61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 03, 2020, 01:49:30 AM
Almost 99 percent of DeFi projects in bounty section are scam, you can say I have no prove but this is just my normal thought.

1. Why are almost all bounties released today DeFi projects?
2. Most of these projects have no information about team
( They are complete anonymous)
3. Majority of them are rushed, you can judge merely looking at website domain and designs
4. There are some that based on Uniswap wannabes

You can't compare these projects with real DeFi projects like introduced bounties like Oikos, Lattice, DIA, and few others, my advice is to be extremely picky after doing research

The scamsters are just trying to use something which is trending to lure novice investors and they are advertising for free in bounty section. As bounty hunters we have a responsibility to stay away from promoting  any possible scams if we are aware of it.

About the team staying anonymous for Defi projects , it's a tricky question. One hand you can argue that true decentralization doesn't need team visibility but on a investor point of view I would be afraid to put money in a place when I don't know where the money is going. As for now I am not into projects where teams are anonymous but that may change with better evolution of governance protocols.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are DeFi projects trustless? on: October 03, 2020, 01:44:26 AM
The current state of DeFi and governance protocols aren't as trustless and decentralised as they claim to be. This is mainly because of the fact that a large part of governance tokens are allocated for the team (rightly so because of their work in creating the project). But this creates a scenario where the team has the ability to decide any decision they want to to make.

What do you guys think? How can we get around this problem ? One solution is vesting team tokens and that the team cannot vote for the decisions .

66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I go into this crypto???? on: September 28, 2020, 03:41:59 AM
The Golden rule of cryptocurrency - you should have entered yesterday, and tomorrow it will be too late.

Remember that you can enter this beautiful and wonderful world of decentralization at any time but the longer you delay it the worse your experience will be. Think about it and come now
delaying buying I think is not a bad thing. but I suggest studying the crypto market and assets better. indeed it would be better to learn by experience trading in the market firsthand. but if you don't want to be at risk, we can first study how the crypto market works.

Some people delay this moment for years and then complain to others that "right now there is definitely nothing to do in cryptocurrency, everything is expensive and it is too late to enter it".
I'm saying that, in a good way, it's never too late to enter this market and every moment is successful in the right time frame, and yesterday it was even more successful. Here's the difference

I prefer to take a calculated approach by investing a certain amount over a period of time. Yes I may miss out on some good projects but it gives balance to the portfolio.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: September 28, 2020, 03:39:08 AM
I think the kucoin hack is only going to accelerate the movement towards DEXs. The only issue I see now is the high transaction fee and the user interface which can be made simple for novice users.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLKADOT PARTNERS WITH BLUZELLE on: September 28, 2020, 03:37:20 AM
The polkadot ecosystem and the web3 foundation are making partnership after partnership . It can't come soon enough and make blockchain transaction less costly and faster among other benefits .
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest AIRDROP in the history of cryptocurrency on: September 26, 2020, 04:37:13 AM
i think Uniswap Airdrop token (uni) is currently the biggest Airdrop in the history of cryptocurrency. to drop a whopping sum of $450,000,000 IS Something so huge. i stand to be corrected if i am wrong. i believe that the every successful project does not care about dumpers that will dump token after sales or distribution. 40% of the successful participants in the Uni airdrop dumped their rewards in the exchange and it is interesting that the price never went below 3usd.

this is to tell you that a successful project needs no market manipulation to drive volume. it is simple. develop a token, have a very good use-case and watch your project thrive in the market.

I hear NEM actually did the biggest airdrop in the history for writing something in ANN thread which turned out worth more than 1 million at it's peak .
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💩DeFi scams [history]💩 on: September 26, 2020, 04:35:32 AM
A fresh project HatchDao which has been apparently audited by Trustswap has exit scammed . Trust swap are coming up with excuses like they provide auditing only for team lockups .
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TYPE OF CRYPTO INVESTOR ARE YOU? on: September 26, 2020, 04:33:16 AM
I used to be a newbie but I was naive and invested in some hype projects but now I prefer research and become a value investor and invest in fundamentally strong projects .
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Tether (USDT) flips Ethereum (ETH)? on: September 25, 2020, 07:28:54 AM
I don't think there is too much to read into it if it does happen. After all USDT is used to trade for any digital asset and there are many if them but ethereum is something very different .
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the next trend for 2021? on: September 25, 2020, 07:26:07 AM
I am not sure if NFT is gonna last long . Remember the crypto kitties and how it was big thing and suddenly went bust . I think this NFT maybe like that. I might be wrong though.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEWARE OF FAKE GIVEAWAYS IN DISGUISE AS UNISWAP on: September 25, 2020, 07:24:29 AM
The scammers in the crypto community will not cease to take cheap advantage of newbies using successfully conducted projects to scam them.
A team of scammers are at it again using the name of UNISWAP to conduct a fake giveaway to steal from the unsuspecting newbies. The giveaway is announced through a medium post claimed to be UNISWAP's with other scam team members commenting to give testimonies about what they've earned from the giveaway to attract people to be their victims. A check on Uniswap Twitter and telegram channel doesn't contain anything about the giveaway. Don't fall for it. It's a scam.

This is what is bad about it crypto but then again this happens in any other field as well. Just make sure they don't ask for money to give to "free airdrop" . It's quite simple really.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON price analysis!!! on: September 24, 2020, 10:37:00 AM
Tron has been consistently exceeding the expectations and developing new dapps as well increasing the user base in the network. The future looks good for tron.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bloody market on: September 24, 2020, 10:33:49 AM
I don't think it has only to do with the uniswap airdrop. But also the stock markets of various countries are down after having a pretty good run during the last couple of months .
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Ethereum transaction has been pending for over a month on: September 24, 2020, 10:31:16 AM
This is because of the high fees currently in the Eth network. I heard there is way to get over it by sending another transaction with the same nonce. You can Google for the proper steps .
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YFMoonshot Possibility to Scam Hunters on: September 23, 2020, 07:40:04 AM
It is their bounty telegram group that got deleted. It is saying only one thing, they don't want to pay their bounty hunters and more than likely, they will also disappear. And their price is actually expensive in the market, expensive than established alts here - about $171 in Uniswap. Too bad for those hunters, seems that they will not get their share.

It's awful for the bounty hunters and pathetic on the team that used the hunters to promote their project and left them to try. I wouldn't be surprised if they leave out their investors to dry.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi - Tron Financial Ecosystem (September 2020) on: September 23, 2020, 07:36:10 AM
I have been very pessimisstic about Tron right from the start but I have to say that the creator Sun is turning it around and has implemented multiple projects and increasing the users consistently.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which coins do you suggset to buy before the end of 2020 (BCH, LTC , ??) on: September 23, 2020, 07:34:03 AM
my topic was removed, i don't know why..
so i post it again.

which coins do you suggest is better to invest with before the end of 2020 ?

i see BCH and Litecoin has low transaction fees, and they are good coins actually.
i know most people will avoid BCH because it was free forked coin, but that was in past, today it's actual good coin.

what do you suggest ?
Why would you want to go for Bch And Ltc . You can read that ltc has had mad 51 percent attacks one being more recent. Better go for trusted projects if you are new to investing.
