very possibly.
Still proud of your smart choice with Hashfast? proud? you've lost me - please go find some white lines on a highway to play with. Did you not originally appear here talking about how HF's critics were wrong and you had made the smart choice to go with them?

Sure, but that's almost natural at this point with those scammers. The reason why i'm sure he didn't read it, is: This is the e-sign version, the one they request you to sign, not the original "refund and release" agreement. Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #nxWpMac5sOTQoNgI

Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #nxWpMac5sOTQoNgISo they will release the refund after they send the signed refund form back to the user? Meaning that they are free to hold the signed refund form for as long as they please with the customer having no other option?

So can you explain ! ?

If so:

Thanks

So they will release the refund after they send the signed refund form back to the user? Meaning that they are free to hold the signed refund form for as long as they please with the customer having no other option? That is how i see it. It would be interesting to see the other differences between the esign version and the 31 of dec version. Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #fmOhpTIIERwWZiXz

Logistic growth curves usually ends like this: It's hard to know at what step of the curve we are at, but we can't keep adding tens of MW of power usage per month forever. (in other words, in the end it will become difficult for HF to self mine, since that they can't keep adding MWs of power and keep it safely hidden) Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #HiE3czh01Za9iD1f

Bump There was one person in batch one that said they took the refund. Also based on HashFast's response to one of the consumer complaints submitted to the CA attorney general they said the refunded in the low 5 digits in $'s worth of orders so I would say that a solid 4-6 people have probably gotten a refund.

Can't wait hearing similar words about HashLast - I have a feeling that this will happen soon. Now, there is a stench coming from Butterfly Labs. It's a strong smell. It's not enough to send you to prison today, because, to be quite honest with you, if it was, we'd be talking about 24 months in prison. It's not—I think it's too close. I think [defense witness] Mr. Bourne did a very good job of testifying, and it assisted your defense greatly. But if I find out that there is this fraud word involved in this part, you know, Mr. Vleisides, as we say here at the courthouse, you need to get your toothbrush and get your things in order, because fraud will not be tolerated, you understand that? So I would work very hard to make these consumers happy consumers who you've dealt with.

HashFast take note because this is where you will end up if you don't change your ways. They won't, but it's really really nice to that Sonny will go back to jail. Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #6bkROyPMVp33rCfs

According to BFL's tax returns, the company lost more than $800,000 in 2012 Tax returns are public in Italy. Too bad they are not in the US. Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #iDIhqVZfQQ9iNwBk

And maybe that's why they are now using Garret/VMC. Hide it where everyone can see it, they say...
