661  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [BitAffNet] How we're the #1 Bitcoin Mining Pool In The World (proof inside) on: March 13, 2015, 09:00:53 AM
Well apparently I got paid once I submitted a ticket, so I think you shouldn't run around giving shit to pools when I do actually get paid. It's just a matter of time when I would get paid, everyone always get paid in the end.

I got paid without a ticket. The pool will pay when it gets the coins ticket or not.

How much time you invest pushing your agenda blows my mind, in any case the pool's hashrate is ticking up so enough people must be satisfied with the results..

Yes the pool's hash rate has jumped recently to over 5Ph/s !

@ s0br: Stop being a chicken sh*t & answer the questions like you keep saying you will, or stay the proven scammer you are.

No payouts again eh? No surprises there then..... Roll Eyes

Let me guess, s0br the scammer/liar/thief has run out of BTC again & can't decide on weather to fake another wallet theft or wait until the next diff jump so he can take his percentage off all your earnings again.......

Submit a ticket if you have payout problems.

Why? So s0br can ignore that as well? The ticket system is a cr*p system started by ghash (another scam outfit) so they could hide their corruption of miners, look what happened to them.

Wake up.

On a lighter note I have named my BAN miners after  ....Really?  Wink
664  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [BitAffNet] How we're the #1 Bitcoin Mining Pool In The World (proof inside) on: March 12, 2015, 02:18:44 PM
I pulled my miners as its been  48 hours since last payment and will move them back once I get paid.

Again. You're a glutton for punishment....... Wink

Don't ya'll get bored of not being paid?

I got paid in full so I am back for punishment ..  Tongue
665  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: 2 AVA4.1s Won! [4400 TH] CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: March 12, 2015, 02:06:30 PM
Is there a record of payouts per TH per day with kano.is?

I currently use westhash/nicehash, and I'm trying to determine at what price to set my miner to switch over to kano... Or if i should just be using kano to begin with.

Cheers!

If you are referring to where to set your p= value then higher is better.  I don't really know the correct answer yet, but I do have some experience:

On my four miners I recently tried 102%, 104%, 106%, and 110%.  Despite WestHash having a great run of 110%-120% PPS for several days, by having my miners switch back and forth between WestHash and Kano I ended up earning less than if I had them just on WestHash or just on Kano during  that period (I estimated a loss of about BTC0.19 over 2 weeks).  I've since adjusted my miners to higher values (currently 108% [0.0115], 110% [0.0118], 112% [0.0120], and 115% [0.0125]).  WestHash has been in a drought lately so I don't really have any results for those numbers yet.

For the most part I've concluded that profit switching on/off PPLNS to chase WestHash isn't really worth it, but it isn't a bad idea to keep around a high switchover just in case something like December (1000% PPS) ever happens again.

I agree and that is why I have my S5's that are on PPS set to .012 but my miners here on this pool I do not use on Westhash
666  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] [++ RATES THAN DaDice] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: March 12, 2015, 12:37:08 PM
Has the pay amount per post changed? The first post says .0016 but when I check the BOT is now says .0013 per post?

Pay rate lowered from this week forth. He told me that he might change to bi-weekly with higher rates. Not assured.

Ok thanks

669  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [27 BTC per block] PMpool.net, New contest - GUARANTEED 1btc prize. on: March 12, 2015, 10:39:15 AM
At Pool hashrate: 91.09 TH/s it will be tough to find a block or need a lot of luck. Also I wonder how you can justify paying out a prize if a block is found?
670  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [PPS 2% fee] NiceHash.com pool - higher profits than direct mining BTC! on: March 12, 2015, 10:05:49 AM
Apparently if I use an upper case P in the password field for the price it will just mine there no matter what the price. I tried using P=.50 which is of course is way high and my miner "should" have jumped to my backup pool buy it stayed hashing on Westhas stratum. Soon as I change that upper case P to a lower case p my C1 doesn't mine at all on Westhash or jump down to backup pool. Technical issues with the Antminer C1 apparently.

FYI I had the same problem with my S4.  I had to turn off the extranonce, otherwise it'd never failover to another pool when the price dropped.  I reported it in the S4 forums, and like most if not all Bitmain issues, it was ignored.

M

I have the same with all my S5-s.  Smiley

I wonder if its a firmware issue as my S5's work great but my S3's are a hit and miss as they most of the time failover but sometimes the get stuck and are not hashing anywhere.

ElGabo are you using a P or p? I have always used a lower case but after reading above I wonder if that is your problem?

Just canaan having power issues
(I'm sure it's tough work running >2.5PHs of miners)

I see thanks. I was trying to figure out where it was dropping from but I had not looked at the miners list in a while and was not sure what the top miners were throwing this way.

EDIT: It looks like we loss him.  I hope he gets it back up.

I received my payment yesterday in my BitX account and moved it out to my wallet, I am  happy with this campaign.

There is a block...  Tongue

Now just need a couple more fast ones!

Sweeeeeeeeet   Grin

We find that block and within 8 mins the pools hash rate drops over 1PH/s??

EDIT: Must be something else as its still dropping...

Speaking to s0br on irc, I am sure we will get paid correctly eventually. It seems the more hashpower the pool has the easier it is to pay everyone quick. It's been swinging lately from 2-5+PH, the 5PH is good, the 2PH, not so much. So, I will plug on, not punishing myself by leaving the pool that is paying me the best, but staying in. If someone wants to protest, Bitmain needs that Wink I am not part of the hacking group "extorting" them, but I truly believe it was in response to the higher prices and not extortion.

I am not sure why the pool hash rate would effect payouts? My pending payout amount looks to be correct and the pool has blocks that confirmed.

EDIT: but maybe me moving my miners elsewhere will help then.  Tongue

Also as far as me posting about this, I am trying to just keep it real by posting the good and the bad. But I will not make crap up against the pool or the pool operator as others have.

Well IYFTech what you should say " is get paid in a timely fashion" as I have always got paid, but 48 hours was long enough to go and yes this does get old.  Undecided

EDIT: Its a problem that needs to be fixed either by a fee, payout threshold or? as the pool has chased away a lot of miners that otherwise would be mining there.
677  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [BitAffNet] How we're the #1 Bitcoin Mining Pool In The World (proof inside) on: March 12, 2015, 08:36:21 AM
Three blocks yesterday, one today(so far), and showing paid out 66.36798776 btc in the past 24 hours. All blocks are confirmed, still at 8 hour payout setting, and four more hours to go till 24 hours since my last payment. I think I might as well set it for 24 hours, could save them 0.0002 per day if they did pay me 3 times a day.

The last 24 hours includes 101 transactions for something less than 0.001, or 45 of them being at 0.0006*(there's nothing lower). This means, for 101 payouts out of the total of 833 payouts, the fee is about 1/6th the payment for about half those paid. To me that's a lot. So every six paid, you could pay one free, just with the transaction fees on those small payments. It doesn't seem big to some, but 0.0833 per payout run adds up fast, and will be something I never understand the need to do.

The intention was to never be a bank, I know, but please fix the payouts so people that want to be paid more often can be, without added costs to the pool. Requiring a minimum payout of 0.01 would have stopped 548 from being paid until a future run. Maybe a new minimum payout is the way to go, except on the last clean-out payment after the difficulty changes.

Need to fix the Pending Payout to show the correct amount first as its been stuck. I have my payout set to 12 hours and its closing in on 24 hours right now.

Edit: Going on 40 hours now without a payment?

Submit a ticket if you have payout problems.

LOL are you telling me you have had a payment in the last 43 hours?

I'm just saying, best way to resolve a payout problem is submit a ticket, doesn't hurt to try right? lol

A ticket is not going to help when no one is getting paid.

680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Affiliate Network - Bonus Coins? on: March 11, 2015, 08:20:48 PM
I just started mining with BitAffNet, and was hoping someone could answer a question in regards to the Bonus coins; Doge and NMC.  For the bonus coins (Doge and NMC) payment address do I need to use Cryptsy, or will Coinbase accept them?  Thanks

I use to mine at GHash so I just use a wallet address at CEX.IO and trade them for BTC when there is enough.
