This is a awesome article. I wonder how many complaints about HF have been submited to Consumer Sentinel. BFL's fraudsters seem to be a bunch of fraud amateurs in comparison to HF.

Do you guys know if there were actual refunds confirmed to be received by anyone here?
If so:
When they requested the refund and what was the batch/order number? How long did they wait to receive it? Did they sign "refund release" fu*k off form?

Bump There was one person in batch one that said they took the refund. Also based on HashFast's response to one of the consumer complaints submitted to the CA attorney general they said the refunded in the low 5 digits in $'s worth of orders so I would say that a solid 4-6 people have probably gotten a refund. Thanks for the information. I hope they end up in jail then

Don't worry. Your miners will arrive on time and on spec. Unfortunately, this is the same thing CoinTerra, KnC, BFL all said. It has about the same meaning as 'the check is in the mail!' And HashF*ck, Bitmine and Black Arrow... Although Bitmine and Black Arrow (especially Black Arrow) have been transparent and apologetic about their problems and delays. It's becoming a bit of a repetitive subject. Here we go again: - We don't promise "full refund" since failing to deliver will be a catastrophic event. You won't get your refund in that case also. Promising "full refund" will be a marketing lie. We want to avoid those. Thanks for a quick response. There is still probability of not delivering on time because of some unpredictable external circumstances. If such scenario happens and you cannot deliver on time or at all it means that we lose that 40% we invested and get no refund. It is a very risky for customer regardless if it is 40% or 100%. Especially if someone purchases larger quantities of devices.

Today I got my shipping confirmation for the order #319*. 400GH upgraded to 600GH
How comes? I've got order number 30xx and it's not shipped yet! 1TH unit? Few 1Th Desk units the latest I have read is that they do not have PSU's for the 1TH units. So you'll have to wait till they get PSU's or request them to be sent without PSU and buy the PSU's yourself I already did a long time ago. I requested to send them with or without PSUs. I was told today that they they will finish shipping orders around number 3020 today and there won't be any shipping tomorrow and on Monday because of bank holidays. Shipping commences again on Tuesday.

I have been trying to find out on the site but can't seem to find it. Thanks
No refunds, no protection plan but they assure us that they are on schedule and there will be no delays, for the 3xSP30 pack you can pay now 40% and 60% at delivery time for the rest of the line only upfront payment is allowed. If you want to make bulk orders contact them to get special pricing and conditions. Ok. Thanks for reply.

Thanks for reply. I didn't have time to tread thread as I found out about your site jsut before calling it a night. I wanted confirmation replies from people who received any miners with performance feedback :-) I noticed on the website that the 1st Batch of SP 10 has been already sold/shipped so I presumed someone must have got it already :-) I read last few pages of thread and there were few confirmations from customers. That's all I needed

I have just called their "f&ck off" Customer Support line once again and got the same auto reply recorded message that there is no one to pick up the phone and then another auto message when I tried to leave a message on their voice mail saying that the voice mail is full.
Bunch of schemers. I hope they will end up in jail. They ruin people's lives. From the very beginning they were set up with mentality to gain as much profit as possible and with customer's well being as secondary. I'm pretty sure they will announce soon that they have gone into liquidation.
