Not a market master here or anything, but from what I can see it's a real coin - a real developer who interacts here, a new Silk Road/Atlantis like market called The Free Market accepting PPC launching in 5 weeks, so it actually has some stuff going for it - it's not going to fade into nothing. On the other hand nothing has happened with it for a while here so there's no reason for a major price hike. That could change when the Free Market opens of if Mtgox adds them. How long are we talking here? 7 days from now I can see it being as high (and stable) at .003+ to as low as .0005.
Feathercoin hasn't proven itself or anything, it's only lead to more questions, just why are we investing in these random alt coins other than a quick pump and dump? It's way too early to call any of this.

A large mining pool or large miner perhaps sees the potential of CNC, and probably thinks the Asians will eventually buy this coin up.
DDOS = many early coins for them. Ironically, it is a positive sign for CNC, not a negative.
Day 01... $0.03
Day 02... $0.06
Day 03... "?? (i was out of town)"
Day 04... "?? (out of town)"
Day 05... $0.15 (im back, and it's growing)
Can it last though? Does the fact that it's Chinese give it something that Feathercoin doesn't have? Because that's been tanking and interest waning for days now. |

Each coin there are some people don't like. When Litecoin came out, I did not like it. I was wrong. I could have grab a bundle there. Now I think it's the same thing. JKC, CNC, others. Maybe they are all junks, maybe not. Let's not judge and predict. I think some may have good future, some may be forgotten. Does it matter? Let's have fun here. I used to play games, each game forum is like this too.  well, actually, you CAN predict how a coin will turn out, by looking at the authors/programmers who is the author of this coin, again? Who is the author of BTC again? Some mysterious dude who goes by Satoshi? |

Just an fyi, I was able to get the script to run that finds the missed blocks that need to be paid. I have roughly 5,000 coins to payout yet.

I think it just goes to show you how psychology can play a role in these new alt currencies. Whether ANY OF THEM will be around 2 years from now I do not know, but it seems to me they can be very attractive if they offer something even remotely new.
Feathercoin - another scrypt at the perfect time
CNC - Chinese coin, huge foreign market
Bitbar - Condensed, low amounts
So I expect to see new "Bar" alt currencies coming along soon as well. ( SILVER TO BITBAR BRONZE TO BITBAR ect )
