641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest way to convert money into BTC? on: January 17, 2017, 09:06:43 PM
You are always going to depend on the banking system if you want to convert fiat into BTC, if by "money" you mean fiat, so you are going to deal with all the inconveniences of the banking system, there is no way around it.

The only way to bypass it would be to work and get paid in BTC directly.

Yeah. I mean "fiat" and fiat->BTC conversion and how it limits the possibilities from the fiat side. So, basically, to get around this problem, I should have people do work for me so that I could pay to them directly in BTC. Giving good jobs to people is not an easy job, just look at how much governments have been successful with it so far lol.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Easiest way to convert money into BTC? on: January 17, 2017, 03:46:24 PM
I have met with this problem several times and many others too met with this problem. We consider global accessibility a great advantage of BTC with very good reason. Technically, BTC is available from anywhere, anytime. The issue is coming down to communication. Assuming that your partner is not a BTC holder already, how do you have him exchange his money into BTC?

Even when BTC has these advantages, other payment processors have not and when people have to exchange money from any other payment processor into BTC, transaction issue comes from the other payment processor like PP holding back money or certain banks do not execute transactions in certain time intervals. How do we get around this?

I thought a payment processor where you can pay with a simple SMS or call from your phone credits and receive some BTC would be very useful.

644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining Power Growing Bigger But Greener on: January 14, 2017, 10:14:59 PM
Although the mining difficulty left already the level of a regular BTC user, the network itself has a great size and producing an amazing expansion. As it was suggested many times before, putting this network into additional use would enable many opportunities. I think, some projects are experimenting with it like Golem.
645  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: January 14, 2017, 10:12:28 PM
No one actually controls bitcoin, however Satoshi Nakamoto created the system and protocol way back 2009. The miners only generate the said coins by solving a block and that's it. No one really is in charge of it and no one regulates it however the core devs are the ones in charge of making the system better and ensure that the protocol will continue with integrity (?).

Yes, but I always wondered how the core developers can "make the system better" without changing it and if they can change it, is that not a kind of control, already? Could someone solve this paradox for me?
646  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: January 14, 2017, 10:08:36 PM
You have the same ways that you would have without BTC. But with BTC, you have the opportunity to expand these ways over borders and languages. There is no such thing as "free" BTC. But I think, you have some skills already once you took your time to explore this forum and write your post. This skill enables you already to participate in opportunities. The question is, what else do you know?
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: January 14, 2017, 10:05:10 PM
Bitcoin's name is cool and to-the-point, but I can imagine other, good-sounding names too for possible crypto coins, names that point to the idea. A coin's name should sound good because people will use it much, assuming the coin will be a #1 success, but in most cases it will be used as an abbreviation anyway so the more important factor is pointing to the idea and the idea should be simply explainable and attractive.

STAND-ALONE TELEGRAM MODULE >> Advertise in Telegram channels! <<
Automatically place your advertisement in Telegram chat rooms

Hello Sellers!

I am releasing a stand-alone, expansion module for our bump-bot, Bitzard bump-bot. Stand-alone means: even if you have not bought Bitzard forum bot, still you can buy and use the Telegram module as a stand-alone software. But if you have Bitzard forum bot too, the two of them go very well together, they are compatible products. With this Telegram module, you can set the bot to automatically "bump"/advertise your custom-messages in Telegram chat rooms. Usage is very similar to the original bump bot so you do not have to learn anything new to start your Telegram campaign.

List of features:

- Easy configuration
- Configuration is same as our forum bump-bot
- Supporting an infinite number of Telegram channels
- Placing custom-messages in Telegram channels
- Custom bumping time-period
- Multi-threaded
- Takes privacy seriously: reads in cookies instead of plain password
- No need for PHP to be installed
- 100% from scratch, does not need other APIs
- Doesn't request new Telegram developer token to work
- ++

I did some multi-engine virus scan in your safety

649  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Autobump-bot from Bitzard || No PHP || Multiple forums || VirusScan on: January 13, 2017, 08:54:30 PM
Technically, PHP would be the easiest to run with, since cheap or even free hosting supports Cronjobs. May I ask, what language is the program written in? And is the program able to be run on cPanel hosting, if not extremely cheap hosting?

I understand the benefits of PHP, but for someone having to install PHP onto his desktop/notebook could mean technical trouble. This program, however, was coded in C# and should run smoothly on any home computer that you use to browse the forum anyway or a server of an equal level. So, an advantage of this software is that you do NOT have to install PHP.

Another question - How often does the bot check for a new post to reset the bump timer? Every 24 hours? 1 hour?

Do you mean when someone in the period posts in the thread so that the bot does not have to bump for another period (e.g.: 24 hours)?

Would you be willing to give a discounted copy, or even a vouch copy?

Yes, we may negotiate about the price
650  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is "tipping" worth? on: January 13, 2017, 08:40:23 PM
Buying two pizzas for 10,000 coins was a hilarious story, but that is the risk that everyone in crypto takes. Risk could help some earn millions and could cause loss of millions to others. Anyhow, risk means uncertainty and we can laugh now on the past, but the question is who will laugh in the future?

I understand I should not expect any tip so that I will not have to be disappointed at the end. The tips I got were the happiest when I did not expect them. I did not even write about tipping in the thread because each time I did, I could not stand not to expect any tip after that. I think all tips are worth after all because they mean the contribution was helpful to someone, but according to the replies above, it seems, we should not use tipping as a money-making method.
651  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Telegram API | What is missing here? on: January 13, 2017, 08:18:44 PM
Is this about phoney calls?

Take the crypto channels in Telegram(dot)org, for example. Telegram's API is free to access, still I got some request on creating Telegram bots. One of these requests was a bot that people could instruct with a command with to write the current rate of a crypto into the channel chat. So, I wonder if there is a further demand in this community for any bot with Telegram.
652  Economy / Marketplace / Telegram API | What is missing here? on: January 12, 2017, 08:29:12 PM
Telegram has a decent API and this BotFather is hilarious (in the good meaning). I can recommend trying it for anyone even if only for the lulz. Nevertheless, even Telegram API cannot solve everything with one command so is there anything what you would like to see added as an example? What kind of Telegram bots would you love to see?
653  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I found an exploit. Where to sell? on: January 12, 2017, 02:03:24 PM
I think, I have taken enough time to think about this matter. Since this is an exploit not in the forum software, but somewhere else that affects alot of service being sold in the forum, I find examining the bug bounty program of these services in the https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=483195.0 thread, what @Bitcoin_BOy$ suggested too, a very good start. I did not know that there was such a convenient list of programs collected. If you are a service owner yourself, you may consider adding your service there!
654  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Autobump-bot from Bitzard || No PHP || Multiple forums || VirusScan on: January 12, 2017, 01:55:39 PM

It is really convenient) And the price tag is good)

Thank you! Your words are very motivational. Our purpose with this software was to make your life more convenient. Furthermore, when someone is running multiple sales threads and have a busy real life, it is a business advantage to let a bot bump for you.
655  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What Computer Games You Wish to Buy with BTC cheaper? on: January 08, 2017, 09:31:44 PM
PayDay 2 and I would prefer digital Steam code that I can enter in my Steam account. I have a friend, also BTC holder, who promised to buy it for me for my birthday, but always says "Oh, I just don't have enough money in PP". If he could buy it with BTC, I would tell "No problem, this guy is selling it for BTC and for an amazing price" so good luck Wink
656  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Autobump-bot from Bitzard || No PHP || Multiple forums || VirusScan on: January 08, 2017, 06:00:46 PM
Yay, thank you for purchasing UK_Guy!

With your bot, do I need to have my web browser open for it to work?

In the video, I intentionally recorded from opening the browser otherway you wouldn't see anything xD. In practice, you don't have to keep it open as it's creating its own instance when the time comes and even then you could completely hide GUI with a setting. @codex, you may wanna add this to the FAQ...

Thank you and I added. From our customer support experience so far I can give the following suggestion: Do NOT forget the appropriate URL parameters from the configuration! I know, it may seem a small detail, but it is important. When you download the software, you can find examples in the folders about right configuration. Nevertheless, I can translate any error message to "human language" if you send me a PM about it.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting payment unanonymously on: January 08, 2017, 05:52:12 PM
It depends much on the wallet that the receiver is using. A web wallet, even if does not ask openly for it, prefers to store information about its users. Cookies are an example. Many people simply forget about cookies. But cookies carry sensitive information that could enable a 3rd party (for instance, a hacker) to figure out the user's real identity. You could use a web wallet like blockchain(dot)info AND more than one no-logging VPNs AND make sure not to release information about your address anywhere else in the internet (like online forums).
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: January 08, 2017, 02:38:53 PM
Nice poll, I appreciate the way how you defined the wide range of options when it comes to the kind of wallet that we are using. My first wallet was a web wallet and that was because I found it very easy to understand and handle. I did not even have to understand public/private keys and other technical expressions that may scare newcomers. I think, its simplicity and similarity to fiat online payment processors enable it to lead among the options.
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your biggest bitcoin regrets? on: January 08, 2017, 10:40:51 AM
I do not regret much about BTC. Of course, I could have found it earlier or invested more into it knowing its current price, but that is not the question now, is it? I would not call it a regret, but I trusted some people with BTC who then never paid back and BTC is irreversible. I am writing that I would not call it a regret because I could learn from it, at least and never gave more to anyone than the amount I could afford to lose.
660  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Autobump-bot from Bitzard || No PHP || Multiple forums || VirusScan on: January 05, 2017, 02:36:14 PM
Hi.
I ran your bot and it delete my last post on my thread which was a reply to someone.

I was not expecting that to happen, but its not a major problem as I remember what I posted Smiley

I still have to test it out some more but I though I would mention it.
Maybe it is something I am doing wrong at my end?

Also how would one use this to multi thread.

Sorry for all the questions & thanks.

I am sorry for your loss :/ I feel glad because you could overcome it. I think, I will explain it here because it could come helpful to other customers too. The cleanest solution and recommended method is to create a new account on the forum that you use to BUMP ONLY. You will BUMP WITH YOUR NEW ACCOUNT and delete bumps of that account so you will not accidentally delete replies due to a wrong config. Also, it is a best practice that experienced sellers use too. Nevertheless, you can post the sales threads and replies that you want to keep with your original account.

The bot supports multiple threads. To configure it for multiple threads, it is hilariously easy. Just create as many folders as many threads you would like to use it for and copy the files from the original autopost folder to each new folder then replace the URLs in each new folder's .txt with a thread's URL. The same goes for delete if you wish. Then do the steps in HowToSetPeriod.txt for each .exe copy to set it. In this way, you could set unique time periods for each thread and auto-deleting is optional as you may wish to use the bot to time important announcements. For further help, please follow the instructions in the attached .txt files! For further-further help, feel free to PM me (:

UPDATE: Oh and Thank You for purchase! It helps alot for us to continue development of this and new products. I am taking your feedback seriously. Added your questions to our FAQ in the thread. I hope, it helps a bit Smiley
