661  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: June 04, 2016, 09:21:35 AM
is there a any chance to get my coins from craptsy?

maybe, depends on what receivership will find in Cryptsy wallets and how successful they will be in seizing Vernon big house and other assets bought from Cryptsy members money.

I read that prosecution reopened investigation about Silk Road seized wallets theft 3 months ago and that they suspect that much more people and exchanges were involved in helping rogue agents to launder stolen BTCs.Vernon is probably very high on that list and it is much more serious thing for him.

News from Mullick came to CBX dev:

I have been contacted by Cryptsy regarding the movement of the CBX under their control. These funds have been moved to a secure address and are still safe and locked away as they have been for the several months Cryptsy has been closed. Below is the note from Mullick.

Quote
I saw some people worrying about the coins being moved by Paul.

The coins were not moved by Paul. They were moved by me under order of the receiver to a secure wallet.

I don't want to get involved on the forums but since we have a history I thought I would let you know there is no need to worry about Paul dumping any CBX.

CryptoBullion CBX coins that were stored on Cryptsy never moved until now...

#1 CBX holder that is said to be Cryptsy wallet has moved its CBX for the first time since Dec 2015.  Undecided
CBX is currently sitting here 5ib6eg58BxJarBWKkK58UzEumsruKbx369 - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/cbx/address.dws?124197.htm

It is hard to say is it receivership or Vernon. If it does not move further it is receivership, putting them in a new wallet.

But if it moves further, then it means Vernon is again in the full motion.

Good news.

Maybe receivership should consider to put news about theirs coins moving to new wallets on former Cryptsy Twitter account or to open new one.

And here is the fiscal report of Vernon company for 2015. Pay attention on e-mail address and especially that subscribed capital to his company is 100x bigger than on beginning:

It is now - 30 million yuans ~ 4.57 millions dollars ~ 10000 BTCs

Way of subscription capital - currency - cash money !!!

It seems that Bao Luo is expanding his business in China.I found on google that he(his company) opened 2 pharmacy - drug stores. One is in the Dalian too ,the other in nearby province Hebei.

On google his comapany is registred as Baoluo Shengwuyuan Technology Company Limited

How do you link it to our Paul Vernon and not another Bao?

Quite a jump to go from porn to crypto to drug stores...

Same company, same name ,same address, same register number

"Letter Filed Under Seal"? What does that mean? Does this mean Paul is under indictment?

It means that Vernon lawyer thinks some informations are too sensitive to be open for public

Motion for clerks entry - when a person(in this case Vernon) who is required to be present before the court for some proceedings , fails to appear in court.

Bittrex trading record missing of Vern account / bittrex wallet in views now ( they did not find any trading record . which price he dump user altcoin or what price he buy Btc ) bittrex said they update platform due to trading record lost after update .

Wallet record only available of altcoin / Btc

Bittrex putting gas in fire by this type of answer lol

Not expected /

They must have backup copies,no way they permanently lost them

Taxing my memory, I believe Paul Vernon used to brag about Cryptsy's back out copies as well.

I hope that receiver gets an anonymous email quick so that he can take a elevator up a few floors from where he discovered Cryptsy's servers thanks to some other anonymous email.

Receivership claimed Vernon deleted database and they are now trying to restore it from backups(wallets too) with the help of some former Cryptsy employee - probably Mullick,he lives on Florida now.

One more thing on which receivership have to pay special attention:

Vernon sent on these Coinbase addresses -  1Jnz9XLNMdSyx1vPCsgQQkZYy2SrXsJcmE and 1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ  BTCs directly from Cryptsy wallets. In total for both addresses it is 11695 BTCs.He did not changed it for 2 years,so I believe it was probably registred on Cryptsy and funds obtained from selling BTCs deposited on these addresses were probably used to pay Cryptsy and Vernon expenses in US (salaries, hardware, renting offices on Florida and Canada, buying big house, SUVs...)

But, rest of BTCs, 10012 BTCs were sent to his personal BTC wallets directly from Cryptsy wallets(785 of them to BTCC for Bitebi9 opening) or from other exchanges accounts on which he was selling users altcoins for BTCs.He also sent them on Coinbase, but not on above addresses - he generated new deposit address for each transaction from personal wallets. In mine previous posts I list founded till now deposit addresses.I dont think so that Coinbase account was registred on Cryptsy, most likely it is personal account(or registred on his offshore company) .

Coinbase could give valuable help by providing list of all his money transfers - personal and business.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this during the time that Coinbase was getting so much heat from the community for not honoring deposits while the bitcoin price was [highly] volatile?

Yes,I think it was during huge $1000 BTC price jump in late 2013.They claimed how their servers could not match enormous increase in number of transactions.

I found one more major Vernon address 1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ on Coinbase to where he sent and sold 6645 BTCs from Cryptsy wallets.Address  1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ was active till 16.Oct.2015.

To this Coinbase address Vernon sent and sold 4030 BTC before hack and 2615 BTC after hack on 29.July.2014

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ

This address 1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ received almost all input transactions from Cryptsy wallets and 2 of them were more than 100 BTC per transaction,so obviously only Vernon could authorize and sent them:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/b0f03beed60e9a9ef38530895458b4766accfbfdf271fd6ae8bda2ff700debf7

Additional evidence which support that is Vernon address on Coinbase is that this address 1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ directly received 100 BTC from auxilliary Cryptsy wallet which funded Cryptsy exchange address 1E9m3sCAGrc5WzTDA6qTNN1gR2Vhj4qjLJ, notorius by directly receiving huge deposits from Cryptsy cold wallet 0c07e0bec1:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/623bc7f206bffec56689d5725158dcd48c5af26ebd7a16e1c22211d1285725bc

So,confirmed until now, Vernon took from Cryptsy:

-  6018 BTC before hack

-  15689 BTC after hack

---------------------------------
Total: 21707 BTCs ~ 9.77 millions dollars  and that is not including value of BTCs and altcoins from hack itself

It is more and more clear that after taking so much BTCs before hack, the big hack was neccessary to cover losses generated by Vernon relentlessly users BTC selling.

You forgot one: 1DRn2kCecXnLnJXFqB95qxV4hi4C1jxMaC

Shit, I could spend the next several hours at least doubling the size of your list.

Gleb, 1DRn2kCecXnLnJXFqB95qxV4hi4C1jxMaC is address on Coinbase, but not Vernon deposit one,but someone else deposit which Coinbase wallet add to Vernon deposit in second round before moving to output tx, temporarily hot wallet or cold storage.

Second one 1LsLrujPhPKZXVjub3Q1pVtjhgJoc2kamb is not Vernon deposit address too,but address from Coinbase primary hot wallet which Coinbase wallet add to Vernon original deposit in second round before moving to output tx, temporarily hot wallet or cold storage.

I spend some time in defining all Coinbase wallet procedures, hot wallet ,cold storages. At first glance,it can be quite confusing to define what is deposit address, output address, cold/hot wallet, because Coinbase wallet procedures are much different than on other exchanges. OKCoin exchange has somewhat similar procedure ,but far less complex in compare to Coinbase.

List of Vernon personal deposit addresses on Coinbase where he sent BTCs taken from Cryptsy users wallets directly and from selling Cryptsy users altcoins on other exchanges.Unfortunately,he was very productive in selling users BTCs:

True origin of this Vernon address 1Jnz9XLNMdSyx1vPCsgQQkZYy2SrXsJcmE eluded me ,but finally I can confirm it is on Coinbase (personal or Cryptsy registred)

On this Coinbase address 1Jnz9XLNMdSyx1vPCsgQQkZYy2SrXsJcmE Vernon sent and sold 5050 BTCs(2250 before hack and 2800 after it). This address also got ~230 BTC from selling Cryptsy stocks on Cryptostocks.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703.msg14704725#msg14704725

Also I found that on 22.Apr.2014,when 1224 BTCs were sent form Cryptsy cold wallet for buying 100 TH mining power (MN2 contracts)

these BTCs went to Coinbase too, address 19Dnzhjvsqdq1ukorYFiPve2NBgjnGLJXt and were changed for cash obviuosly needed for buying hardware mining equipment. That is one more evidence that Vernon has/had a BTC mining farm.

That BBC inside story @ TJ

Gleb yes that fucker butt-whloe  Marshall long
(CTO - chief technical officer) service was wonderfully enjoy that pig vern

Yep,I just posted  a video screenshots as a reference that Vernon went to Dalian not by chance, but probably with desire to open BTC mine(or he has already opened it there before with stolen Cryptsy funds) with help of Marshall Long.

I found that Marshall Long company - Final Hash LLC shipped from China to Seattle 500 A2 Scrypt ASIC miners units to Genesis Mining on 20th.June.2015:

It seems that Vernon did not choose to take exile in Dalian, China by chance.Dalian is reknown in China as best place for Bitcoin mining.

Here are screenshots from a tour in such bitcoin mine in Dalian, where 4 unknown man have 6 big bitcoin mines:

A poster on the Unobtanium thread says he's been in touch with an attorney working with the Cryptsy Court Receiver.  He says a former Cryptsy IT employee has given them access to the wallet servers, but Paul Vernon wiped the database servers on April 4. If they can't restore the database from backups they might not be able to determine user balances.

Besides the Unobtanium at Bittrex he says they recovered $20K or more of valuable altcoin wallets at Cryptsy, and control of the Cryptsy Ethereum wallet.

Since the Cryptsy UNO wallet was stolen by Paul Vernon and transferred to Bittrex, I've been in touch with an attorney working with the Cryptsy Court Receiver.

*snip*

I spoke today with the attorney for the Court Receiver, who updated me on the status of the UNO wallet:

They are working to gain control of the stolen UNO funds from Bittrex.

*snip*

A couple of notes I took from the call:

They are now working with a former Cryptsy IT employee who has given them access to the wallet servers.

Paul Vernon wiped the database servers on April 4, which means there is a chance they may be unable to determine user balances.

The former Cryptsy IT person was able to restore some backups, and he is trying to recover the databases.

The Cryptsy Ethereum wallet has been recovered.

Some other valuable altcoin wallets (worth $20K or more) have also been recovered (no coins were specifically mentioned).

*snip*

I wonder how they know paul wiped the database servers? If they can prove that then he dug his hole deeper. Paul is pure scum

Remember what they were talking non-stop - only Vernon has complete access,so it must be he who wiped out database.

I guess that he did it,because he wants to erase all data about his accounts on Cryptsy(exchange accounts),so nobody could connect suspicious coin addresses with him and his manipulations & money/coins transfers-thefts.

In fact he is cleaning his fingerprints on the crime scene.

I have some interesting findings about Cryptsy Mining Contracts MN.On 10.Apr.2014 they paid to Cloud Hashing 175 BTC for 10TH contract(0.175 BTC per 10GH share). After that on 22.Apr they annonced new 100TH deal with mining operator whose didnt want it name to be disclosed. Huh

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=481015.msg6346256#msg6346256

All payments came from Cryptsy so call cold wallet which was hacked few months later. What is interesting that the payment of 175 BTCs to Cloud Hashing for 10TH 175 went directly to its BTC wallet, but payment for 100TH from 22.Apr.2014 of 1224 BTC(~682000 dollars) went straight to Bitcoin mixer:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0c07e0bec1002bd2

So Cryptsy paid 0.1224 BTCs per 10GH share and sold it to the users for 0.185 BTCs(51% higher price) and price paid by Cryptsy indicate that Cryptsy did not buy just contracts ,but mining farm.

These are images of mining wallets from where mined BTCs were going directly to Cryptsy(so they had a mining farm) until 03.Aug.2015:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/05ef35aae9b947d4

All BTCs from mined blocks came to Cryptsy address 1DNTAeajLPbanneH3rHEGsctcevLmC8vdb

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1DNTAeajLPbanneH3rHEGsctcevLmC8vdb

This business was paid as all other expenses from users BTCs.But who can be so trustable that Vernon gives to him 682000 dollars, but wanted to remain in shade.Every company would announce such big deal immediately, but not this one.

I strongly believe that company involved in that is Final Hash LLC and trustable person Marshall Long. Final Hash was established on 10.Feb.2014.First its tweets and pictures of mining came on 16.Apr.2014.After opening Final Hash LLC got huge push up,but nobody knew from where and how.Everything was in deep dark.

Final hash LLC followed Cryptsy destiny and was dissolved on 10 Apr.2016, exactly 2 years from first mining contracts :

Receivership should pay attention on this contract from 22.Apr.2014 which was paid 1224 BTCs(682000 dollars) from Cryptsy users money and try to find where is Vernon mining farm hardware equipment.
