Exit strategy is depend your money management to set take profit point, in this topic your mindset as trader/ investor take big part. Meaning who are you exactly, opportunist or safe person?. As long you have good calculation every strategy is great but if you do that depend faith, I think cut loss and sell all asset is better. In this situation coins become red and end of the year it doesn't mean become good sign to recovery price action. Everything look's dark right now and I chose to sell all. I currently have holdings of ETH, XRP, AND BTC. However I believe we may not see prices this cheap for bitcoin in the near future, espeically with institution funds rolling in. Should I sell my XRP for more bitcoin???

Buy more bitcoin is bad idea, don't do that. Many people still believe with crypto but they replace their trust at the wrong time and coins. This is down trend and they should replace their asset into currency and wait more time until crypto market has significant price moving, depend on that we can buy again. I do have a job I should focus more on but I like to have a few trades when I do not have to stressfully look at the prices every hour. I have seen all this Discord groups and Websites where you can sign up for "signals". The idea that I just have someone tell me. "Buy this then, sell it then" sounds way to good to be true for me. On the other hand I know that there are traders with insights that this might be possible.
I do not want to get rich fast and I am very discouraged by this stupid marketing claims like 1000% RIO and stuff like that. I just want to trade some as save as possible trades and make a little money while doing so. I do not want to me a crazy daytrader who watches prices every day and gets anxiety from it. I did got that recently with BTC and I hope its really not falling anymore.
I am fine paying a small monthly fee for some trader community but I do not them to expect from me that I want to be a there every single day and I do not want to do this as a full time job.
Any suggestions?
If you don't have much time you can try trading with long term period method, weekly is included. maybe you're to afraid to get lost or maybe never try demo account to test your strategy because weekly is very fit for you. Make time and search weekly trading method on you tube channel or web/ blog and find which part you should fix. Trading/ investment is an alternative it shouldn't make stress. |

Well I have no more patience in holding it so I decided to dump all the altcoins listed in an exchange in a low price. I have been accepting already that I loss already in investing those altcoins. Because we are now in the peak season of the year 2018 and cryptocurrency market seem nothing to have gone good and I have also some needs to meet for the holidays so I sold all the altcoins. I will just check later on if cryptocurrency will going to be back at its normal market.
I do the same but it doesn't mean I'll leave crypto market because there's hope next year will more stable again ( maybe ). In this moment many people do like you do even with different method and purposes but safe their asset become the main goal. For this step i agree 100%, like or not this is the right one. In my opinion, it's not a bad time to invest now. Some coins are really very cheap now and I believe the market will recover in the near future.

There is a Korean exchange whose airdrop campaigns MemberPass is working on. I think they have a great model with transaction fee mining. I believe this type of exchanges will be around.
My question is where do the quality traders hang out? What motivates you to join a new exchange?
I see their tools, as long easy to use and always up date that's the first sign to join. Second I see their services, if they can fix and finish my transaction/ problems on time that's become reason to keep stay. I never see how much their members, fees or bonus. I learn two things in 2018, first never follow signal from others and should have alternative income out side main income. I have many strategy with good calculation but all fails because follow others opinion, even premium can't guarantee the successful. Red market in long term period also break all my stop loss point, many value go from my wallet. Those things is my problems and I wouldn't repeat again in 2019. |

Who is responsible for fraud projects. doesn't that cause a lot of losses and what punishment is worth.
I believe developer have the biggest responsibility about it, support team only help to get success and us as bounty hunter/ investor/ trader only try to built the project with activity. Developer is the team/ person with high education and tools to make new idea become reality, this is not easy but risk to become scam should be minimize. Back up plan and fund must have before promote the project, prepare for the worst is the best project to follow. |

Do you have any strategy how to recognize signals when market changes from bear to bull? I earned now some extra btc coins by selling on higher price and buying at lower. But i am weak to see when market is changing to grow. Usually i buy in not correct time and after while positive grow is turned back to fall. But how to know when the signal for grow is the correct one? I tried to use indicators but there is huge number of false signals and this did not help me anyway.
I believe all depend your experience, more longer practice will make you understand market trend ( direction ). Indicator only follow market data and all calculation is prediction, specially about news. Not many people like with practice ( demo account ) but believe or not it will not waste your time because you already know in which point take the action. |

2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto enthusiasts. Though there's an increase in adoption of blockchain technology but almost all crypto assets have lost close to 90% of their all time high and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. In some weeks now, we will say goodbye to 2018 and the hope of market recovery will now cling to 2019. Though am not trying to be pessimistic but what if nothing change in 2019, what if the bear market continues unabated, will it be the end or sign of the end for Cryptocurrency because I don't think many will still continue to retain their hope if nothing positive happens at least for the first quarter of 2019.
It will die and replacement by another financial instrument, don't worry only change name but not with technology. We all worry about market condition right now but there's nothing we can do about it, so take your chance to leave and create another way before getting worst. I'll not stopping you but see market with realistic mindset and I believe you'll agree with me. |

The option only wait or leave not invest, you can use your technical indicator to see market trends. Don't see that low price is good sign to invest because everything depend on trends and this time patience is more needed than get bigger profit. I just want you to see market situation and think realistic, not to scare you but please think twice before invest. |
