641  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: March 08, 2020, 02:33:00 PM
According to conspiracy theory, Is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments to gain financial strength in the modern world?
The possibility is there as the creator of bitcoin still unknown up until now even if there are many professionals who are looking for the founder of bitcoin. This only means that the creator of bitcoin is somewhat a powerful entity that can hide their works without being trace by someone and a government is one of the best sample of it.

But whatever their reason is, let's just respect it as we are also a beneficiary to their creation because we earn in crypto world while learning a lot from it.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Coronavirus never happened on: March 08, 2020, 01:28:03 PM
What will be happening right now if Coronavirus never took place to drag down cryto market due to economic affection? Still down thread or bullrun will still be kicking
I fully disagree that coronavirus really affect the market, some are saying that the virus is the reason why the market become bullish and others are saying that the outbreak is the reason why the market goes down. Stock market is very different to crypto market, upon the outbreak it is normal that stock market will be affected but there is no reason for crypto market to drag down also.

What I can conclude is that we are in the bullish season even if there is no outbreak, the bear season is already too long and the market needs to shift in order for the big whales to profit.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to get lucky ;) on: March 08, 2020, 12:01:32 PM
This article shows four ways to get lucky:

1. Maximize Your Chances to Be Lucky

2. Listen to Your Instincts

3. Expect to Be Lucky

4. Look on the Bright Side

Can these steps make you lucky?!!To win the lottery you must get lucky first of all.
Do you have a way to make you lucky most of the time?
I always think positive to be lucky and I do most of what you have mentioned but still I was unable to get lucky even once. What I notice is I am so unlucky in any type of gamble that I bet on even if I follow my instinct still the results are opposite.

I never win a single lottery in my life even if I have spend a lot of money to it already. So I can say that all of that steps that you have mentioned are not related to our luck in life.
644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: March 08, 2020, 09:31:17 AM
Everyone stating that gambling will affect someone's image in the society so this is actually happened with you?

For me it happened once why are you gambling its a sin in our life I replied its my wish I can do what ever I wanted.
Gambling is like my hobby only therefore not so many knows that I gamble as I rarely gamble in land base casino and I usually gamble in online casinos. Only my friends knows that I gamble and they always say that I should stop it or I will be addicted in the end but my reply is only this "I only gamble for fun so don't worry about me".

None of them really criticize me instead they are only worried about me but to myself I know that gambling is not good so I always put a limitation to myself in everytime I gamble. But there is a time when one of my colleagues found out that I gamble in land base casino and I am worried whether he is going to our boss but it didn't happen because he is also a gambler.
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: March 08, 2020, 06:19:25 AM
we can see data in real-time from this site about Covid-19 Virus (Corona) which is currently serving almost all over the world

source: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

many effects that occur due to the spread of the virus that until now there has been no cure (report from WHO), not only deaths and economic changes have occurred due to the spread of this virus, but also many others;

1. Kab'ah empty
this is one of the extraordinary effects because we know that the Kab'ah is never empty by worshipers who want to worship (even during renovations).

2. Prices of spare parts (electronic devices & vehicles) are rising
China is famous for its counterfeit goods (KW) and cheapness, as a result of the spread of this virus many countries have shut down (export-import) to or from China.

3. the appearance of strange greetings "Leg Shaking"
many people and even state officials are afraid to touch hands (shaking hands) so they do "Leg Shaking" to still be able to maintain intimacy and avoid contracting the coronavirus.

there are many more effects that occur and I can not explain one by one here (because it must be too long)  Cheesy

if everyone is afraid to touch each other, are they not afraid of fiat money when they trade because the virus can spread through paper money (drooling or sweating)??

This is the time we really use Bitcoin and CryptoCurrency as a means of exchange because we are physically not in contact with other people so we avoid contracting the Covid-19 virus (Corona).

I hope the governments of countries around the world can think about this and even campaign it in their respective countries (doing transactions with digital money, cryptocurrency and not with paper money)

If virus can really be transmitted via fiat money then we need to stay away from it as long as the virus is still there especially if there are no cure yet. Digital assets will be the best solution for, crypto is already there and any of the governments can temporarily use it in order to at least lessen the virus effect in their respective countries.

China, Iran and South Korea should make a bold move right now if they want to fight the virus. Once the virus will be eliminated then they can just use their fiat immediately but right now bitcoin and other digital assets will be the right option to choose for them.
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19 and its effect in Gambling World on: March 08, 2020, 05:07:59 AM
We all know that there is a virus outbreak named COVID-19 and it's spreading quickly throughout the entire globe. Though preventive and and can be somehow cured and be reduced by healing the specific symptoms one-by-one (based on Is there a cure for the new coronavirus? by Stephanie Pappas), there are still numerous cases in which would affect soon every single person on the planet.

Currently, there are 106,195 confirmed cases in which 42,405 cases that are active and almost 3,600 confirmed deaths around the world. COVID-19 can be passed in a lot of different ways, more likely to be through physical contact. And it is obvious that most gambling (especially physical casinos) were bombarded with strangers that aren't that assured if do have the disease or not, and has a high chance where many physical contact occurs (like passing of bank notes and bets).

Recently, there was an article titled South Korea burns, quarantines bank notes as Covid-19 rages in which its states that one of South Korea's preventive measures is they've seen that, it is a risk and a huge possible that bank notes can carry the virus and with the papers being passed through the economy is also an implicit transmitting of the virus.

But then think of it. Casino is a common and usual place where people do often make contact not only by oral communication but also with touching bank notes, casino coins, and even dices and other things used in betting. Therefore, there is a huge chance that COVID-19 would drastically decrease the physical gambling and do somehow can change gamblers' physical gambling onto digital one. And with that, it can somehow increase the community of overall cryptocurrency.
Of course this outbreak will surely affect the land-base casino especially that the virus is still there and can be transmitted easily without being notice. Most of the people wants to avoid this virus if possible and if there will be cases that occurred in any of the gambling area then the players will likely to avoid playing there.

And for the area that were not affected by this virus, they can still operate normally but for those people who likely to play safe then they will surely transfer to online gambling if land-base gambling is already dangerous.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of good marketing on: March 08, 2020, 02:02:23 AM
Alot of projects in this crypto space lacks good marketing. Gone are the days where people use top personality to market their project for people to invest.
Some project have product but zero marketing. This makes them still undervalued and unnoticed.
Good marketing and a good community will bring a great progressive result for a project.
The crypto space values the community so much because they play a great role. Having a good community is Paramount and part of good marketing . Also listing on a good , popular, relaible exchanges is a form of marketing that will Introduce a project and it's product to a wide range of people.
Marketing is very important to any project if they like to succeed and if possible they should create a marketing plan that is unique so they can gather huge amount of crowd and also investors. What I notice to some projects also is that they were unable to create a solid marketing plan because they have no starting capital and partners.

But genuine projects usually prepare these kind of problems before they are going to launch their project to the public, they make sure that their marketing are already in place.
648  Economy / Economics / Re: corona Vírus doesn't affect bitcoin price on: March 08, 2020, 12:02:20 AM
All over the world we can stocks near 12% down since the end of January,  when  Corona virus showed up.

Bitcoin was neat 10k, and we still didnt lose 9k.

Btc is doing extremely well. it is not skyrocketing like gold but we are holding strong.
I am impressed and we can see that bitcoin price is not correlated with stock market.
It is like a coincidence that the bitcoin price was starting to move upward and the outbreak (coronavirus) was also starting, the others are saying that the increase of bitcoin price is because of coronavirus outbreak in which I am not so sure if they are related to each other. We are doing good for almost 3 months in which most of the currencies have increase more than 30% but as we know that the market will not steadily increase, the market is now playing less than 9k$ for bitcoin.

Current bitcoin price is sitting at 8911 usd base in coinmarketcap price, we have successfully hit the barrier of 10k so the next target will be 12-15k before the market will start to go down again. Crypto market is very different with stock market because stock market can be predicted easily if you are very active on what is happening in our economy but in with crypto no one is professional enough to predict the market happenings 100% correct.
649  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price hits $9678: What to expect? on: March 07, 2020, 11:23:32 PM
Bitcoin price hits $9678: What to expect? ris eor fall ??
We have hit more than 10k of bitcoin price already but after that the bitcoin goes down again to less than 9k. For about almost 2 weeks of decrease, it was able to gain momentum again and started to increase for about 3 days but as of the writing it started to goes down again.

There was no steady increase as of the moment, so we can expect that in the following weeks the market will rise and will fall. But if the demand will out play the seller then we can expect a steady increase in the following months until the halving will occur. It will be best if we can hit like 13-15k bitcoin price before the halving so we can start strong.
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bangladesh has a significant amount of Bitcoin trader on: March 07, 2020, 12:54:34 PM
Although Bangladesh has banned cryptocurrency, still there are a lot of people who trade bitcoin or other crypto. The volume is not known to me but through observing some of the buy sell activities of different website and social media activity of Bangladeshi users, it's sure that the volume is not so less and the user of BTC is not lower even. Some of them use BTC to pay their employee outside Bangladesh or to pay different kind of service fee.
Will govt ever consider to legitimate BTC in Bangladesh? I don't see any hope so far but the volume can never be decreased because of the usefulness BTC has.
As long as Bangladesh will not impose so much threat to the bitcoin or crypto owners who trade and keep on using crypto currencies then they will not decrease for sure especially if the traders or users are earning a good amount of profit from it.

But if Bangladesh will impose the banned strictly like they will strictly monitor the activity of their people and will penalize the crypto users like they will put them in jail then it can surely decrease the users. Let's just hope that Bangladesh government will realize how important crypto currencies are and will lift the ban the same to what India has done.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin through SMS/Text Messaging? on: March 07, 2020, 12:21:38 PM
I'm looking for a way to send Bitcoin to people in countries which lack Internet access. After all, being able to send Bitcoin in a safe and secure way over SMS/Text messaging would prove to be extremely convenient for "offline" transactions. For once, I've heard about a crypto service which allowed people to send Bitcoin over SMS/Text messaging. But I can't recall its name. Still though, it relies on a central operator/middleman. I'd prefer a solution that would allow me to send BTC though SMS/Text messaging in the most decentralized way possible.

Do you think it's possible to do this? Are you aware of any methods to sent BTC through SMS/Text messaging without relying on third parties? If it cannot be done in a decentralized manner, I'd still like to know if there are mainstream companies offering such possibility to Bitcoin users. Thanks in advance. Smiley
This will be good especially to the remote areas where they don't have access to internet but I haven't heard yet a service that will do this trick. I would love to know also if there are any services like these that are secure and we can assure that our money will reach to our target receiver in just a short period of time.

Because this maybe the solution to the problem of digital payment system as the people who will be having problem in using the digital payment will be those areas who have no electricity and no internet access. So having a phone will really help them to send any payment at any time, the government will just provide them a generator so they can charge their cellphones then they are good to go in using digital payment.

Forfeiture Complaint Details Over $250 Million Stolen by North Korean Actors
WASHINGTON – Two Chinese nationals were charged with laundering over $100 million worth of cryptocurrency from a hack of a cryptocurrency exchange.  The funds were stolen by North Korean actors in 2018, as detailed in the civil forfeiture complaint also unsealed today.

In the two-count indictment unsealed today in the District of Columbia, 田寅寅 aka Tian Yinyin, and 李家东aka Li Jiadong, were charged with money laundering conspiracy and operating an unlicensed money transmitting business.

“The hacking of virtual currency exchanges and related money laundering for the benefit of North Korean actors poses a grave threat to the security and integrity of the global financial system,” said U.S. Attorney Timothy J. Shea of the District of Columbia.  “These charges should serve as a reminder that law enforcement, through its partnerships and collaboration, will uncover illegal activity here and abroad, and charge those responsible for unlawful acts and seize illicit funds even when in the form of virtual currency.”]

I can say that this is a good move as they were able to identify and charged the hackers, if this will continue I am sure that the hacking incident will not worse in crypto world. With the amount that they steal, it has a big impact to crypto market especially if the hackers were able to sell their loot.

I hope this will also happened to the hackers of Binance exchange so there will no further casualties to their wrong doings especially that they are are targeting big exchanges. By the way, what happened to the North Korean hackers? Are they also charged the same with 2 Chinese Nationals?
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Bad Exchanges on: March 07, 2020, 10:04:27 AM
I'm just trying to do my part, I know many won't care and some don't even bother to read anymore, they are just here for bounties, here is for those who cares about reading and learning.

Stay away from the following exchanges, I have bad experience with them already and I can still see few people getting caught in same trap

1. Vindax
2. Systemkoin
3. P2PB2B
4. Latoken

Not just for fake volumes and watched trade but scams, lose of funds, swapping of withdrawal addresses, you name it, have a great day
These kind of exchanges should be punished if possible as they are giving bad example to those exchanges that are genuinely rendering their best service to their customers. I also experience and use P2PB2B exchange before and I didn't like what I experience as they have plenty of shady transactions, aside from their fake volume they have also bots that are automatically buying and selling some tokens but if you are going to sell your assets then you can't do it.

I haven't experience the other exchange that you have mentioned but I will make sure that I will avoid them.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the right time to invest in Stellar (XLM) in short term? on: March 07, 2020, 08:16:06 AM
As we all know Stellar (XLM) is a crypto coin, Which ranks in the top 15 positions in our crypto market. But from the past four to six months, it not doing a great job and the price regularly dumps. For a long time investment, almost every cryptocurrency gives a decent amount of profits. But in short time investment, Should Stellar (XLM) perform a good job, As the crypto market is in profitable conduction. Is this the right time to invest in Stellar (XLM) in the short term?
I cannot say that stellar is a good currency to invest for a short term because if you will check it's graph closely there are no big intervals to it's price but if you have huge amount for investment then a single cents of increase is already a good profit. Stellar is currently sitting at 0.06$ which currently rank at number 13 base on coinmarketcap and it is not a bad ranking.

For me, instead of short term investment stellar is a good investment for a long term one because it is safe investment as it is ranking good in coinmarketcap while the demand will not fade easily.
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's End Game on: March 07, 2020, 07:34:12 AM
Have you ever been concerned about Bitcoin's longevity in the mainstream world as a decentralized cryptocurrency? While BTC has been going strong since 2009, there exist the possibility that it could vanish from existence sometime in the future. After all, we know that nothing lasts forever.

My guess is that once governments start circulating their own digital currencies, they will try to crackdown on Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as we know them. It's no secret that the entire crypto space is largely dependent on centralized infrastructure (centralized exchanges, centralized wallet services, etc). People will not want to use something that's considered "illegal" by worldwide governments. While it'll still be possible to continue using Bitcoin regardless of government bans, regulations, etc, not many people will support it (only libertarians, geeks, anarchists, etc.). By that time, it'll be nearly impossible to get access to Bitcoin with Fiat currency or even exchange Bitcoin to Fiat (as the government crackdown will make all centralized exchanges to cease their operations).

Considering that governments want to stay in power, they'll do anything to force people to use their Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) instead of any other alternative payment system. If that happens, Bitcoin will be doomed.

Do you think that we're close for Bitcoin's End Game to happen? Will it ever happen? What are your thoughts? Huh
I am also concerned that this time will come in the future, knowing that most of the governments wants to have a control over the digital assets that will be use in their respected country. Once the digital payment will fully replace fiat someday, there is a big chance that what you have said will turn into reality.

Once almost all the governments will unite in banning or exchange crypto currencies into their local digital currency, the crypto users will surely face difficulty in cashing out their money from crypto currencies. Once it will happen, the era of crypto currencies will likely to fade slowly but if all the governments will not prohibit the usage of crypto currencies then crypto will be part in the future modernization.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here we go again on: March 07, 2020, 07:12:38 AM
As of today March 4 India lift the ban on crypto, how is this going to affect crypto market? Coronavirus is still out there, is this good or not good enough?

I am not so sure whether coronavirus really affect the crypto market, they say that others are afraid in holding a fiat because of the virus but fiat is necessary if you like to buy your needs and wants as digital asset is not yet fully implemented in most of the countries.

With regards to the ban that was lifted by India, this will surely affect the crypto market especially if the old traders and investors from India will start to resume their works again. Once the demand from India is a little bit high then it will help to push the market upward and it will continue especially if more people from India will become interested to crypto currencies.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum going back to under 200$? on: March 07, 2020, 06:50:20 AM
After a long time, Ethereum price increased well but it seems they failed to keep the high zone for a long time. Today Ethereum price decreased more than 25$ and it continues. Just seen an article that Ethereum price may come to 230 to 210$, so, if that happens then under 200$ is not that far!
It was a small setbacks of prices only as this scenario is inevitable if the market is starting to grow or increase. It was like almost 2 weeks of decrease but right now the market is starting to climb up again if you are going to check the coinmarketcap, the graph of most of the currencies are going upward.

What is good is we didn't able to go down below 200$ again for ethereum, so we can say that the next target for ethereum before it will go down again is like 350$ or 400$. But if you like a better prediction then it will be best if you will just follow the market closely, the same with me that I always check the market almost daily.
658  Economy / Economics / Re: Start investing so you can quit your job and retire early. on: March 07, 2020, 02:22:14 AM

Everybody want to get rid of their life and they’re working day in day out, 24/7, never ending working, we are miles better, with avarage US employee work 1768 hours per year or 38.6 hours per week, better than Beijing 2096 hours, Tokyo 1997 hours, Shanghai 1987 hours, Seoul 2307 hours, Dubai 2323 hours, New Delhi 2511 hours, Mexico 2622 hours.

The table didn’t deduct the time spend on commuting to work, lunch break, commuting to home, and yes, we are more than 10% better than busy Japanese working culture.

You want to quit your job and take care of your valuable life to do what you want to do in life, then you should start investing and start generating your passive income that can give you stream of cash flow every months without working, so that you can begin to planning your life and travel to enjoy what the exciting world await your visit. Don’t wait until you’re too old, start investing and living the life of your dream.
If investing is that easy to profit then many should have invested their money but because if we are talking about investment, there is always a risk to it meaning we cannot fully assure that we will end up profiting from our capital because we can also lost our capital if we will not be careful.

I've been thinking this for a long time already as I like to quit my job and make a passive income in any means where I can sustain my daily expenses. Trading comes in my mind and also investing but after knowing the truth behind it, I just focus in rendering a service where I use my skills so I don't need to use any capital just to earn some money. It is my full time job right now but without a boss, meaning I can work anytime and I can rest anytime I like.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. on: March 07, 2020, 01:13:29 AM
I prefer to post this here on this section because this is where it actually originates from. This is where the bounty scammers come to catch their "prey"- hunters.

Therefore, I have observed that since 2018, after the 2017 crypto bull , almost all bounty have been failing. After months of running bounty, some that manage to get to the exchange are dead on arrival with less than a dollar worth of 20,000 unit (or more unit) of shit distribution to hunters.

Consequently , with my little time here and as far as I have noticed, their are certain signs that seem like a no go area if we really want to participate in a fairly good bounty that we can also benefit from our labour, time and data.

These signs for me are :
1. When the thread is filled with grammatical and typographical errors.

2. When the task in the different or any of the allocated bounties are not defined. For example, how many facebook shares / posts are not defined and then you are left with asking from the shit BM. This is definitely and certainly a red light.

3. When the task is limitless. For example, no limit to shares/post.

4. When the task is too much. For example, 10 shares  Grin

5. When the requirements to get your reward is complicated. For example, you can be asked to sign up and provide referral number or code  Grin

6. When the process for reward isn't proper. For example, you notice you will be asked to watch a video to know how to provide wallet address or downlines  Shocked Roll Eyes Grin

7. When spreadsheet isn't updated weekly.... Just run  Grin

8. When weekly dates are not seen either on the thread or spreadsheet.

9. When you see only week 1 , week 2, week 3 etc just on spreadsheet without date.

10. When complaints on telegram isn't responded to promptly and you are not satisfied when you get response.

11. You don't need to continue if you notice you have been deleted from telegram and you know you have been asking legitimate questions to understand things not clear to you about the bounty.... Run run fast  Grin

12. When it is not handled by a reputable account as BM.

13. When there is no ANN at the beginning or it is provided later in the bounty maybe because someone is consistently requesting for it.

These are some signs I can remember and I know they are negative signs for you not to be paid after you do your part most times.

*** These signs are ; apart from whitepaper typographical mistakes and plagiarism  Grin Grin Grin

If we go with these signs and not sign up with a bounty you suspect could be scam, then the bounty will have less participants and with time, we can clear these scamming bounties out from this forum.

Each one tell all. You don't need to join suspected scam bounty.

I hope this thread will help bounty hunters.

These signs are very helpful for the newbies so they can avoid those shit projects as most of the victims of shit projects or scammers are the newbies in crypto industry who are very hungry for a free money. They will join as many bounty as possible because they are thinking that even one good bounty that will pay is enough as long as they can earn a free money.

I didn't see any seasoned member here that supports a random bounty campaigns but with regards to newbies, they are almost everywhere as long as they are welcome to the bounty campaign. So instead of giving them the signs it will be best if we can guide them or restrict their behavior especially if they are bombarding the forum with bounty applications.
660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CoronaCoin profiting off death and Infection? on: March 06, 2020, 12:30:46 PM
The CoronaCoin is a coin developed by a group of 4Chan ( ‘surprise surprise’) activists and developers. While they are adamant that the purpose of the coin is to help raise awareness and funds for the RedCross, there is something distinctly unethical about profiting off the death of others.

Here is why the intention behind CoronaCoin seems a bit sketchy: https://4king.com/whats-up-with-the-coronacoin/?preview=true&_thumbnail_id=27123

Do you think they are profiting off death and infection or actually trying to help?

The chances that this project is likely a scam is very pretty big, if they want to raise some money to help those people who are suffering from the virus then they can just create thread and a donation address where the donator can send their money. There are many currencies out there that can be use like bitcoin, ethereum and etc. therefore there action is very fishy.

I can't completely say yet that they are scam as I have no proof or solid evidence to it yet but as a crypto investor, this schemes are pretty bold especially if the money that they raise will not be given to the victim instead they will just use it for themselves.
