Answer: We did not copy content from Coinbase , blockchain, trust wallet website and some medium article as our accuser alleged, The concept of cryptobanking isn't indigenous to XTRM, we rather adopted and adapted an article from a popular crypto writer Debraj Chatterjee on cryptobanking as well as that of Kumar Sharma on Data storage. We accept that our initial whitepaper had a poor referencing, hence we pulled it down to give full credit of authorship to the original writers in our recent whitepaper. So you adopted article? Is that new euphemism for plagiarising? Regarding "adapted" part, all you did was changing stuff like "blockchain technology" to XTRM blockchain tehcnology" or "decentralized cloud" to XTRM decentralized cloud". You copied whole big chunks of that article,it wasn't just paraphrasing, it was word for word copy, and everyone can see that in scam accusation thread. By the way, I still see the same plagiarized content on your website. We accept that our initial whitepaper had a poor referencing, hence we pulled it down to give full credit of authorship to the original writers in our recent whitepaper.
From what I can see, your whitepaper is still there, and still without any reference. I took one paragraph to check whether you copied more stuff, and it wasn't surprise that you are still doing the same thing. On the left is part of your WP, and on the right it's the original. You simply can't write few sentences by yourself. http://www.globalmediajournal.com/open-access/multiplexes-and-the-cinematic-experience-in-nigeria.php?aid=872002.Our bounty was labeled a scam because it was posted by NashAmajh. Answer: NashAmajh approached us as a Bitcointalk bounty manager, we hired him to assist in managing the Bitcointalk community while we focus on development. Having been drawn to his reputation on Bitcointalk, we deemed it fit to have another manager handle our Bitcointalk account. We will create it, once we have been clean in all this allegations.
Your bounty thread getting deleted has to do with you plagiarizing, not because of his reputation. One more question: how come there is no one named Tom David in your whitepaper, yet you said you are representative of XTRM team?

I don't know if there ever was a Roobet themed Pizza, but there is one now. I must say it was fun making it, with cutting Mr. Roo out of Milner cheese being the hardest part, but it was definitely worth the effort. Anyone care for a slice? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Roobet Username: Rikafip

You make harm someone to justify your report in the reputation thread. I dont even know how to check plagiarized whitepaper.. Should i waste my time checking all whitepaper of my client everytime I do freelancing?
Why do you think that checking whitepaper and other stuff like whether team is real or not is a waste of time? That way you are protecting yourself, and others. And yes, you should check whether something is legit before you start working with them, especially if you are going to put your name on their ANN thread. As you said, you are making living out of it, that's why you should be even more careful when promoting someone, in order not to ruin your reputation. This is a problem here, that you still don't realize your part of the responsibility here, and you are going even further by saying that checking whitepaper is a waste of time.

Plus, contrary to what others think I find Ben Simmons not "that" good, everyone acts like a super star but I think he is just a "good" player at max all-star level but not super star level.
Simmons is very good player, but not good fit with Philadelphia 76s, and their current roster. In general, I don;t think that Embiid and him are not good fit, and I don't see them winning NBA championship while playing together and having this type of players around them. Same goes for Embiid, he would be even better with diferent type of players, 76s need more shooters to spread the floor and give Embiid more room. Hell, in that case maybe Even Simmons and Embiid would work together. But Philadelphia management decided to go different way.

I am an ANN thread designer, see my portfolio: http://www.layout.ph I am being hired to create ANN thread by different ICO and crypto services. Why should I get a negative trust for this? If you think EURST plagiarized a whitepaper I am not responsible for it Of course you are responsible for it. You didn't just design their ANN, you published it as well. You are promoting project that obviously plagiarized whitepaper. Whose responsibility should be? Instead realizing your mistake and locking topic immediately, you still go on about not being your responsibility whether project is a scam or not, and trying to protect your self with some disclaimer that doesn't protect you from anything. And that concerns me in this case, your inability to admit how wrong your reasoning is. By the way, why is that ANN still not locked?

I actually participated in the bounty of this company hoping to get a phone that would mine me 2ETH. How shallow I was I wouldn't be able to explain, they had good inforgraphics and promised more than they could offer.
You are not the only one. Thousands of bounty hunters unfortunately joined. They indeed had good marketing campaign, they invested some money into it so for many people this company and their phone that can mine 2 ETH per month seemed legit. Especially since they boasted with vides and photos of that phone from mobile show in Barcelona. its simply cloud mining - the phone is not doing the mining, simply the link to the mining? who knows.
Yep, they will use cloud mining, and phone mining part is just a gimmick here, to attract people to invest as it sounds much better that phone will mine ETH. Otherwise they would be tagged instantly as just another cloud ponzi mining scam, what they actually are, with 300% ROI promise.

If we order next week, when will the Minephone be delivered?
If you order the Minephone next week, you will get it by July. They were giving same ansers on Telegram, and then saying here it was just "pre order". I really wonder how they gonna wiggle out of this. Naturally, one of the shill accounts is asking that, pretending to be interested, and hoping others will jump in when they hear that phones will be delivered shortly. @Bitwings, ask for a refund from the guy that sold you that bumping service, the rules have changed now, and your topic will never make it to the first page with those bots, all you do there is useless, nobody is showing the slightest interest in it, especially with all the red tags your bots have. I must say that there is some poetic justice here, don't you agree? Scammers getting scammed by another scammer ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) So, bumping service told Bitwings that if they hire them, they will get extra attention on bitcointalk forum, and attract potential investors. What they forgot to tell them is that bumping doesn't work anymore, and all they can get is negative attention. Which happened in the end, that's how i stumbled upon Bitwings and their ridiculous claims.

|
If you have followed Bitwings properly, that was our preorder session. Not an instant-buy session. The customers read and saw everything and AGREED to pre-order. We have delayed the delivery to meet the best interests of our customers and launch the phone at the right time. If we are bringing this amidst a pandemic, it should prove a lot about our authenticity and base. Please keep following us like you do by seeing who we banned from telegram, where we don't have place for fake profiles.
Thank you.
Now you say it was just a presale, but in March 2019 you were promising people that Minephone will be distributed in July 2019. July came and passed, then you promised phone distribution in December 2019. Nothing happened. And now you are using Covid19 situation to further delay distribution. What do you have to say about those fake conversations with shill accounts in your ANN? Those are genuine people that are showing genuine interest in your project?

Then why PIOUPIOU99 posted an image where a guy loses 44 merits?
It was PIOUPIOU99 who got his merit removed by theymos for some reason, but it wasn't because of deleted post. Many others (myself included) recieved merit for posts that were later deleted, and merit was not removed just because of that. As I said before, getting merited posts or topics deleted doesn't remove your merit.
|
|
|
Wait, if the thread you had created and received many merits gets deleted, do you lose them?
Of course not. Same goes for deleted posts, and in your merit summary it is shown that you got merit for (Deleted/Off-limits/Ignored).

Yes, we asked them offline. Our CEO is a board member of the United States (Government Operations: SSS) and is committed to conducting legitimate business. They just sent a congratulatory message to our project.
By "offline" you mean they did it for free, as some kind of favor for your CEO? How convenient, but I am not buying it . Answer: We just joined the network of partners they offer and got approval. The our development team is participating in their technology ecosystem.
What kind of network of partners, care to elaborate, as how you explained it, it really looks like your only connection to those companies are that you are using Intel processors, buying IBM laptops on Amazon etc. Answer: We participated in the Goldman Sachs ecosystem, which is It was done with a recommendation(offline). The GS Online Application Response Rate will be less than 1%.We haven't announced that we've got Goldman Sachs' investment.
Again "offline" and again something that you can't prove. Here is archived windhanenergy website https://web.archive.org/web/20190613205610/https://windhanenergy.io/Another thing, windhandergy was accused of having fake team members and plagiarized whitepaper https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5107372.0Guess who are advisors on that project: Jaian Cuttari, Arturas Svirskis, David Meszaros and Quentin Herbrecht. All four are part of BDAM core team. BTW,I have contacted all those people who gave paid shout out.I have asked them ,if they have endorsed the project and have any relation and warned them about future liabilities Got reply from one (he has forwarded to his lawyer to look into it)
Nice. Did he at least confirm that he was paid to do that video?

I know Welsh has replaced the former moderator of the Spanish section. But it's a special case because Welsh was already moderator, so it's not really an nomination.
Yeah I guess that situation is a bit different from ours. In my case, I started to really make reports from this message from Theymos, and I was nominated as mod at the beginning of July 2018 (oh tomorrow I'll celebrate my 2 years as moderator, I thought I'd last 2 months ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ). But the situation was unbearable, we were invaded by spammers, bad translators. I can imagine situation being very bad back in those days, when altcoin market was still very much alive and forum being way more active than it is now. I hope you continue to make reports in your section. Without reports, Theymos will think that there is no need for a new mod.
To be honest, we don't have huge problem with spam not being deleted, and if that is main criteria for getting a local mod, then our chances are not good. We simply need our board to get organized, move some topics and especially make few more child boards. With our activity, feels kinda bad not to have local mod, when so many others do.

How about this recent data for one of the reasons... we are one of the local boards with most posts:
In case someone says that it's just one month worth of data, they might wanna look at previous months .Then it gets obvious that it is pretty much standard now, our local board being among most active ones each month, so this is not just some coincidence or anomaly. And if you look at the top 10 active local boards this year, Croatian is the only one without moderator. Hell, some barely active have mods. Not that I think their mods should be removed or something , on the contrary, mods are needed for local board development and growth. Maybe we’re too good and don’t make trouble like the others so then we don’t even need a moderator ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I somehow thought that forum moderator role is much more than just being some kind of police. But you might be right, maybe we don't have enough drama going on there ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
Anyone knows when is the last time some local board got moderator, and did any local board got moderator after loosing one, like it happened to our local board?

You ask there, "Please apply a congratulatory message to a blockchain project or ico". They will not respond.
So you claim that you didn't pay them to say this, it is all just coincidence that they are offering that service, and you got all of them? Also, how come you disabled comments only on those congratulatory message YouTube videos, while it is possible to comment on others? I have few more questions for you: 1. In which capacity you and Google, Amazon, Intel and other top companies are partners? 2. Can you show some proof that you are indeed part of Goldman Sachs Launch Ecosystem and that they invested in BDAM? Or you just applied for that, as basically anyone can do it, but that doesn't mean you are part of their ecosystem. That would be really misleading.

Lakers center Dwight Howard told today he has decided to play in restarted NBA season, join the team on Thursday in Orlando, and will donate his remaining game checks to his non-profit campaign Breathe Again. So much talk about not continuing with the season in fear of distracting the people from activism, and in the end all of them will play this season. This was expected really, players just like to run their mouth, but I guess they listened to those that said more could be done this way, that stopping with season all together. This part is interesting, fact that he could win his first title certainly helped him change his opinion ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I feel like we have a great opportunity, the Lakers do, for winning the title this year," Howard said in an interview with CNN's Don Lemon. "I have an obligation. I have a contractual obligation. To my teammates, to my fans, the Lakers, the organization and everyone, but at the same time I also have an obligation to my family and my community.
https://www.nba.com/newsIn the end, definitely good news for the Lakers. While far away from his peak, Howard is still useful player, and will be needed.

Reported Thread is marked as Good but not deleted
So it looks like it is the same type of fake ANN like I reported a bit earlier, same githubt used, just another bitcointalk account. I just reported that ANN as well, let's hope it gets deleted this time.
One more fake ANN,same one like in previous attempts earlier today, but this time in Korean local board. I guess they think they will have more success if they shared in local boards, that it will take more time for that ANN to get deleted. I am surprised to see how inactive the Indian local board is considering how potentially huge that part of the forum could be. I guess they are not that into Bitcoin after all, or it is somehow related to the constant battle with restricting people from acquiring Bitcoin. This is just my guess, but maybe people from India are are using something else to talk about crypto related stuff, maybe Discord group or something like that. One more thing could affect activity there is the fact that they use English in their local board, so there is less incentive to write there. What is going on in the Arabic section? 41 total posts only, but a ratio of over 8 merits per post ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) For the last few months Arabic board has big amount of posts deleted and in last two they even had negative post difference, but this time they managed to stay in positive. They are active local board, but these things mess up their post count, therefore messing merit/post ratio as well, and then you get this inflated number. In general, this merit/post ratio can be easily affected, and numbers change a lot each month for most of the boards.
