It is illegal to melt. But copper is copper, and it might not be illegal forever (if pennies are discontinued, in the case of societal breakdown, etc.)
Or if you run a forge in your backyard with a leafblower and some charcoal.

Why would anyone having an outstanding 100K worth of legit money post such a letter to an internet forum ?
If you have that amount of money, I think the case would've been solved without posting it to this forum.
I sure as hell know if I had that amount of money to throw around, I wouldn't bother posting it on this forum to have a case resolved.
Why would they post a low resolution copy when they would have been sent a PDF or Word copy of the document by the lawyers? Perhaps someone should contact that law firm and ensure that the document isn't forged?

Would you have to give away half of the million bitcoins in a divorce situation?

You've dubbed yourselves security experts, I take it that the takedown of bitcoinconsultancy.com means you're no longer calling yourselves security experts ? (tounge-in-cheek)
The most secure system is one that is off.

This is for an ASRock 970 Extreme4, including a Sempron 145 processor and 2 GB of Kingston RAM. It has 3 x16 slots, 2 x1 slots, and 2 standard PCI slots. I also have the frame that it was in. It is a Detritus-style frame, with the design modified slightly to gigavps standards. Holes are pre-drilled to fit 6 cards, and it will support 2 PSUs too. The ugly bodge job where the PSUs are is because I had a really long PSU (PCP&C Turbo 1200) that wouldn't fit without that mod. It is stable though, no flexing or unwanted other issues. The board, CPU, RAM, and frame together I will sell for $200, with shipping to the US and Canada. Canadians, contact me first because this has a large dimensional weight and might cost more for shipping. Previous listing of a clone of this (I had 2) here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=82852.0

Actually GPUs on altcoins might be worth something these days, but I doubt it would be worth more than what the hardware could be sold for. Maybe that's something to test just for fun.

Are you one of those that pronounces library incorrectly, i.e. lie/berry?
What about ambulance, pronounced as "am-blee-ance"?

There is a question though, why isn't ABCPool not in the top 10. According to stats its pulling 1023 GH/s which is more than the other sticky thread pools.
Because it's not a "true" pool, it's a proxy that pool hops. Oh I see that now. Interesting. The only thing that came up for this when I searched was that it uses a failover to switch pools. So right now, everyone mining for ABCPool is mining for ANOTHER pool? Do I have that right? Technically doesn't that mean a slower payout for ABCPool? Nope, faster but in smaller chunks. They also actually do run their own internal pool for load balancing and failover.

And for eternity, his name shall be know among gamers worldwide, albeit in verb form--changged.
Susan: Did you hear about Becky's brother? Liz: No! What happened? Susan: He changged playing BitFleet®. Liz: That is so sad! What was his ToP (time of playing)? Susan: 46:34:05. Not a record, but he's currently ranked in the ToP100.

Ah... so money does grow on trees. No, it doesn't. Paper comes from trees, you use paper to print money... ergo, money comes from trees. Fail, "paper" money is actually made from cotton and linen.

It seems that they might have overlooked bitcoin.. I hope for them that they did not spend too much on legacy systems.
They have not overlooked Bitcoin The CEO of Currency Cloud Mike Laven is a friend of ours, and Bitinstant has already signed a partnership agreement with them to handle Bitcoin business. I can't say anymore, but you will see an announcement within 2 weeks. -Caharlie Bad ass and ahead of the curve, as usual.

I'm sorry, i'm new at mining and bitcoin. Didn't knew there were something like that already. Could find what happened to that pool, on a quick search... very quick!!
But you call it scam, because of the people that run the pool were malicious, or because of another thing?
Sorry, I got confused and didn't read your initial post correctly. I have deleted the offending post. Some pools do do as you described, although I'm not sure which ones. I know P2Pool has a block finder's reward.

I'll just note that the API key is only to be granted "trade" rights, and not "withdraw" or anything else. Suppose Josh could send Charlie an email from his Dreamhost address, perhaps.

I believe that 'margin' commonly implies 'leverage' (using fewer notional value of one asset to control a higher value of another) but I am not certain of that.
Right, because you are borrowing (on margin) in order to use a ratio-based leverage. Anyways, it's what the market wants, so it should be done even if some people don't like it.

In regards to OP's question, I too might be slightly worried about city birds, if only because of potential pesticides and pollutants that they might have picked up. However, I don't really know whether it's a major worry or not.
I'd say ask your vet, they should know about the fowl in your area.

I sent the screws along in a little baggie, did you not find them? Make sure you didn't throw them out with the packaging.

BTW, the chicken bone thing only applies to COOKED chicken bones. Otherwise, how would any wild animal eat a chicken? Uncooked bones pose no threat.
