Just a quick couple of announcements related to this bar: the plated batch I have on hand currently will be destroyed.

Within 8 days I will have the matte batch available for sale! I was worried about the quality, but I like the fact that each bar has unique polish/plating patterns and the matte effect looks awesome.

And finally... after putting it off for years I've launched http://bigtimespaghetti.com/ where I will have information on all my collectables, complete mintage information on previous projects will follow soon. The only mintage information currently is related to this bar.

You can also purchase through the website. Currently only the pure silver bars are available. The matte will follow soon.

I will be still taking orders through the forum, but the payment portal on my site is available for swifter transactions.

just fyi, any orders past this point will have a postage delay of 1 week due to travel arrangements. Any orders that have not received tracking yet will be posted tomorrow and will have tracking sent tomorrow or the day after.

Sorry for the delay on tracking guys- after getting side tracked before I sat down to do it today and did not have my corresponding notes to DM you the information (they're back home and I'm out at the office). I will get it done this evening. Thanks for your patience.

all orders have shipped, tracking will follow today. As usual it's a manual input job to generate the links, so it takes a little while. thanks to all those who have supported the project.

currently there are 41 bars left. It's been a week now so I'll be taking orders of more than a single bar.

haha you caught it! I updated that because I have a batch of plated that were originally meant to me matte, originally I was going to go ahead with just another regular plated batch, but I'm not quite comfortable with that as I wanted the final batch to be different. These additional bars have not gone on sale yet as I haven't decided to conclude this design run with the shiny plated or a fresh run of matte. I'm tempted to leave it up to the community. Perhaps I'll make a poll.

The reason the matte haven't been announced yet is that I'm not entirely happy with the final product. Thus I ordered the additional batch of 'original'.

To clarify, these bars will be destroyed if I go ahead with a matte batch and will not make it into circulation. Then the molds will be destroyed also.

If I go ahead with these instead of a matte batch, they will be the last bars to be sold in this design and molds will be destroyed.

EDIT: I should probably fix the numbers until the final decision has been made.

Just a quick update. Pure silver bars are ready. For the first week I will only be accepting single bar orders, this is due to how popular the previous batch of bars were. I'm trying to spread out ownership to as many people as possible and give them a chance. After this initial window I will be accepting orders for more than one pure silver bar.

I will announce the status of the final plated batch very soon. I'm currently having to decide between selling another shiny plated batch or a matte batch that are not really entirely up to my standards- they look great, but some of the plating isn't perfect. hi all! I can confirm I did this as a layout- I didn't pay for the stock images because this was a layout (undecided), when layouts have been agreed upon I usually either pay for the images or make an entirely original image to replace it.

So yeah it looks like trash, which I touched up to look slightly less trashy (lol)- plenty of my clients will confirm I send them a lot of rough content when trying to come up with a layout for a design they are happy with.

I can also confirm that since killyou72 has decided to share my DMs (and layout) publicly without my permission that I will not be proceeding with the design edit:let's see if we can wrap this up amicably, I'll admit to not really caring about the layout image sharing, the DMs is just a little rich for me.
He is welcome to keep the layout for someone else to finish the design. While I don't explicitly sign off all my DMs with people expecting them not to post them, I never share them in posts myself and I do expect a modicum of reciprocal respect when it comes to the privacy of direct messages, as do most here I expect.

The truth is I was very busy for all sorts of reasons and didn't get round to his design as fast as I should have- my bad, I admit that was shitty of me and I screwed up. I did apologise to him for this and wanted to move forward. But frankly I'm not interested in justifying myself any further than this post. I think I've answered concerns and questions here. Though I also think the quoted DM is pretty clear too.
I can also understand with killyou wanting to move forward fast and show people for his coin, because we didn't get this started quick enough, but it was just too premature to do out of context and no where near finished.

tldr: I sometimes use copypasted watermarked images for layout before either removing or paying for them + I don't like people sharing my DMs publicly.

Y'all can flame me for using stock images to help with layout and subsequently paying for them in some designs if you like now

tracking was sent out on Wednesday- if you didn't receive it, there was either a problem with the tracking (which I will follow up this weekend) or your package was small enough to be sent as a 'letter' and did not need tracking. Don't worry though everything is packed extremely well and I've never lost an order through postNL.

postage update- I was going to post half today, but decided to continue to fill out customs paperwork for all orders. ended up be able to squeeze them in- half of the orders have shipped.

that is indeed the plan. will take a little longer because the design needs to be altered slightly for the silver bar.

pretty sure my message backlog is clear now. last few bars are reserved pending payment.

I noted a few people posting in this thread and not DMing me, I didn't have time to get back to you due to answering all the messages. I'll try to get back to you guys when I have new bars available so you don't miss out.

80% of the packaging is complete. There's something pretty satisfying about stacking heavy little cardboard boxes.

Just the smaller orders need to be protectively packed now.

It's hard to judge since I'm still in message/order backlog, but I think all of the bars are now sold as of a day or so ago.

Not to worry for those still interested in a bar- while this series will not be re-run in it's current form (no more plating). I'll be making a pure silver run as mentioned above, with a limit to 1 per customer with a mintage of 50 pure silver bars.

For those that may want a cheaper option than pure silver I'll be doing a small matte metal run too in an effort to spread ownership a little more but without diminishing the rarity of the plated bars. Again with a limited 50 strike mintage.

Bringing the total of dogebars in circulation too 202.

That will be all the bars I'm striking for this design, this was always intended to be a limited run and once I've inspected the next shipment of pure silver and matte bars, the dies for this bar will be destroyed.

After those bars you guys will have to wait December for another limited edition doge anniversary bar

hi All, still have a long backlog of messages. Which I'm following up as best I can with my limited time.

packaging has been mostly completed. due to personal circumstance the sending may take until the weekend- remember I'm just one dude doing this

Since there has been such a high demand and popularlity -clearly a lot of people will be missing out, I'm considering a small pure silver run and small a matte base metal run. A lot of you have been asking about a pure silver version of this bar.

But please don't message me about the new runs, I'll update the OP and post here (so just turn on notifications in a couple of weeks for this thread). They will be extremely limited as well. I don't expect to strike more than 50 pure silvers at a guess.
