Can I ask why the "Wheel of Fortune" feature was implemented via email only and not a built-in feature on one of the drop down menus on Freebitcoi.in? Is it in any way possible to link that feature to your account to enable that for users that get that?
The link in the email just take you to that Url that runs the wheel.... so why not just put that option on the drop down menu for the people that qualify for this?
Freebitco.in is literally giving free prizes for every accounts through WoF so they need to get something back from it. By exclusively sending it only through email, they are encouraging people to enable their email subscriptions so it allow freebitco.in to send promotional emails. This benefits freebitco.in instead of just getting nothing from it by implementing it as a built-in feature in the site You give your email address when you signup for the site .. so there is no reason for them to get people to signup for the wheel, just to get their email addresses. So they have your email address to use as a marketing tool or to send notifications. They will not lose anything by adding it to the drop down menu.... it will only be an additional feature that will be added to the site. The users that did not "signup" for this via their email, will have that feature ..blocked.  @arallmuus is spot on here. The whole point of introducing Wheel of Fortune was to increase engagement with our promotional emails. As well as serving the purpose of marketing it also helps with email deliverability. Email service providers monitor how many people actually open emails and sometimes if that's low they'll decide to just stop delivering them. |

But why have you waited 2 years to claim your DOGEs please? I don't understand... You didn't need them before? IMO it's time to close those withdrawals, I haven't seen anywhere a platform allowing withdrawals 2 years after its shutdown. The remaining DOGEs could be used to reward real users, real gamblers and real investors of freebitco.in... For the first 18 months they could have just logged into the site and withdrawn instantly. It was only when we did the second part of the shutdown and disabled the dice game that the site broke so we've been forced to put a manual withdrawal system in place. Maybe the Elon Musk pump and dump scheme has something to do with the laggards suddenly remembering they left some DOGE somewhere.  If you have waited 2 years to withdraw then you are just going to have to wait patiently for wetsuit to have time to deal with it. Posting here or messaging me isn't going to speed it up. |

Best way to contact them is to contact TheQuin by private message on this forum. He is active every day and is always here to help. Seems like ‘TheQuin’ has restricted newbie user to send PM. ‘ilovesushi1337’ was trying to reach him since last week. Few other people had also reported about Freedoge.co.in withdrawal in past and TheQuin has responded all of them without taking much time. Maybe he hasn't noticed this user issue yet. I just sent a PM to him about it. Hopefully he will look into the issue. That's not actually the case. My PMs are not restricted but I gave up replying to the Doge ones a while back after posting here a number of times that they are getting processed. I can't actually check individual ones and wetsuit is processing them manually. Back in Feb 2021, FunFair gave development of it's "FunToken" to Freebitco as well as selling it's majority holdings to them and stating that dev would continue under "New Ownership" from funtoken.io. Recently, that site put up an About section that details people in the company. The CEO is given as "ADRIAAN BRINK". Regarding my 2 deposits, they were made to the same address. They were separate transactions and I'm wondering if I should have gotten 20 free spins, because I only got 10 from both of those 2 deposits.
There are only 2 possible causes of that. 1) Your second deposit arrived after the 48 hr period had ended. 2) You made 2 withdrawals from another service and they sensibly saved themself some fees by combing them into one transaction making it one deposit to us. Edit: If you check your deposits on your personal stats page you will be able to see which of those two options it is. |

I see that there's a deposit bonus currently going on again.
Somebody can deposit as many times as they like, and get the bonus for each deposit, as long as each deposit is 30k sats or more, is that correct?
Let's say somebody was going to deposit 300k sats, it would make sense for them to split it into ten deposits and do it that way, am I right?

You can batch multiple deposits into a single transaction and still get 10 free spins for each deposit. Batching helps you save a little bit on transaction fees compared to making 10 separate transactions. I tried this yesterday and got 20 spins from one transaction paying two deposit addresses.
