Bear gone to hibernate. Sweet dreams.
Winter is coming.

Didnt loaded lose his coins at gox and place a bounty?
He may have lost some at gox, but he was in actual control of his big stash, so that wouldn't have gone down with gox.

Bearstamp lagging and not yet breaching 9000.

Wow this is crazy! I would say the graph has been very accurate! What is the logic behind the curve?
It's created by finding the curve that best fits the price history.

Isn't good enough for the performance figure, if something claims is 30% better then anything else that exists it has to be independently verified, but is good enough that it is not a scam. Guy has no reason to risk his reputation for something like that.
Bitmain, Spondoolies, etc. sent out demo units that proved they were real with real specs. If Halong Mining won't do that, I'd consider that a deal-breaker red-flag.

Well if someone wants to send me one for an eval I'd be happy to review it and take it apart. if it's just a S7/S9 that would be easy to spot. Likewise if it's legit.

Adam's "I have seen it" isn't good enough. Any new mining hardware needs to be hands-on tested by an independent third-party like lightfoot.

Very good, that'll make it easier for me to dump my BCH.

The most expensive I've seen for purchase were all south of 100k. Read a few articles about >100k auctions, but there's no way for me to really confirm those anyways, so eh.
Wouldn't be surprised if there were ~300k bottles around though, given the rarity of some bottles and the ridiculous lumps of cash that some people have.
At least in ~10-20 years every Bitcoin will get me one of those.

TBH, I'm looking forward to the upcoming wave of Vegeta memes...

If the transaction is valid, every node will broadcast it. The miners may not include it in a block, if there are transactions in the queue with a non-zero fee, especially while the mempool is over capacity for the next block. As soon as there is free space in the next block, zero fee transaction will get through - of course, the chance to empty the mempool below capacity is in question these days :-)
You must be an old-timer. That's the old code. The new code most nodes are running requires a 1 sat/byte fee for them to broadcast the transaction.
|
|
|
The real question is, the minimum fee we can pay is 1 sat, there is nothing less than 1 sat, right? No one answered this question. The minimum fee that is less than 1 sat is zero. Yes, zero fee is a valid transaction, but very few nodes will relay the transaction, and very few miners will include it in their blocks, so you almost never see them these days.

You have no idea how hard it is trying to work today, with this giant throbbing erection I have right now. Wish I had time to Photoshop today ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) I've found a Wacom tablet mounted under the desk works well.

Does your paper wallets have a QR code for the private key? If so, it's really easy if you use coinomi. Just download it to your phone, add bitcoin, choose "sweep wallet" and read the QR code, and it's in your wallet, repeat with all the other paper wallets you have. Then add the shitcoin of your choosing and do it all over again.
Yeah, but first you have to transfer your real bitcoins to a new paper wallet. And since I don't like my coins all in one wallet, I have quite a few paper wallets.

hold on to the private keys you were using as of 2 Nov.
Always a good idea. A wise man/woman/group once said: Sigh... why delete a wallet instead of moving it aside and keeping the old copy just in case? You should never delete a wallet.

A lot lot lot lot of money will be needed to be pumped into it to make it reach $500K.
That's only half of the picture, the demand side. The other half, the supply side, existing holders/miners can drive the prices sky high simply by not selling.

Lovely BCH rally, was able to dump some at .16.

I think you can (you must) move your bitcoins that have been in the pre-fork wallet to another new wallet, if you still have any funds there, and then paste the private key in that web form.
Yeah, that's the key (hehe). Always move your bitcoins to a new private key, then you can use the old private keys to access these altcoins.
