This is a awesome article. I wonder how many complaints about HF have been submited to Consumer Sentinel. BFL's fraudsters seem to be a bunch of fraud amateurs in comparison to HF.

Please submit it directly to the AG of California, thank you. https://oag.ca.gov/(that website has been offline since the heartbleed bug discovery, sad way of fixing a webserver, however there are some webforms that you can download and send by ordinary mail): http://web.archive.org/web/20140421080305/http://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/agweb/pdfs/contact/business_corpform.pdfIf you need some suggestions on what to write on the complain just read hashfast.org or ask for a suggestion here. I'm personally writing a 4 pages document that i find really interesting (this wasn't the purpose, but it could probably serve this well as well). Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #wQiUlo26xlrMNnyF

No one have receive their refund since batch 1 customers.. They provide to batch 1 customers refund in usd because they dont want to pay in btc. And now batch 2 - batch 3 still dont have any refund.
Ass holes should be lock up, they also delete messages from people that asking normal question why they ignore.. on FB. and they deleted.. no response at twitter.. we should look them up and take them personaly to jail

+1 At one point Amy abascal was replying to hashfast customers. That doesn't seem the case anymore. Does anyone know where these people are in the world to track down?

Problem is actually raising the problem to the relevant authority, one case came close and was dismissed. To the point hashfast then boasted about it on their site, twitter and Facebook. Legally wise they could be sitting on this datacenter without anyone knowing, raking in the money and when the time comes it will amount to a small fee that they can pay off with the equipment that we bought last year and they know this. The justice system just seems to slow and nothing seems to be progressing with hashfast. What we need to find out is what will it take to get hashfast to get their act together. They have no chance with credibility anymore but they do need to sort out what is actually going on. 7 more days until another failed delivery!

The case was not dismissed, a lawyer just replied to a criminal agency's inquiry. If you write to the AG and detail out your experience (and it is similar to others) where representatives of HashFast lied to induce your purchase (ie. they gave you a solid delivery date that the AG can prove was impossible) then it is fraud. They are now selling the chips that pre-orders paid for and not providing refunds. that can be considered fraud too. Include where you made the payment so the AG can demand that HF provide proof of where you money went after it was sent. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, you have NAMES to address your complaint at the AG's office to. The lawyers that sent the first inquiry were: Public Inquiry Unit, Attention: Kimberly Christophersen, Lupe Zinzun, J. Bryan These people are already familiar with HF and their lawyer's response so when more complaints come in telling a similar story, they will realize this is fraud and will push harder.

This is the bit i don't understand, in the uk, if someone is accused of fraud then trading standards would be all over their ass. Do you not have this sort of thing in the US?

The attorney general is a little more political in each state. However, if they received a number of complaints telling similar stories and when they investigated, they found the facts to be true, they would "be all over their asses".... People need to type up their whole experience, explain why they feel this is a fraudulent crime (if you were lied to during the sales process or if you have been refused a refund etc) and put down their contact information so the AG can contact you. NO ONE SHOULD JUST RANDOMLY MAIL THIS IN. YOU HAVE THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE FIRST INQUIRY, ADDRESS IT TO THOSE PEOPLE. And the first complainant should ADD to his complaint on why he feels they are wrong.
