miners poem
LOL
Won't happen.

Edit: Seriously. We know what we're doing. We've implemented much more complex ASICs and systems.
Partial talent list: http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/pages/team

I bet 5 BTC against your delivery date. No problem to send the money escrow to you.

Facts, what can happen in the development of your product in time are endless long. And i am sure more than half of your projects you started were delayed or cancelled (what is so normal, see Intel, Tegra, AMD etc). Say different and its a lie.
Only 5 BTC ?

Put 25 BTC in escrow and post the details.

If we'll miss SP30 delivery dates, one "Farmer's choice" (http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/products/3-x-sp30-yukon-august-batch) is yours, free of charge.

Agree?

Edit: This offer expires in 2 hours
Edit2: The offer expired.

It saddens me to read this post, for I put you guys above conducting such shenanigans. I put my neck out quasi-endorsing you guys, and this is how I'm rewarded.

Outta all the marketing know how you guys possess, it would have better served you to politely ask posters who veer from what's expected in this thread, i.e. "I bet you...", to take it elsewhere, but you opted to chime in, going as far as taking and upping the bet. This does not bode well!

Do you guys have any idea how much market share you just lost due to this one post alone?

~Bruno Kucinskas

what utter guff. anyone who can't put their money where their mouth is, should really just shut up and let folks do as they will.
what was shown was the solid confidence that these rigs will ship on spec and on time. nothing less and nothing more.

I like your style!

Sara's into pole dancing ;-)

how much for a blow job?

... it would have better served you to politely ask posters who veer from what's expected in this thread, i.e. "I bet you...", to take it elsewhere, but you opted to chime in, going as far as taking and upping the bet ...
Good advice. It was a one time offer. Not to be repeated.

That's how you handle errors. We are all human. I would be an ass it I continued this dialog, but it looks like it's not needed.

Always bear in mind that customers and non-customers (me, for one), alike, are watching you folks, for Bitcoin is at the core of your endeavor, and that's what we're looking out for whether it's miner makers, exchanges, scams in general, etc.

Thanks again, bud.

~Bruno Kucinskas

Hello Bruno,

My definition:
Any risks of delay should not be put on the customer as he is not responsible for the companys work or sucess.  No pre-orders for him.

Investors are taking risks by giving money to a company and get reward in profit. Pre-order is a risk so an inestor can take it.

'Investomer' is taking the risk of a Pre-order and getting no reward from profit. Thats is how you make a business with a company in real world with a contract which is saying that you are getting compensated for every day of delay because of your lost income.

This company is not giving you a legit contract. Its based on trust. Bitcoins philosophy is instead of making agreements on trust, using a technology which is working without it. In businessworld you are having contracts to avoid that you have to trust someone, that someone is selling you something. I dont think you understand bitcoins at all. Sorry.

Verstehst du?

Best regards,

Christof

For what it's worth, you don't see me in here dissing the shit outta them, do you? I posted a couple times, or so, and I'm at ease after they addressed my concerns with kid's gloves as they are suppose to.

Either they are extremely viable or are doing a great job if it's a well-orchestrated "long con". Either way, bravo! (not meant as a diss)

Also, I'm pretty sure I'm the one that suggested the down payment option prior to anybody else, of which is now implemented.

The scuttlebutt from somebody who's been to their office there near the Gaza Strip with the two abandoned buses out front, assures me that they're the real McCoy, in spite of not having an office comparable to some ritzy place. (again, not a diss, but letting you and them know that I'm keeping a pretty good eye on them)

i pre-ordered from scamfast. I think a lot of us have been guilty of that particular naivety - but aye, sometimes it helps to actually read the thread.

One abandoned bus, which we really don't understand it's purpose. It's not out front but about 200 meters. It's out front HP Indigo more or less.
Anyway, we're 400 meters from Intel 22nm FAB, so it's not that deserted place.
We're about 25 KM from Gaza strip, not in any disputed territory.

Thanks for reply.

I didn't have time to tread thread as I found out about your site jsut before calling it a night.
I wanted confirmation replies from people who received any miners with performance feedback :-)
I noticed on the website that the 1st Batch of SP 10 has been already sold/shipped so I presumed someone must have got it already :-)
I read last few pages of thread and there were few confirmations from customers. That's all I needed

looks like we finally have a legit asic maker with good hardware and does what it says, no bs. good job!

however i think you need to improve the price, understand you want to keep the margin high but mining hardware is a rapid depreciating business overtime. 3-6 months from now your margin is guaranteed to erode significantly, so better off with a lower margin/price now(while still much higher than what it will be in 6 months) to make it attractive and drive higher sales NOW.

cex.io May is at 0.004btc/gh, that's $2576 for same 1.4TH (0.004btc*1400GH*460usd). Add on 10% premium for their maintenance fee(the other 10% is just same electricity), you looking at $2800 - risk free mining with the ability for instant unloading to btc.

Your may 1.4 TH unit is at $4000 (using the 2unit pricing), and that's not including hosting + risk of hardware issues/downtime.

Anyway to slice it, i just cant bring myself to order this vs buying cex.io shares.

I am curious how you see the May Cex.io prices, when I look at the trading I only see like .009 btc per gh.

Thanx,

I agree with you but what the newguy is saying that you could buy May Hashing for .004 btc, I am trying to verify this info from the CEX.io website but don't see it but I do agree with you at .009 btc/gh is no deal.
