6561  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin prices dropped so low a few days ago؟ on: December 24, 2019, 01:40:27 AM
Few whales decided to sell Bitcoin in order to create panic.

Small investors started panicking and they started selling their Bitcoin.

Whales knew this would happen, so they again invested into Bitcoin at a discounted price.

This is how whales trade and make profits.

This is one of the reason why Bitcoin price went down.

Now the match depends on Indian openers. 315 is a good target but, is still possible to reach if the openers and the middle order do  there job properly. Past form of Rohit and Rahul should play a crucial role in today's match.
6565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP BUYING BITCOIN NOW!!! This coin is crap on: December 22, 2019, 12:59:31 PM
Such rants only come out when someone has lost a good amount of money while doing day trading. If Chinese miners control 51% of hash rate still it is not possible for them to control Bitcoin without the support of 98% community.

Whereas this is the right time to invest in Bitcoin. It is presently available at a higher discounted price. If you are interested to know why you should invest in Bitcoin in 2020 the read this article - https://cointikka.com/should-invest-in-bitcoin/

Is Cuttack a batting paradise or bowling? West Indies is struggling to reach a decent score of 250. I am not sure now are Indian bowlers balling so good? It does not seems like that.
What has happened to this team?
As long as Kieron Pollard and Nicholas Pooran are in the crease they can look for a total of above 270 runs as they can clear the boundary with ease, the openers started really slow and the slow rate continued when they sent Chase at number 3 which was a miscalculation from the West Indies as they needed someone to take on the attack and Shimron Hetmyer was the right player but for some reason they sent in Chase and the slow rate continued until he got out and India might win the match easily with the way the match is going.

You thought and they got the wicket of Nicholas Pooran breaking the partnership. Now, it  depends on Pollard to take the score above 320 which is a competitive score.
6567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 22, 2019, 11:21:59 AM
Okay fellas series decider is on... India won the toss and opt to bowl, again its batting pitch and hope Windies get some big run on the board and then India doing what they are known for "Chase"
West Indies started really slow and now they lost Lewis looking for an extravagant shot, Jadeja already dropped a tough chance earlier and for India Navdeep Saini made his debut and he is bowling at a lively pace and Shai Hope continues his form throughout the series became the fastest West Indian player to cross 3000 runs, even though his strike rate is low his average is above 50.

Pant just now missed a regulation catch and his terrible performance behind the stumps continues.

Today's match will surely be intresting to watch. Both the teams will try to win this series, pressure match for both the captain's. Anything can happen. India will be again dependent on their batsmen and West Indies on their bowlers. Toss will play an important part. Waiting for the match to start.

6570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving Block Reward Countdown on: December 22, 2019, 03:13:34 AM
I created this cool countdown for bitcoin halving. It also have all the info about BTC halving. https://www.cryptozink.io/bitcoin-halving-block-reward-2020-countdown/

I don't think there was a need to crete another one as there are many in the market. Since, you have created one congratulations to you. I hope next year be a fruitful year for you.
6571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving Block Reward Countdown on: December 22, 2019, 03:09:47 AM
I believe more with this site https://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com, this is not like a countdown, but this is arguably the time when a bomb will explode and the price of bitcoin predicted by many people will rise sharply, but I didn't know it was just nonsense or not, it looks like we still halving in the same month which is precisely in May 2020, even though there are several different times

I think you should look into the past first before coming out with such a theory. "Bomb will explode". Nothing of that kind will happens there will a price increase but not so much that the bomb will explode. Historically the price of Bitcoin alway rose sharply the next year of halving. So expect it to be 2021.
6572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi Network [for the ones who doesn’t know it already] on: December 22, 2019, 03:01:05 AM
Those millions who are using their mobile to mine it are or might have already lost there mobile privacy. Avoid any app that it there for no practical use. If they even go to an exchange there token will be dumped instantly. It is a scam avoid it.
6573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lapps are better than Dapps on: December 21, 2019, 11:10:39 PM
Lapps or Lightning Apps have came into inception ever since Bitcoin's Lightning Network was launched. They serve their purpose well in providing a trustless experience to the end user with instant speeds and ridiculously low fees. On the other hand, dApps or Decentralized Applications have been longer than Lapps but they're limited to their underlying Blockchain network's capacity. The most popular implementation of dApps have been living on the Ethereum blockchain. The world's second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap was praised to be "The World Computer", but its limitations in scalability greatly defeats the purpose.

Which is why, I believe that Lapps are better than Dapps since they're able to provide a seamless experience to the end user without long wait times, or expensive fees. Of course, dApps are more complex programs that are capable of providing greater functionalities than Lapps. But, most people prefer convenience on top of security/censorship-resistance. Which is why, Lapps could be the next big thing in the crypto industry.

What do you think? Huh

Technology changes so fast. This is the first time I am hearing about Lapps. Great news indeed. I fully agree convenience is preferred more above security/censorship by people. Otherwise no one would have flocked and invested into Bitcoin in late 2017 when the motto was " Quick Rich Scheme".

Any examples or reading material if anyone can provide will be highly appreciated.
6574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's really good have you received from the results of the gambling bounty on: December 21, 2019, 10:59:23 PM
Because the results of this year's bounty are decreasing, even many of the bounty hunters do not earning from bounties, do many of you who don't usually take part in the bounty gambling, now move to bounty gambling to remain earning from the bounty, because I saw in this forum bounty gambling still pay well and continue to live, bounty gambling is an alternative to earning from bounty.
And does anyone of you make income to become from the bounties gambling to fulfill your daily life?

If you are referring to signature campaign then I have to say that you or anyone should not use it as a main source of income. Although the amount you can earn is good enough but you should not rely on, dont even risk your real life job for any bounties in the online world. For me, any signature campaigns is just a bonus for being active in this forum. I do not even use it for daily life needs as most of the time I use what I earn from the bounties to gamble on the site that I promotes through the signature campaign

If anything, it can be a good start

I mean you may barely make ends meet with your real-life job, and that might not be going to change in the foreseeable future (say, you live is a really backward place or in a third-world country). Then, with a signature campaign's earnings, you can build some starting capital which you can use to bootstrap yourself and embark on a journey of your own choosing. Or you can just become a trader with that money (but your mileage may vary)

You're right. Even a small income from signature companies expands your opportunities and gives you some choice of what to do with this earnings further.
As you said, you can become a trader, or exchange bitcoin for something worse, for example, altcoins, you can also become a holder or buy coins with the possibility of stacking.
In extreme cases, you can just go and buy some food, which is a lot of importance. Opportunities - this is what cryptocurrency is.

The only signature campaign.that pays and pays in time is gambling signature bounty. But, the amount that they are paying now has reduced significantly. If Bitcoin again reaches a new price high then I think the pay rate might change. At the moment I am happy with what I am earning.
6575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Focus game: EPL, Matchweek 17, Manchester City vs Leicester on: December 21, 2019, 10:27:03 PM
After the last match  and the recent form my favourite is Leicester. Leicester are obviously best placed to chase down Liverpool. Man City title hopes are surely over. I predict an easy win for Leicester.

It was a completely one sided match. Manchester City dominated the match from the beginning. There was no or very less effort by Leicester. I knew this was suppose to happen.
6576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HEX Stoops to Another Low, Desperately Tries to Pump Price on: December 21, 2019, 10:23:08 PM
HEX is a scam project for me. The concept itself looks more like a MLM based investment plan. Chances are very high that there will be an exit scam.

The token is sure shot to get dumped heavily. Stay away from such projects.
6577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Outclasses Other Cryptocurrencies as an Investment Option, Here’s Why on: December 21, 2019, 10:06:31 PM
I think it out performs than other physical investment opportunities in this world. The best example is Gold. If you had invested in Gold back then when Bitcoin was being faced on an exchange in 2011 with a small amount of $100. Your profit today will be 10 times lesser than those invested their money in Bitcoin.
6578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The True Decentralized Exchange on: December 21, 2019, 10:03:29 PM
The advent of Bitcoin has brought a wave of investors and innovation never before seen in the world of finance. Thanks to Satoshi's invention, people can finally achieve financial freedom without middleman. At least, that's what it should've been in the first place. Mainstream businesses and companies have found an opportunity to exploit the benefits of Blockchain technology for their own advantage. It is today where the vast majority of exchanges are centralized while only a few are decentralized. With the advent of the Ethereum blockchain, we've seen many exchanges based on smart contracts which perform exactly as programmed. While all of this sounds great for the average person, most decentralized exchanges are missing one thing in order to achieve full censorship-resistance. And that "thing" is the separation of centralizing technologies (like hosted websites using HTTP, use of databases for orders, etc) which bring a single point of failure.

Since many exchanges are hosted on a centralized server, it greatly defeats the purpose of being censorship-resistant. Even worse, there are decentralized exchanges where it's underlying Blockchain network is not entirely accessible to the public (like Binance Chain). Only a few players control the chain, defeating the purpose of the so called "Decentralized Exchange". The only way that an exchange would be considered as decentralized is if the same does not rely on anything that brings a single point of failure. If it could rely entirely on the Blockchain, it would be better.

So far, the only True Decentralized Exchange is Block DX. This is because its order-matching engine, capital storage, and asset exchange system are entirely based on the Blockchain protocol. Of course, it's not that easy to use as an ordinary centralized exchange. But it's better to have censorship-resistance than convenience/ease of use, in order to keep crypto away from the hands of oppressive governments as much as possible. We need more decentralized exchanges like Block DX in order to help fulfill Satoshi's vision of decentralized finance.

What are your thoughts? Huh

I do not think having a decentralised exchange is a big issue. We only use exchanges to Buy/Sell and we are aware the problems we can face if we store our assets on an exchange rather on a personal wallet.
I think the problem is more about Scams that can happen on these exchanges and there is no law to for those culprits. We need to focus more on making crypto safe for anyone than concentrating on decentralisation.
It is more than enough decentralised but it does not have the power to protect.

Bitcoin
Ethereum
EOS

Blog choice all of the above coins are good for long term investment. If it is possible think about BNB too. I have a hunch that this coin will get a big push next year. You can invest in BNB for a short duration.

That might be an issue why Chrome is not allowing me to register on this website. I did not check it while I was trying to register the last time. Just realised it now, while trying to again register to the website.
