61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: March 23, 2021, 08:08:25 AM
As expected, Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul has been included in the playing XI. Now I am certain that the younger Indian players don't have any chance under the Kohli/Shastri regime. Why these two are included in the XI, despite so many failures? On the other hand, Ishan Kishan was dropped after just one failure.
A few more failures and they will be out of the team forever unless they come out with some outstanding performance in the domestic circuit, i am hoping KL Rahul will perform well and he is the wicket keeper. When it comes to Ishan Kishan he was dropped because he had some injury and that is what i heard in news channel.

Anyway, as long as India wins the series, no one is going to complain. And perhaps that is the reason why Kohli is acting so arrogantly.
India is lucky that they are winning all the series and until then you will not hear any complaints.

England won the toss and India is batting first.
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 23, 2021, 06:52:27 AM
I really hope all fighters will be healthy and geative on testing and we can expect to see some great fights this weekend.
Bookmakers are again undersetimating champion Stipe Miocic and they think Francis Ngannou is favorite but I will bet on Miocic here to win again.
Co-main event is also great with Tyron Woodley and Vicente Luque, and I think we even have one of Khabib cousins Abubakar Nurmagomedov against Jared Gooden.
All this is promising one great event but let's wait for confirmation of all fights.
There are a lot of interesting fights and UFC and ESPN is promoting the fight really well and Stipe Miocic V Francis Ngannou is interesting as Stipe Miocic will continue to dominate and Francis Ngannou getting a rematch after 4 years, i remember the first fight when all the hype was on Francis Ngannou and if he won that fight he would have been a super star but he got humiliated and this will be his final chance for the title as long as  Stipe Miocic is the champion. I am watching as a fan as i like both their stories and let the best fighter wins.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's with the NFT hype? on: March 23, 2021, 02:19:45 AM
Lately adoptions of blockchain applications have spurred the price and the values of cryptocurrencies . Now bitcoin has solid foundation and and a clear grasp of the technology bitcoin will never crash. as mass supported will be there to sustain it. Mobile network will be the last piece of component to drive the blockchain technology to its full potential.
You cannot tell that the price of bitcoin is well and safe, i am expecting a huge correction and we will see the price below $30k by the end of this year or early next year. The technology in bitcoin did not change much after the last rally and it has nothing to do with the present rally.

Anyone who is spending much time studying the new hype, can anyone recommend any promising projects so that i can look into it.
64  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: March 22, 2021, 11:38:28 PM
The fact is that vaccination in some countries does not give the expected result, and even after vaccination, people begin to get sick with coronavirus. Due to the fact that people are tired of quarantine and neglect various precautions, the death rate is still quite high in certain countries.
There is a fact in this, people are tired of sitting at home and started neglecting the precautions and so is the reason the next wave is hitting hard in my country as well and i am not sure whether they will implement a lock down in several states and i am not sure whether i wanted a vaccination shot at this point because i am not confident in them as well.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Elon Musk theory on: March 22, 2021, 11:00:48 PM
currently doge is still considered stable with price movements not deviating from $ 0.05 which is of course very good, once again the management has benefited at least by making a surprise so that it can go up again by reducing the supply of coins in the market, it seems that it has not been done, or is indeed happy with this situation only.
The developers are not too keen on reducing the number of coins in circulation, when the price of Doge started to increase and the network started to stagnate they are finally taking measures to upgrade the network which was long pending so that you can still move the coins with ease and the lack of these upgrade delays shows that the developers never anticipated this rally.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's with the NFT hype? on: March 22, 2021, 08:26:18 PM
For what I know, crypto behaves in strange and bizarre ways. First it was the ICO hype. Then came the "De-Fi" hype. And now it's the NFT hype. Who knows what the next big thing in crypto will be?
The market will keep on coming out with new names and people will go after them without a doubt as everyone thinks that it is money to be made during the initial stages of the project. The ease at which a new innovative structure is introduced are getting faster by the day and i am not surprised by the hype they could create in a short period.
67  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 22, 2021, 07:11:28 PM

Will the ICC allow these matches, some of the matches were entertaining and they might pose a challenge to much lesser competitive teams as they have spinners who bowled well but the fast bowlers lost their pace and it is expected as they are playing after a long gap and i am not expecting them to bowl at express pace but you cannot compete with a young team and expect to be competitive if they are not playing in spin wickets Tongue.
It was just an idea thrown for fun and ICC will not be allowing any country to match up against retired players, you might watch them  if they put together a fun warm up match or for charity as the players are retired for a reason  Tongue.

Lol, are you seriously kidding me here? So you think that those players are "PAANI KAM CHAI" now just because of their age factor? After watching Yuvi hitting those 6's, would you still say that? After seeing Sehwag and Sachin playing on the crease like they never retired, would you still keep the same mindset? I mean, I understand that you didn't disrespect them but the fact is, they retired but never left cricket. If we get to 42 without even practicing and then get to the crease, we'll get bowled at first ball but that's not the case with them.
Yuvi, Pathan, Sehwag and Sachin were hitting the ball well along with the rest of the players as well and they can be competitive and there is no doubt regarding that. Not sure whether these retired players kept of practicing even after retirement but as long as you have your reflexes and eyesight they will play brilliant knocks if the bowling lineup is weak.
68  Economy / Economics / Re: I think I know who satoshi really is Am I Crazy? He He.... on: March 22, 2021, 06:38:33 PM
Even Satoshi Nakamoto himself will never admit that even he is in deathbed because the whole point of Decentralization will be over once he was caught by the authority by the time he was sick.
The whole point of decentralization does not mean that the creator should be hidden  Cheesy. There are thousands of tokens and coins in existence and many of the developers are celebrities in the cryptocurrency space and everyone is having their free choices.

Steve jobs obviously not Satoshi because he has his own invention and dedicated much on Apple software development. Coding Blockchain and creating the idea of it is not an easy task and will require a lot of time and effort which Steve Jobs don't have for other idea.
Steve Jobs is a businessman, developing and creating he had a team to come up with his ideas and develop on his ideas. His biggest contribution is that he took branding to a whole new level and he knows how to sell his product.
69  Economy / Economics / Re: Central Bank of Nigeria Official Reiterates Nigerian Residents Free to Trade BTC on: March 22, 2021, 05:46:12 PM
Yeah.. right now India is like the worst place to be in, if you are a cryptocurrency user. The rich users have already moved out to more sane jurisdictions. But those who can't afford to do that are stuck here. On top of that, the travel restrictions due to the pandemic has also made things really bad here. I really don't know why they have so much hatred for new innovations. It's like they want the people to remain in poverty forever.
This is not hatred, they simply cannot understand and some will have extreme response to something they cannot understand and that is what we are seeing in India. The stupids who cannot understands the technology comes out and tells things that are doctrined by the same stupid group in their social media circles and they keep on repeating that.

Not everyone can move out because of one law and i am expecting a happy ending as the government have many basic things to do as people are suffering than banning bitcoin.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 22, 2021, 03:14:12 PM
The match will be competitive, but I am not sure whether they will be able to defeat the current Zimbabwe squad. The batsmen may be in better condition compared to the bowlers, but we will know that for sure only if the actual match occurs. And I have seen the list of players who are participating in this series. Some of the players retired only recently, such as Dwayne Smith, Dhammika Prasad and Jacques Rudolph. These players will be able to compete in a meaningful way. But the same can't be expected from the 50 plus players, such as Sanath Jayasuriya and Ridley Jacobs.
It will be fun to watch matches like that but it will be a nail in the coffin for any teams that face them and gets defeated by retired professionals Cheesy. If they mix players from different countries then they can come up with a strong that can challenge any average team. That does not mean picking players who retired a decade ago Cheesy.

If they play these tournaments yearly it would attract viewership as most of the games had good crowds in the stadium.
71  Economy / Speculation / Re: Microstrategy keep buying bitcoin. How if they become the biggest BTC HODLer? on: March 22, 2021, 02:01:46 PM
I was so confused about where they got the money to continue buying Bitcoin, that I was afraid they would use the borrowed money to buy Bitcoin.
Hopefully my guess is wrong, because if it is true this will be very dangerous for the future. By becoming the biggest BTC HODLer, Microstrategy
has become whales and is able to manipulate prices, because it is very dangerous if suddenly Microstrategy make Bitcoin dump.
These are institutional investors and they will be sourcing money by investors who are interested in investing in bitcoin and they will source the money and invest again. Who is making a decision to invest depends upon the financial analyst they are having because it is a high risk investment and they are one the biggest holders of bitcoin in recent times and they could manipulate the market if they decide to sell the coins.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have concluded that all governments together can't stop bitcoin on: March 21, 2021, 09:11:45 PM
Tell that to China, banning bitcoin usage by the public combined with mass surveillance, Internet censorship, and propaganda, I think that if a government were to do something drastic, I think that they will be able stop bitcoin. I forgot to mention that North Korea is also one of the countries that can stop bitcoin.
This is the first time i am hearing someone claim that North Korea has the ability to stop bitcoin, i am curious to know why you think that is possible, they will nuke all the mining farms  Cheesy. How can you stop bitcoin by mass surveillance, i clearly did not get that point.
It might possible to interrupt the network if the governments who has huge mining farms comes together and impose a complete ban citing huge electricity usage other than that i do not think it can be stopped.
73  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian casino in New York? on: March 20, 2021, 11:47:45 PM
Gaming is a major source of income for Indians living in reservations and has provided an increase in income for them, however this development is - as it could not be otherwise - controversial due to the opposition of the locals.
I was thinking the real people from India was running casino when i read the headlines. Some stupid peoples while traveling completely failed to identify people and they are yet to rectify their mistakes. They are the real people of America, so identify them as the origins rather than still showing how dumb people can be  Cheesy.

I heard about casino's run by these people and the government funds them and they wont be having any restrictions like the others because they are the real natives and the foreigners giving them the full freedom  Cheesy.

KL Rahul not looking hungry for runs in this series. Look at 2 new guys Kishan and SKY, they got limited opportunity with debut game and they are playing without any pressure.

For the next game Rahul should sit out and make space for Ishan.
KL Rahul is hungry but he is having gas trouble to carry on with his innings  Cheesy.
I am surprised that they excluded Ishan Kishan and kept the troubling KL Rahul in a crucial match, may be lack of match practice or confidence is the issue with Rahul and glad to see Suryakumar Yadav getting his chance and showing his skills in the international stage.

I do think a score above 180 will be competitive in this wicket.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 14, 2021, 04:52:19 PM
Never expected this meltdown from the England bowlers, after the spectacular wicket maiden from Sam Curran. Adil Rashid got Ishan Kishan out, but the same bowler has been hit for a six just now by Rishabh Pant. Just another 54 runs needed from 8 overs, at around 7 runs per over. From now, it should be a cakewalk for India. So essentially, the series is now levelled 1-1. Misfields from the part of England players doesn't help much either.
The first two matches the team chasing won the game even though the second match is still going on that is how the series is unfolding and England put on a decent score on the board than India was able to score in the first match and the dew factor might be the reason the bowlers are not able to maintain the grip and the fielders are struggling.
77  Local / India / Re: Hope for tomorrow. Vote for tomorrow. on: March 11, 2021, 06:10:13 AM
I am investor who tried my luck and invested when the price was below $1000 and i am holding for the long term even though i booked my profit whenever there is a rally and now waiting for the right time to book my profit for this rally as well.

However. I am trying to gain traction for at least 3 of my personal projects one of which is a NFT.
Means you are a team member for three different projects  Shocked, how are you sharing your time for different projects simultaneously. I am not following the alt market like i used to because of the obvious loss and scams but what are the projects you are talking about and what NFT project are you talking about.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com announces Israel Adesanya as their Global branded ambassador on: March 08, 2021, 11:50:31 PM
Unfortunately I think too many people are still not aware of this announcement while this kind of official partnership really matters for the reputation of a (crypto) casino, I hope that will be mentioned in our Stake signatures soon.
Good to hear that Stake is an official partner of the UFC and i checked during the last fight card whether we will see the Stake banner in the stadium but i did not find, do you think we will see a banner in the coming fights and on what capacity they are partners.

79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Rally Starts Today! on: March 01, 2021, 10:23:27 PM
If you are a risk taker then there is no wrong investing in XRP because this is a promising coin .
The problem is if they did not win the case and will end up losing with the US government , for sure the coins will be confiscated .
How can you claim two completely opposite versions in one sentence, if you think that the lawsuit with the SEC might doom the project then how can you suggest that it is a promising coin  Roll Eyes. For anyone who wanted to take the risk they can invest in it but i doubt we will see any huge rally when there is a lawsuit against them as you cannot expect huge institutional investors taking huge risks.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is developed nations asking money from other nations? on: March 01, 2021, 09:03:28 PM
Those printers are busy now so those countries have to wait until their turn comes.
Just a note here. Printing USD makes the BTC more expensive, so buy bitcoin until it's cheap.
Yeah it can be a good quote, why loan the money from a developing country when the US can print them   Cheesy. If there is an inflation caused by the policies they make i am sure the entire market will be affected including the bitcoin market and we might see a shift in the momentum of global trade from the US dollar to Euro or other currencies and i doubt bitcoin can be that global trading currency.
