581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 02, 2019, 05:41:04 PM
But West Indians are the masters of T20. They may be missing a few big names... but the same can be said about India as well. It is an unpredictable format, and I guess both the teams have a 50/50 chance of winning the series. It is going to be tough for India.
West Indies are the masters of T20 but all of their top players are not interested to play in the team and they are busy playing for different leagues around the world and it is an unpredictable format and any player can change the course of the match in an over but i do not see the present West Indies team posing any challenge this time around and if they are able to upset India in any match then we will have an interesting series.
582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 02, 2019, 04:56:48 PM
OZ won the test match again easily and by innings and 48 runs which is like the best period going on for them . Warner not out of. 300+ runs and Lyon 5 wicket haul just helping them to make the strong match for the team and thus win the match easily .
The Pakistan bowlers did not allow the rest of the Australian batsman to play in this match and it was a smart move so that they could avoid other players too scoring centuries  Cheesy. Warner is back in form and even i thought his cricket career in the longer format is over as he was really struggling against England and with a different bowling unit he is back in form which is good for the team as they would have struggled to find a worthy contender to replace Warner for the opening slot.
583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Satoshi think that quantum computers will exist? on: December 02, 2019, 03:52:25 PM
Researchers from the Russian Quantum Center suggested that quantum computing could eventually obsolete blockchain altogether.
If they are speculating that Quantum computer could make the blockchain obsolete then i can speculate that the bitcoin core will come up with a solution that could secure even the quantum attack and then they will spend another billion to do further research to break those system and it will be a never ending battle and once they burn enough billions they will eventually stop these bullshit research Tongue.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could 2020 Hold Exponential XRP Growth? on: December 02, 2019, 03:02:10 PM
At the time of writing, Ripple is the third largest cryptocurrency, sitting with a market cap of $9,566,362,392 (according to CoinMarketCap). The Ripple price is at $0.220933.
Let them churn out a few billions of coins and if that happens then they could claim that it is the largest cryptocurrency in the market Tongue, it is a centralized coin and i am not expecting a huge return in the coin in the near future and if bitcoin can give me a much better profit then why should i invest in a centralized coin and wait for the market to go up when i have much better alt coins better than XRP.
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 01, 2019, 05:04:55 PM
If West Indies is playing with their full team then they are capable of defeating any team and if they combine they could even win the upcoming world cup as everyone is a match winner in the team, if Gayle, Russel and Pollard gets going then no one can stop them as they are more than capable of sending the ball out of the stadium and no bowling can stop them but in this series only Pollard is playing and hence it is India's series to win.
India does have a really strong team to defeat any team and so does England and Australia and if West Indies top players who are playing in different leagues around the world can come together and get picked in the team then they can challenge any team but Gayle is getting old and i am not sure whether he can perform consistently and i have not seen Pollard perform in a long time but Russel is a real talent for them and he can turn any match in an instant.
586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 30, 2019, 03:44:09 PM
West Indies was not playing with their best team against Afghanistan and you cannot say that the moral will be down when their star players return for the India series and i expect they will be facing India with their full bench strength as the leagues they were playing are over and now they will be available for selection for the India series
There is no change in the team and West Indies is playing with the same team they faced Afghanistan, even in the series against India Kieron Pollard is the captain and Jason Holder is the only member in the team that i can recognize, so i am not expecting a close match against India as they will be playing with their top players and if Afghanistan could trouble West Indies, India will destroy them easily.
587  Local / India / Re: Tracing down the coins from Co-Insecure hack on: November 30, 2019, 02:21:53 PM
But the above letter says that the private keys were being held by Dr. Amitabh as well as Mr. Mohit. So we never know who might be the actual fraudster here.
From what i understand Amitabh and Mohit were holding two separate private keys or both having the same private keys and they have doubt on Amitabh Saxena and he might be behind the entire drama and it is a combined failure of the entire team.

Besides that, it's too difficult to crack down such frauds and trace the bitcoins especially when the country doesn't have any regulations.
So I guess nothing is gonna happen in this case.
You really do not need regulations to monitor fraudulent activities and even if the there are regulations i doubt the police will be able to find anything, you need a specialist to monitor all the movement of the coin and if the person behind it makes a mistake then it can be traced.
588  Economy / Speculation / Re: Calling top at $16500 (Even Newer!: $2483 bottom 19 Feb 2021 MtGox said so!) on: November 30, 2019, 01:29:17 PM
Imagine if BTC price goes back to 1k. There will be panic but it's a big resistance, no one is looking at it right but if that happened, 1k would be a great price to buy IMO.
I am still uncertain it goes back to 1k. To be honest if I had to guess right now, I would say BTC won't go back to 1k, but possibly 2k indeed. There are big resistances out there, no one looking at them because they are in the bottom.
The possibility of seeing the price of bitcoin below $3500 even in the worst case scenario is highly unlikely, people who trust the market and expecting the market to rally will start investing whenever the price of bitcoin goes down and hence we will have a balance as the support is really strong at $6400 with the current market situation and until and unless there is a negative trend i hope we wont break that support level.
589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is big news for Germany Bitcoiners out there! on: November 30, 2019, 12:04:01 PM
What can I say? A change of heart indeed for German banks to finally embrace Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in their country.

Last time, German banks are prohibited to offer services related to Bitcoin, because they think that it could really hurt their financial ecosystem or consider it as a threat. Now that they have finally understand the impact of Bitcoin and blockchain that would really help them in the long run.
Even in your statement it shows that the German banks wanted to offer bitcoin related services but the regulatory obstacle was holding them back and hence it is not a change of heart by the regulators will change the entire bitcoin market and people will be able to trade bitcoin with the help of the banking sector and hopefully we will see more countries adopting the same strategy.

Australian do need to show some hospitality to the visitors.  Undecided
There needs to be a rule that should force the home team to show some hospitality to visitors if not it will be a brutal series where all the bowlers are struggling to contain the runs as well as not able to pick any wickets and the Pakistan batsman are struggling to score runs while the Australian batsman are scoring centuries every innings and improving their personal average  Cheesy.
591  Economy / Economics / Re: Does halving really create deflation? on: November 29, 2019, 05:46:59 PM
but that's a fact that you can see it, has it increased even more now? I think this is just recovery because if there is no recovery it can go down even further, and in my opinion, there is no hype from halving for now, but it will start next year. The majority of those who should buy at ATH should have sold above $10k because mid-2019 the price had risen to $13k.
If you look at the past market situation the hype does not start after the halving and when the market steadies themselves you will see that the market starts to go higher and that is what we are expecting to happen this time around, the regulation is a major topic and it all depends upon how these major nations are trying to regulate the market and we can expect them to come up with regulation in the next year.
592  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries testing digital assets in 2020 on: November 29, 2019, 05:14:48 PM
However, some of the other countries like Japan for example is doing it because they want to see their country develop into something better, they are not a ruthless capitalist country, they do have a very high standard of living and cost of living but they do have a very tiny unemployment as well so they want to improve the finance world to the level of their own with digital currency implementation.
Japan is a progressive country and they are willing to experiment with the financial sector and so is the reason they started accepting bitcoin while the rest of the countries were confused on what to do with the new technology and the market. The blockchain technology will be implemented in most countries because the use case is vast and they will be implementing to improve the infrastructure.
593  Local / India / Re: What's you view on the court case ongoing in Supreme Court-Positive or Negative? on: November 29, 2019, 03:47:09 PM
So the case is again extended, what a wonderful time to become the exchange owners in India, the smart just shut their business and relocated and the rest are fighting, there is nothing you can get if you are looking for justice as we always go for delayed justice so that everyone will be happy, the people who wanted to ban will be happy as they were able to delay them and the people looking for justice will get them at a delayed time, win win for both sides  Tongue.
594  Local / Press & News from India / Re: Binance acquires Wazirx to offer Fiat to Crypto Gateway on: November 29, 2019, 03:12:55 PM
I don't get why Binance even started accepting deposits in INR when they are aware of the current situation in India. People could risk getting their bank accounts frozen.
Binance always like to come up with controversial things in the market and that is their marketing strategy, they are notorious for that and the announcement of entering Chinese market made many headlines and there were many heat coming against them but when they announced in India i did not see much hype and media coverage regarding that, they just targeted the two largest populated countries in the world, China and India Cheesy .
595  Local / Press & News from India / Re: Binance acquires Wazirx to offer Fiat to Crypto Gateway on: November 28, 2019, 05:20:22 PM
    • Fees: So first they charge crypto purchasing fees which is 2.5%. Then they inflate Bitcoin price by 2-3%. Third, they charge INR to USD conversion fees. It becomes very expensive as compared to P2P option.
So the fees will kill you if you are making frequent purchase, when there is a collaboration i thought it would help people but now they have an inflated price for bitcoin and then there is conversion charges which sucks big time and they have a fees of 2.5% on top of everything, i will pass this offer and will trade in P2P rather than spending all the money in fees.
596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China implements new strict controls on Cryptocurrency on: November 28, 2019, 04:27:53 PM
Why would they do that? Why do they want to control everything? After all, crypto can bring much more benefit if everyone can fully use it.
Welcome to the news about countries trying to control the largest population in the world, it is expected China would come up with something to restrict the use of cryptocurrency when they were promoting blockchain last week and i am sure they are planning their version of digital coin and they might even force everyone to use that, China does not control the world market.
597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can do Governements against Satoshi ? on: November 28, 2019, 02:53:20 PM
2 Governements is going to kill him and the real revolution start. ( he is actually the guy most important on earth )
Why would a government kill someone who innovated a revolution in the finance sector as there was no innovative things coming up for centuries and if someone is able to create something you need to appreciate rather than government harm him, all they can do is to make things better so that illegal transactions can be restricted but you cannot ban innovation.

I dont want any governments guy anymore at his door like they actually did before, and stop manipulating people's against BITCOIN.
And help people's who need it.
Not sure what you are talking about here as if you found Satoshi  Roll Eyes.
598  Local / India / Re: Tracing down the coins from Co-Insecure hack on: November 28, 2019, 12:07:52 PM
So what is the situation now, is there any investigation being done, i did not loose any coins because i never used to keep any coins in any exchange but the manner in which they lost the funds and one man holding the private key is dubious and since there is no regulation and the government is not having any clarity on what to do with it, i do not think there will be any investigation on the subject, if not we would have heard something by now as it is more than a year.
    599  Local / India / Re: [ANN]Speculation Game -10th anniversary Indian Forum Celebration-Win 0.002211btc on: November 28, 2019, 11:29:34 AM
Congratulations man. I did not imagine in my wildest dream that price can tank to this low. You seems to have some gifted foresight. Now, can you please guess a date when BTC will cross $20k again? Roll Eyes
If you want my prediction my guess is that by 2021 the market will rise again and might cross the all time valuation again during that time, the rest of the bullish or bearish trend are momentary and if you are a short term trader you can make a lot of money with a market like this but i always look for the long term as it is the safest bet.

@OP anymore new games, if so that would be great to have some fun here.
600  Local / Press & News from India / Re: Binance acquires Wazirx to offer Fiat to Crypto Gateway on: November 27, 2019, 01:25:27 PM
So, now, effectively we have two Binance partners in India...
    1. BitBNS
    2. WazirX

On a different note, there is something in this Binance+WazirX story, that makes me sad. Both Binance and WazirX faced similar obstacle in their own country. Binance moved out of China and became world leader, while WazirX got sold to Binance.
Is this a partnership between WazirX or they sold it to Binance ?, i have not traded with BitBNS after they changed their model and how is the liquidity and is it also a P2P exchange.

So, I tried to buy Bitcoin from Binance via the new payment gateway. Looks like we have to complete KYC(personal ID and Facial ID) in Binance to make an INR deposit. So, I stopped right there. Didn't want to go through another KYC
Anyone tried yet? Made a deposit?
If you complete the KYC is it possible to send money through your bank account, not sure how that works, or we will there be a conversion charges and other transaction charges, i would like to have some clarity before trying.
