So egifter and PayPal have decided to doublefuck me, letting a canceled transfer to myself go through and then not being able to access my gift cards, leading to $350 in limbo. My car insurance is due tomorrow and I'm fucked if I can't get some cash for it.

I think it was just a coincidence that it was getting stuck at that price. It will move off of that once the price rebounds again.
Eh, it always seems to get stuck at numbers like 420 too. I think some people place buys at those numbers just to laugh at the chart, or think its a lucky number to go in at or something. |

When it was around $60 I bought one for the hell of it. Spent it pretty fast on random stuff and the next thing I know it would have been worth a thousand dollars. Definitely not my proudest moment.

I find it wrong to sell your stock portfolio to go all in for bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a currency with lots of potential, but so are most stocks. Having both would be the best possible option.
It depends on which rises faster. If the bitcoin price rises faster, it is better to hold more bitcoin instead of stocks. well you are right though i think that bitcoin is going to grow a lot really fast pretty soon, in this way we would make some good profit so i invest only in bitcoin The building of the bitcoin infrastructure is accelerating at the moment. The price will rise to $1000 soon. While there may be more infrastructure in the way of better sites to do the same old stuff at, there really isn't a huge reason to go for BTC over regular fiat right now. I don't expect to see a price rise unless we find a real killer app, or the halving response was just delayed. |

Yes there ate another bubble in bitcoin it will happen in next 2 years according to my research so if you have extra money do invest it in bitcoin because bitcoin become profitable in the next 2 years or next year. You earn and gain profits. Your saving got increase.
I'm calling BS, there's no way to predict what's going to happen to the price in the next 2 years. You're saying this because you have your own money in BTC and want people to buy in so the price will go up, helping you out. There very well could be another bubble that's set off by something, or a crash back to the 300-range. Nobody really knows what's going to happen. |

This is a bet that I'd be afraid to take in either direction. I don't really see us having the hype to make a jump up that high now that the halving is over, but once miners really start feeling the pinch the price may end up going up a bit. If I had to make a choice I'd probably say it's not going to happen, even leaning towards a crash happening sometime soon.

The stupidity of some people blows my mind. There's no god that is getting pissed off at two guys getting it on and deciding to send an earthquake near them, causing a fuckton of collateral damage in the process. There's gay pride events pretty much everywhere, and gay people everywhere so it's impossible to try to imply a causation between the two.
How can you be advertising a cam site with teens that just turned 18 selling themselves online, but consider it so wrong for two consenting adults of the same sex to have sex? For the record I don't think either is wrong as they're adults, just pointing out the double standard.
Wouldn't god have better shit to do than get mad at some people acting on their attraction that he would have put in them to begin with?

For me loans are very risky for the lender, it is not a problem for the borrower since they are going to collateral some of their assets.
Because they have going to collateral something it is not easy to sell that immediately.
It takes time before they are going to get some returns.
Risk goes to both parties, Borrower and Lender Borrower risks his collateral in exchange of money or Bitcoin, example is if the collateral used is an account here in Bitcointalk.org and the Lender posted without the knowledge of the Borrower, Borrower is at risk of being kicked out of the signature campaign because of the quality of post by the lender who used the collateral. Lender may also remove the signature which may result to being again kicked out of the campaign. Lenders risk is if the account used was not disclosed in public and collateral was offered only through PM, huge risk of being the account used a s collateral maybe hacked or have an existing loan. lenders should scrutinize the account before lending. This is why you should use a trusted escrow when accepting a loan from a user that isn't very trusted. However, there is no guarantee that the borrower won't simply run off and consider it a sale of the account. A sold account can quickly become worthless if it is tagged as being sold and loses all of it's trust. |
