581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY]: 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 Token : The future of online payments is here. on: January 03, 2018, 05:04:18 PM
I guess anyone who happened to join the bounty campaigns of Utrust has now ended up winning at a lottery Smiley I am curious to see the amount of the stakes.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: January 03, 2018, 12:00:04 PM
2018 starts very well for bancor. My target is right now over $10. For long term im expecting $20 very easily.

Yes, BNT is raising since half of December, and already above $6 on Binance. I think it's highly probably to hit 0.01 ETH ICO value again, which means about $8.8 with current ether price.

Is there somewhere a graph where to follow the evolution of Bancor's price vs Eth? This is actually the most interesting tendence to analyze.
you can check from bittrex from day 1 to today. Its like a dump period ended and rise started. first we need to hit 100 bnt 1 eth

Yes, I have just noticed. Until recently price has always only gone down versus ETH, but now it has reversed the curse and it is rapidly climbing. I think the ice age may be over, finally.  Grin
583  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does Bitcoin stable ? on: January 03, 2018, 11:28:06 AM
I am afraid that the day Bitcoin would be stable, speculators would sell it because they cannot make money with it any more. Which would make it unstable again. No way it will even be stable I am afraid.
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 88% of Japanese have heard of bitcoin -- how about your country? -- on: January 03, 2018, 11:26:48 AM
It is easy to hear about bitcoin, since the media talks about them, even though very superficially. But I guess that 99% of the people who heard about Bitcoin still have no clue about what it is and how it works.
585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoins become worthless? on: January 03, 2018, 11:24:24 AM
It can happen any moment. It is just sufficient that one big whale decides to cash out or that they want to destroy their toy and the price can tank to zero. Satoshi Nakamoto's 1 Million BTC are still sitting there on the blockchain, ready to be dumped perhaps one day - and on that day Bitcoin would go to zero.
586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: January 03, 2018, 11:17:34 AM
I don't really think that banks will disappear so soon - they are those who actually rule the world, do you really think they would just simply disappear by magic? It is more likely that the world disappears before the banks do, actually.

I dont know if there is a chart to analyze of the BNT / ETH pair, but you can check the charts of BNT / ETH on the exchanges where BNT is traded against ETH (Bittrex).
I agree with you that this is the most important thing to look at when evaluating BNT's price. If you didnt know, the exchange rate of BNT at the TGE was 100 BNT / 1 ETH.

I know very well, I have been one of the buyers in the few frantic hours of the ICO - and then again as soon as they have started to trade -
actually I think at the time I had bought the most expensive BNT versus ETH ever Smiley

589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin going mainstream had the opposite effect than I predicted. on: January 03, 2018, 12:10:31 AM
Instead of the new people looking at bitcoin as a method of payment, they mainly look at it only as an investment.

Bitcoin only has itself to blame for not being a method of payment, but the value runs higher if Bitcoin remains an investment asset class. A currency can't have wild swings. A currency needs to stabilize and then have only modest gains year over year. People won't spend something today that they believe will be worth more tomorrow.

It's pretty much almost nothing but lambos now. I fear the day that bitcoin's price becomes stable for months, as the dumb money might all cash out.

What's wrong with this? When the dumb cash out the smart come in from the sidelines and bid the price back up. The best thing Bitcoin has going for it is that its value won't erode over time due to inflation in the money supply...that reason alone is enough to make Bitcoin an excellent alternative for savings.

Bitcoin is doomed to be used as a speculative asset, I am afraid. And with the current fees it could anyway not be used for small payments any more. Other currencies may eventually take it's place for actual payments, which Bitcoin will be stored like gold, for not being used.
590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why media against bitcoin ? on: January 02, 2018, 11:59:53 PM
Mainstream Media is owned, and controled, by big financial groups which are the owners (and producers) of the FIAT money which Bitcoin is slowly endangering. This should answer your question.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Damn fees! on: January 02, 2018, 11:57:15 PM
You have got the point. Bitcoin as a currency is in this moment a total failure, with such fees. Bitcoin has now become a pure speculative asset, you cannot use it to buy anything any more, except perhaps a flat in Dubai.
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: January 02, 2018, 11:55:25 PM
If you are a good trader, and you have some capital, that's the best way to make BTCs: trading. For all the others the best way is to work hard on bounty campaigns, 19 hours a day, making articles, videos, sig campaigns, whatever necessary to earn what you need.
593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs. Gold on: January 02, 2018, 11:52:58 PM
Bitcoin and Gold have been compared but they are entirely different things, the only thing they have in common is that they are not the bankers FIAT money. My view is that the safest non-mainstream portfolio is 50% in gold and 50% in Bitcoin/cryptos.
594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: January 02, 2018, 11:37:24 PM
The best way to solve this issue is to put everything on a Ledger and leave some instructions (and especially the seed) to your relatives.
595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency One world? on: January 02, 2018, 11:19:03 PM
Absolutely not. The time of a single coin is over, now the crypto echosystem is too complex and diversified to go away. It will probably even grow further.
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoins? Which is safer or more profitable? on: January 02, 2018, 11:17:25 PM
The safest option is as usual a diversified one. You should have in your portfolio both Bitcoins and well chosen altcoins. This is probably the both safer and more profitable solution.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: «Envion» Highest ROI crypto infrastructure | $2M Bounty available! on: January 02, 2018, 10:01:46 PM
I have just joined the signature campaign. Very happy to help the Envion project be known across the cryptocommunity.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY 2.0][ICO] Spectiv: VIRTUAL REALITY STREAMING + DECENTRALIZED ADVERTISING on: January 02, 2018, 07:51:00 PM
Dont panic ,it i hard for manager to count bounty in less than 24 houres
Otherwise it will be pure nonsense.I have 545 post done, stakes counted and;not usingv sig
Very good decisions to distribute tokens in Feb
Spectiv will launch like utility token, his own inner currency
SEC regulation are around the corner, soon you will see tornado on ico's space

I agree. No need for bounty hunters to hurry. It was a long and complex bounty campaign divided in two eras, so a lot of time is obviously necessary to calculate everything.

Congratulation for the ICO's success. Can we now remove the signatures? Some of us have been wearing them since July Smiley
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SPECTIV: PRE-ICO LIVE (60% BONUS) VIRTUAL REALITY + DECENTRALIZED ADS on: December 28, 2017, 09:24:23 PM
As for now, 7 Million $ contribution have been already reached, which should definetly ensure a successful development of the project, at least in its initial phases. Let's hope to reach the hard cap though Smiley
