321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers don't trap victims with too good offers anymore on: March 25, 2020, 08:18:25 AM
In what world does 2 percent returns per day seem a fair offer . Many people would die for 2 percent returns per month and even that would seem too good to be true. Always remember that of a project promises fixed returns it most likely to be a scam especially if the returns are unreal .
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders be careful on: March 23, 2020, 07:11:13 AM
The signal peddlers as the Op Says are not new to this market. There have been stories of pump and dump schemes during the early days of Bitcoin when it was trading in the range of 20 and 30 dollar . There are also various telegram groups which lure gullible investor's into pnd schemes . Be careful
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Corona Virus was predicted but it will soon vanish on: March 23, 2020, 07:07:03 AM
There is no point in looking for prophecies where some one had predicted that something bad would happen to man kind or earth. There were so many bad predictions and books that obviously it will be coinciding with some event that would occur
.So let's not panic and go by prophecies .stay calm..
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token burning on: March 22, 2020, 11:14:59 AM
This is a system created to reduce the supply of the token in the open market there by trying to increase the price. While it's a nice idea to increase the price this must be accompanied by some good product and good token economics which demand the use of token and most importantly adoption of the product.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus is ravaging a large portion of cryptocurrencies. Is this permanent? on: March 22, 2020, 11:12:44 AM
I don't think the wealth erosion that we are seeing in crypto and other stock markets and even the price of gold is permanent. It is always likely to happen when there is some problem just like the housing crisis.people and big investor are withdrawing their cash and they will be back in when they feel there is a good chance of recovery soon.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is altcoin season??? on: March 22, 2020, 11:10:25 AM
Altcoins season was always likely to take a long time coming but now with even Bitcoin and other established markets struggling and with JP Morgan predicting that we are likely to hit recession in this year we might have to wait for another two years to see the price recover to the previous prices.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is all set to boom now... on: March 21, 2020, 01:18:21 AM
The price of almost all crypto currencies follow the price of the Bitcoin . Now the market condition is in a very bad state due to impending fears of recession and all the investors are pulling their money away from risky assets. That's the reason for btc going down along with all the alts. I expect it to last couple of quarters.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty group is dead on: March 21, 2020, 01:14:47 AM
I agree with your opinion that most of the bounty manager and telegram groups are dead now.there were even some websites back on those days with list of all bounties but now most project bounties are no longer profitable and bounty conpaigns take way too long to distribute the tokens and some even go without listing in exchanges .
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto pair do you swap most often? on: March 21, 2020, 01:11:37 AM
Most of the crypto currency are only available to be traded in Bitcoin when they are newly available in the market. The condition is getting a little better now as alternative currencies like eth and stable coins are slowly being used more and more . The trading volume in Bitcoin increase owes so much to this fact.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: March 19, 2020, 09:20:11 AM
Well yeah that's what they call marketing when they have some sort of business associated with it and a pure scam when there is nothing but mouthing of and making money just by creating hype. It just not only exists in crypto but you can find it in every industry and every city in the world.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People Investing in Healthcare Projects after CORONA VIRUS Epidemic ? on: March 19, 2020, 09:17:26 AM
I don't see how any health care related projects especially in the crypto markets can benefit because of the current situation. I am very adverse against investing in crypto health care because I had a really bad experience in couple of medical projects one.being medichain ico. Yet to know where the company is or what it is doing.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: March 19, 2020, 09:14:00 AM
While you can never rule anything out it would be utter chaos if this were to happen. Then again gold is similar to Bitcoin in a way that it has value because people believe in it. So who knows maybe of more people were to start trading in the future we would see another bull run if not may be we are all doomed.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: March 18, 2020, 09:11:17 AM
Apart from the obvious ones in Bitcoin and ethereum you should have a look at vechain which has extensive partnership and real world use cases Which are already happening in their mainnet. Also have a look at Origin trail which is a supply chain project based on erc 20. Manadatory disclaimer that I have position in both .
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does it have volume ? on: March 18, 2020, 05:26:45 AM
If a coin or a project jumps by a large scale like 10x or 15x out of nothing with no news about the project then it definitely is a pump and dump scheme. Look at the volume of the coin being traded , coins with low volumes are the ones which are most suspectible because it is easy to manipulate their price
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the new method of "Initial offering" this year? on: March 18, 2020, 05:23:45 AM
We are still in the teens where ico seem to be the main way to raise money because there isn't any regulatory requirements for it . Slowly we are seeing a increase in IEO , I think we will continue with the trend of IEO for this year before soem project breaks the trend and does a STO with all complainces.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New investors are too impatience on: March 17, 2020, 07:04:43 AM
What else do you expect from newbie traders who have never invested in stock market but have directly invested large amount either through taking loans or their emergency finds during the bu market hoping to make a quick buck . When things didn't work out how they expected it to be they obviously panic.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEWS] COVID-19 Hits Ethereum Community Conference, Six People Test Positive on: March 17, 2020, 06:56:45 AM
I wonder why they decided to go ahead with a public conference when the corona virus was spreading and all countries are cautioning..Any way I hope the people recover soon and the corona panic goes away soon so that the people can resume nor Al daily life activities and socialise Soon like before.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is it , it's the end of cryptos on: March 17, 2020, 06:49:45 AM
Here we are and yet another panic thread during yet another crypto winter which is just starting..but this time it isn't just crypto winter but the entire world economy looks like it's tumbling because of the corona virus. Don't worry  we will recover in a year just like it happened with the last time bbtc was under 5k.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Saving for a House! on: March 15, 2020, 02:20:39 AM
If you are saving for a house or something like that for which you need it then don't even think about putting the money in the crypto even on stable coins. Your best best is to put it in a fixed deposit or bank and get the house you have always dreamt of. Don't take the risk on something that's so important.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't just hold your altcoins for a long time! on: March 15, 2020, 02:18:20 AM
It's hard to generalise and out it like that in a sentence. Yes right now altcoins are highly risky to hold as we don't know which coin will come of the bubble and last when the block chain and crypto industry standardises. But bear in mind that if you chose the right coin you will be in for a healthy reward.
