Seriously?

If some of the community feels the desire or urge to file a report, kindly, then be my guest.
And no, I have no intention of removing my post. It's Gulden related, and if not specified on the why by the sender otherwise than his personal desire, I see no valid reason why to remove or revise it.

The Gulden community must listen to more experienced users , when someone is anonymous 99.9% chance it's a scam, at least the devs had enough intellect not to be involved as per MaNIs post below mine.

Appreciate all the info, reading the links posted here you have gained a lot of trust within the community but to me there is a lot of risk. What happens if you have a bad month (financially), one of your family members gets seriously ill and you need money, the btc will be the easiest place to get emergency funds, or you end up dying unexpectedly who would run the mining operations and payouts.
This operation needs to grow and can't be one person handling everything, it's not about being scammed , it's about life and anything can occur.

Beef this operation up, have some accountability and I am all in.

Aye, your comment is very true. To add some more comforting info in adition:
I currently live on social welfare, ties with family are broken except with some nephews and cousins in distant foreign countries, and I smoke and drink too much... And to topple it a bit further, I actually have appropriated goods once in my life, from which I got convicted and big enough the crime itself to face sentence.
I'm not fond or proud of any of that, nor my history; and it would probably be much more wiser in not mentioning such things, but I won't make it a secret either...

Having said such, the private keys are already shared and in safe possession of another trusted community member.
Regarding the mining operations, those are tied with my personal details, on which I have my own wishes. So I'm still puzzling on how to merge this aspect as well  Wink

So? You weren't in, nor in any of the details, were you?

Yes, the project got compromised on my part. And I didn't hit and run, I faced the community as per my own request, as I was the one responsible over the compromise. Instead of a proper conversation on how to solve and possibilities to explore, accusations were made pretty fast (which given the circumstances, I could understand) and threads made both to the person and my children (which, obviously, I have no understanding for). All together, it made me decide to leave.
I left an amount of BTC's by ratio equal to what had been compromised for those affected, on a public address (<== verifiable) with the private key in possession to those affected, out of my own personal bag.
The logins and work method were handed over, in private, as well (not to the ones flaming and threatening, obviously). Before I did that, I had refunded the project with a rough ~150% (<== verifiable) of what had been compromised; again, out of my own personal bag. The sub-project I was working on to counter the upcoming halving, I did finished that one and sent it along shortly afterwards.

So all together, everything affected was compensated/refunded with ~230-240% out of my own personal bag (verifiable). How's that for a 99.9% scam chance...

Oh, and btw, before the compromise, I wasn't anonymous anymore...

You refunded them more then double their bitcoin back?
230-240 %?  Why they complaining if I gave you 1 btc and you give me 2.3 btc back ?
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                              Gulden NLG                             100% funded! on: August 05, 2016, 11:10:08 AM
I am surprised still getting reactions/follow-ups regarding Project Hybrid/Guldenshares. So, summary:

End June, project compromised.
July 3, project refunded with personal balance.
July 4, every shareholder compensated for the compromised amount by ratio (associated with 1FfHX8VoVUAsQsuADyeHo8MqUfuVxTBpTn ).
July 4, announced my departure from the Gulden community.
July 4, transfered the logins and work method (associated with 1CafDNRgkDsF16zgo4zucNZ7E9r4eiHFV2 ).
July 6, transferred the details, address and private key for subproject to counter upcoming halving (associated with 1Bjija19MyUEvPFEhtnZLvVgTuQ8XnCmU7 ).

So kindly, to those applicable, turn your questions/comments/whatever to the one(s) now responsible for the project, as I am no more, nor any part of this community and nor wish to (and hence, neither wish to answer your questions/comments/whatever anymore)

What was compromised?

Who gives a shit, when is the next update coming?

Is there any charitable whales that can do some dumps to 320. Would like to get some more coins to hold longterm.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                              Gulden NLG                             100% funded! on: August 01, 2016, 07:29:12 AM

785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                              Gulden NLG                             100% funded! on: July 30, 2016, 04:42:14 AM
Any ETA when btc payment option will be added to the desktop wallets and when Prime development will continue?

For questions regarding ETA's we have a special channel at our Slack, but only available to shares.gulden.com funders.

Good you are still answering questions after the funding, I didn't fund because it's not possible to bring out updates faster. Adding bitcoin merchant payments to the desktop wallets looks to be taking 2 months, like it took for the Android and iOS wallets. Credit to the developers who did the Android and iOS wallets as they are better performing then any other ones I have used, including bitcoin!

You haven't learned a single thing in the past 2 years, haha. Fun to watch you and most here squirm though!

Gulden has been the fastest developing alt I own in the last 12 months. investeerder have more faith , many bagholders of other currencies wish they had this development team that has dedicated itself to one currency. It's already the most usable alt coin and with the desktop wallets getting btc payment option will make it more usable from all wallets.

Then the big project called PRIME on the roadmap which will bring in more users for Gulden then any other project in Guldens history.

Why is this not being seen by more people? Is it because of poor marketing?

To whoever dumped I want to thank you for allowing me to get back in under 350sat. My instincts told me a dump would happen. I will never sell again as it was stressful thinking I would not get back in. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grin!!!!!!!!  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Does someone of developers considered possibility to add Gulden on Poloniex exchange? Bittrex is good but not enough for boost...

This is something that the Poloniex developers would have to consider, it is not something that the Gulden developers have any control over.

everyone who likes can help with making a "new coin request"

They will not add Gulden I think, as we have a premine. The only way I could see it happen is if the devs contact them directly to state their case and show how the coins are used for funding.

The Prime project will interest Poloniex

can you answer this:
How come the total supply on CoinMarketCap is different from the one in the post?

I just sent a pm to explain.

i like to know this too. why not post it here? thanks

Actual supply here: http://nlgstats.nl/charts/total_nlg_including_premine.html

After 60 years 1680 M

Premine is used for development, such as the 50btc funding shares.gulden.com for example. It is used for what it is meant to be for.

No need to defend the premine. At BCT people accept it or they don't, doesn't really matter how we use it. The Big Book Of Crypro Rules says: premine is forbidden...

Why not dump more premine and make the price lower for us, don't stop at 400 satoshi.

Don't rush the wallet update team, I want the price to drop much more.

Why the fuck did people find out about Gulden when I sold my fucking coins. Please someone dump to 350, that must be good profit for some people that bought below 300.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                              Gulden NLG                             100% funded! on: July 09, 2016, 10:15:16 AM
I am getting annoyed the price is staying above 350 because I know if I buy it will drop!!!!!
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                              Gulden NLG                             100% funded! on: July 07, 2016, 06:47:13 PM
How can the price be going up if btc chat is dead?
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:                              Gulden NLG                             100% funded! on: July 06, 2016, 09:57:07 AM
Technical graphs looking very positive for Gulden the last 48 hours. Good chance for more bullish movement.

Congratulations on completing the funding.

Slow move up, looks to be holding.

Price won't hold. It's moved up too fast and it always comes crashing down. I sold out on the way up but waiting for 300-350 to get back in.

There is something very different about this rise in price, very different. It's not a pump , it's an adjustment to the norm. You are going to have to be patient to see sub 350 prices if at all.

Only 5 btc to 350sat. I will wait. Wink

Gulden is crap, it never took off and it won't, there is no need for Gulden to exist as many other coins are doing what it does but much better.

Name 1?
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gulden to break out after Brexit? on: June 25, 2016, 05:37:01 PM
It might do if Holland has Vote which seems to be pretty likely to happen so yes it could have the opportunity to boom

The Netherlands might have a vote, but it will be harder for them to leave the EU than Britain, because the Dutch signed up to the euro.

Britain by contrast controls it's own currency, so all that we have to do is renegotiate trade treaties (and if that fails, trade under WTO rules which are hardly onerous).

Geert Wilders has called for a referendum, if he wins next election he will push for it if the central banks dont organise to kill him.

the referendum in The Netherlands can only be used for topics / treaties that have not passed yet, as membership of the EU has been ratified and passed a long time ago
it can not be put into a referendum.

This is true but it can be a good test of public opinion and maybe changes will need to be made by our EU masters in Brussels.

Why are you holding an ICO (share offering)? Couldn't you just fund the project using the premine?

I think that using the spaceX rockets to put the forum servers on Mars well was a bit costly to say the least.

But the good thing is the forum is using hyper speed now.

Hey if it were up to me, I'd spend it all on stickers, flyers, posters, t-shirts, marketing and stuff, but the team was like: "nah, let's make some apps". I said what 50 BTC!? for 2 years fulltime development!? Do you realize how many stickers we can buy for that kind of money. But they don't listen to me. It's sad, now we only get cool apps that people can actually use.

Yeah what's the use of users when you have cool apps that people can use.

A bit more marketing a new forum and no looking back.

Not sure how something is more usable than LTC, maybe more accepted in the Netherlands. As for eth I have no fuckin clue how that's used. However, I hope the gulden does well and gains popularity!

Judge for yourself.

iOS

Android
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gulden.wallet

I don't like Guldens main official forum as it looks shit but it is the best value coin with a development that wants a crypto future and not in it for money.
