61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How future applications would be !? on: February 28, 2021, 12:19:26 PM
What do you think about the future? What do you think about the most successful blockchain applications? What ideas might be formed?
How is it possible to make entertainment - social application with help of blockchain? i need some example.

It is very difficult to predict the future and in general of cryptocurrencies and their use. But I think blockchain technology can be used in absolutely any field and it will be much better than the current slow, expensive and inefficient systems we know.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better, ether or bitcoin? on: February 27, 2021, 11:16:54 AM
What do people think? Is it better to invest, say, 100 dollars in ether or bitcoin?

Both Bitcoin and Ethereum are always a very good option if you want to invest in cryptocurrencies. In my opinion, if you want to invest in the longer term, it is better to do it in Bitcoin, and if you want your investment to be in the shorter term, it is better to do it in Ethereum.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better than before on: February 27, 2021, 11:07:38 AM
I almost got confused that the bullrun is over until I think about everything deeply again, here is what I think about, this bull season is not like 2017s, we don't have powerful people buying BTC this crazily in the past, crypto was never this popular and more supported in the past, Tesla, mastercard, PayPal, Microstrategy etc where not here before, even if the bull is slowly fading the high adoption rate still stands

Definitely the interest in Bitcoin is much higher now than 3-4 years ago. And as you mention, the interest from large corporations is already quite visible. I think you are right - the current situation in the crypto world and the market is better than before.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good Pedictions for alt coins LIKE ADA, DOT, XRP... ?? on: February 27, 2021, 10:54:14 AM
In my opinion, there is a lot of interest in ADA and Polkadot this year. Even the latest news is that Dubai-based cryptocurrency FD7 Ventures will sell Bitcoin worth more than $ 750 million next month to buy Cardano and Polkadot instead. This news will definitely affect the price of both coins.
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in a good shape? on: February 26, 2021, 08:46:01 PM
Guys I haven't been here for a while and I'm wondering if Bitcoin is in a better shape than last time I checked 2 years ago.

Thanks

You can look at the chart of the Bitcoin market, and you will answer for yourself the progress over the last 2 years of Bitcoin. I think you are returning to cryptocurrencies just in time, because this year will be quite interesting.

66  Economy / Speculation / Re: btc dump today and yesterday on: February 26, 2021, 08:25:16 PM

what  is behind the dump which is in progress last couple days ?
I know its volatility , but comparing to last couple months its quite bigger
Cheers

You do not have to compare and predict the direction of the market compared to the last few months. Bitcoin and the crypto market in general are much more volatile than fiat currencies. The crypto market is much more susceptible to speculation and is influenced by various news on the Internet. I saw a graphic published before me by Tytanowy Janusz, it is better to look at it carefully.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP vs SEC latest news on: February 25, 2021, 08:06:32 PM
Hi all, hope all is well!

Let's start discussing the latest news with the updates if possible... I live in Turkey and there is no update that I can reach for now.. After the peak about 10 hours ago, XRP is going down. Should I keep and buy more at a lower price or should I let it go?

ps:

- Unfortunately, I have fired because of that covid **** 5 weeks ago and I m trying to survive with my compensation until I got a new job.
- I am not talking about thousands of $ for buying.

Please let me know your thoughts about the expectations in the future like 2-3 weeks in both scenarios positive/negative for Ripple.

Cheers!

Former SEC chairwoman Mary Joe White told Fortune magazine that the commission she once chaired was wrong in this case.

Also, current Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse claims that only 5% of Ripple's customers are in the United States and that freezing the company's operations in the United States will not harm the network as a whole.

According to the latest news in the media, I don't think things are as bleak as they seemed at the beginning of the trial.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which token i invest? on: February 23, 2021, 08:58:39 PM
Hello friends i have around 200$ in Ethereum. I want to invest for getting some profit. Tell me about your experience. What tokens or coins are best for invest this time.

If this is all the capital you have, I think it is better to keep the Ethereum coins, because their price may soon rise significantly. Otherwise, it is very difficult to find the right token that will bring you big returns on investment with $ 200 or at least not in a short time.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple is dying on: February 23, 2021, 08:45:22 PM
A lot of people are predicting that ripple is dead, while some are of the opinion that it might recover after all. Recently, there have been some talks over whether Ripple should go head to head with SEC in court or settle.

What is your opinion on this matter?

The company's ongoing legal battle with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and worsening forecasts for Ripple are already affecting the company - the publicly traded money transfer company MoneyGram announced on Monday that it is suspending the use of Ripple's payment decision. This was done by a number of other companies in the crypto space that stopped or stopped XRP-related activities altogether.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin is best? on: February 23, 2021, 08:39:37 PM
I used to use USD tether all the time and still using it for trading purposes and liquidity purpose but recently we have seen a FUD or may be truth that SEC may have issue against them although they clarified that they are running it under registered business etc etc. Is tether risky from that purpose? Even if SEC warrant something like XRP, what will happen to Tether?
What about another alternative stablecoin?

Under the terms of the agreement, Bitfinex and Tether do not admit wrongdoing, but will pay $ 18.5 million and submit quarterly reports describing the composition of Tether's reserves for the next two years.

Contrary to online speculation, it has not been established that Tether ever issued [USDT] without support or manipulated crypto prices.

But this is still a big blow to Tether and I hope the consequences are not catastrophic, because it is definitely one of the best stablecoins for me.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggestion: good altcoin to buy on: February 22, 2021, 08:38:01 PM
Hi everyone,
I have a couple hundred dollars to invest...already have my little bags of the most popular coins probably, accumulated over the years.
I was looking for an undervalued coin to try that could rise if the bull market continues.
Any suggestion?
Thanks.

I think that in the current market situation and what is happening in the crypto world, there are some coins to invest in: one is PancakeSwap (CAKE), which is the decentralized exchange token (DEX) that runs on Binance Chain.
The other is one of the three most used decentralized financing (DeFi) applications in the world - 1inch.
And the last coin is the Matic 2nd layer scaling platform, which is now rebranded as Polygon.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you sell if you had bought 10 Bitcoin at $100? on: February 22, 2021, 08:20:41 PM
Interesting simulation, but it's still a long time since Bitcoin was $ 100. Perhaps how long we would keep the coins in our pockets depends mainly on our social status. If we have problems with loans, mortgages, financial difficulties, it will be difficult to resist the prices of $ 200 or $ 1000. But if we still have other income that allows us to "forget" about those Bitcoins we bought, that doesn't stop us from keep hold them even now at $50 000+.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold Could be Next Bitcoin on: February 21, 2021, 06:54:39 PM
In general, I do not think there is such a possibility that this will happen. Yes, there is a positive trend this year, but it is influenced (like most altcoins) by the bull market in Bitcoin. I think it will be very, very difficult for any coin to be able to displace Bitcoin in the next many years.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will Binance be the next Ethereum? on: February 20, 2021, 08:46:11 PM
If Binance Smart Chain continues to attract more and more people and projects to use the services of their technology, there is a real chance that Binance will displace Ethereum in my opinion.

They are doing quite well in developing their project.
75  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doge or Bitcoin? Which to buy? on: February 20, 2021, 08:27:34 PM
I only have $10000, should i buy doge or btc? Why?

Dodgecoin does not have enough support behind him, a project that was created as a joke and will most likely remain so. The jump in its price came from the positive Twitter posts by Elon Musk, but Dodgecoin still has nothing to present to justify the interest of buyers.

Whereas if you are looking for an investment that will bring you big income despite the longer period of time, this is definitely Bitcoin.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: February 19, 2021, 07:34:11 PM
Of course, investing in new tokens is risky, there is always a chance that the ICO that launches these new tokens will turn out to be a scam and it is big and the percentage of successful tokens I think is quite small. But they usually make the biggest profit, because the breakthrough is big.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think POLKADOT is still really undervalued on: February 19, 2021, 07:20:39 PM
Polkadot is a great Defi project in my opinion, and one that has the potential to replicate in the Defi space the same type of influence that ethereum has in the smart contracts space.
Thr Polkadot blockchain is like a robust network that allows the integration and combination of different Defi platforms such that real life-like financial services can be gotten through the blockchain.
This makes it very valuable in my opinion and its tokens price relatively very much undervalued

Honestly, I'm not very familiar with the Polkadot project, but the things that are happening around them these days are quite interesting, and the price chart shows it. Data shows that some of the biggest Wall Street players have bought (ETP) for Polkadot.According to Bloomberg: Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, UBS and ICAP have already bought shares.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a new investment on: February 19, 2021, 07:04:29 PM
Definitely Bitcoin has always been a good investment option despite the high volatility of the crypto market. I don't know if it's the best investment option these days, as you say, but looking at the bull market for so long is definitely one of the best options.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rise of Bitcoin, Fall of Dollar on: February 19, 2021, 07:00:06 PM
Today I found out something very interesting...
"1 Bitcoin is still 1 Bitcoin, it is only the value of the dollar falling"

(due to inflation, because the government just keeps printing money out of thin air)

There were also ideas like, real estate not increasing in value either, its just the dollar (fiat money in general) falling in value, and making building apartments seem more valuable... but let's just stick with Bitcoin....
so is Bitcoin rising in value, or is it the dollar falling in value....
or are the two going both ways??

I don't know if there is a connection between the two, but in stages there is definitely a relationship that you are talking about.

In any case, the price of both Bitcoin and the USD is influenced by speculation, geopolitical factors and economic decisions of corporations. It's just that the two react differently and with a different volume to each thing.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think the price of BNB will go above $ 300? on: February 18, 2021, 06:56:15 PM
One of the main reasons for the extraordinary rise of the BSC is probably the steady rise in Ethereum transaction fees. While DeFi has been growing exponentially since last summer, so has the cost of transferring assets.

Combined with increased activity in its ecosystem, BSC is also ahead of Ethereum in terms of daily transactions.

These are all positive factors that may raise the price of the BNB by much more in the near future.
