stated above is that ignorant to ignore "not a scam" jpegs on the topic along with 75% premine and more, not just bloody red, black flags \m/
587  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin market recovering ? on: May 13, 2018, 03:25:19 AM
btc market is the result of economical manipulations driven by greed. do some homework and you will learn that btc code has nothing to do with its market. knowing the difference will help you to progress further. controlled by greed, btc market is complete embarrassment from the view or golden record! to recover means clear out every scam. not possible. but if you looking from a short view of newcomer who bought @ 20k - yea you can call whales' operations as "recovering". had conversation with some "service" that offered coin review. service's team could not read github, but they justify their fee for one review by high price for their graphs and "valuable"  inflation prediction (that can be developed with zero tech knowledge?). looks like you buying same stuff over here Cool

nice way to gather some emails. unreadable design points towards negative motivation of the resource Huh clicking on any link just degrades the experience. lousy work, even for a scam project

591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Antminer D3 max temp on: May 05, 2018, 02:24:06 PM
i know its an old thread and d3 profit is $1.6 at constant exchange flow, but i can not find the information regarding chip temp. some people stating that over 70 is not good, other opinion goes with 80 as normal temp since chips are targeted for heavy duty usage. using custom firmware to reduce fan speed since 3Ghs difference is not worth the electric expenses. could somebody share specs fror chip manufacturers? couldn't find anything useful on texas indstrs

Frei Exchange seems open to new coins with real development. The AXE network and wallets have to be entirely secure and stable though, so ensure this first before applying.  I haven't been on the AXE network lately, but I wouldn't think that is an issue.

I've traded some coins on Frei and the dev is very active and committed.

Keep up the development work and commits on AXE Charlie and time will reward you and the community!

thanks! will send the request! network is stable, new updates are successfully locked, waiting for BarterDEX to kick in. to be honest, im positive in couple years there will be no centralized exchange platforms since every single one being hacked (good example is HitBTC - ****bags charging 40 BTC listing fee with their level of security lol). maybe not gdax tho, but since its coinbase's platform - wouldn't trust them either. couldn't access my funds on coinbase for around 5 months. idk if its their shithead stakeholders failed to scale properly, while cointing the profit - or they intentionally created the problem to play on rapid market changes. since DEX exchanges are more complicated to use - we have to wait until user base will get used to it or tech will get more user-friendly. was working on Bisq integration, but don't really have enough Java skills to finish the request. and im glad i didn't waste the time, since Bisq is not even close to BarterDEX. so right now we have truly decentralized network with the investment access tho decentralized exchange. from the current market perspective - its a huuuge win https://axerunners.com/barterdex/

did you reach out to Frei?

yep! sent the request with a little message about our goals and etc. they have a note at the end of the request form that you need to pay some fee to support the start (node deployment?). i hope its not a regular scam fee, since these expenses are covered by trading fees. otherwise im thinking about 25k to send them so they can start trading and get their fees. hope this will trigger lower price and we will get some new users

lets hope they respond quickly.

fingers crossed! one of our community members is pushing AXE to altex.exchange and quantadex, next week should be interesting

i mened myself =/- 3 masternodes , and still mining some but is there anything going to happen with this coin or is this the 10e worthless x11 coin , there is a lot of shit on the x11 market these days and i hoped that this was anotherone but now i have my doubts

appreciate the contribution! there's a loooot going on, check with https://github.com/AXErunners
pick any X11 coin and compare their github to AXE. almost all the coins we have on X11 - scam. they deploying new code, investing in exchange listing (these fees varies from 1 to 40 btc) and selling coins. current market interested in revenue only, there is not enough organizations and investors who can see the future of this young technology. so it all makes sense) coin value develops from the code quality. you can technically call AXErunners an NPO (at current state, counting the fact the we refused every buyout that was proposed) since our work is decentralized platform that our society lacks so bad, and we putting our own resources without any revenue. can you say the same about any other X11 coin on the market? most of current x11 coins have zero value since their networks lacks basic security. if you see the project that filled with video guides and revenue plans - you can tell its scam right away. you need to develop strong network so the project will have value. that can be achieved only with ongoing development and years of testing and experimentation. pick some X11 coins, check their github and you would see it right away. these devs are not capable to sustain working code, their only task is to make $. if you will look at how exchanges are working - you would notice that the only criteria to get listed there - is to pay listing fee. doesn't matter if its a scam project or solid platform. this is the data i gathered tying to list AXE. so far only Bittrex stated that the only criteria for the listing is code quality, when other exchanges will list anything, just pay the fee. right now we don't have the budget to pay for listing fees, so main priority is to prepare for upcoming 1.1.4 update. also don't forget that this was a very cold winter for cryptocommunity, people are careful with their investments. this is besides the fact that axe is one of the few really decentralized projects, and it makes sense for investors to keep it to themselves until they will not get enough coins so they could switch their contribution towards promotion and not coin generation. not saying this is 100% current case, but you never know.

initial release was in the middle of december - even with first batch of releases every 20 days - i think we might be even ahead. since we already deployed some bips to support atomic swaps and SPV protocol. im not disclosing my current neural work due obvious reasons, but current progress axe network achieved comparing to other x11 coins - no need to mention. its sad that market doesn't have the user base that can understand and operate the technology (all the time im seeing people setting up masternodes on root, so what else to say))), but with the input from major institutions with countless trials and errors - we gonna get there.

599  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: April 24, 2018, 01:02:01 PM
noticed that my wallet balance was slightly decreased. stopped miners at on 0.00100137 BTC. after 12 hours balance is 0.00098036. its not standard pool mechanics, nicehash leaking/hack recovery program/greed? okay so turned out its one of the fees and its before i withdraw anything. wouldn't even thought to check if theres fees for this as well
