Wew user mt.gox  Cheesy / users  of cryptsy > oh shit   Lips sealed
By this news in public

Quote
Kraken says details of the investigations will remain classified along with the addresses from Mt Gox records.

Seriously? Give me five minutes and I'll have the addresses found while here taking a shit. Hell, they'll be easier to find than Paul Vernon's loot addresses, and TJ could perform the task with his eyes shut. Ask me how if at sea.

To be fair, I've never encountered a bad hooker unless, that is, the definition extends to having your wallet stolen. TBC, the latter is based on a true story that may or may not have happened to me... at least once.

Do not believe everything that Gleb says, Thanh. All we need to do is simply identify who these maggots are.

Fire Rabbit is Cresty/muddafudda's newest youtube guru/ shill to come across my radar.

Now where is that post where Leroy aka BigJohnson, is bragging about teaching the locals about cryptos while travelling the Phillipino countryside, when you need it ?

Is it a safe assumption that the only Americans brave/stupid enough to freely travel outside the normal tourist areas are heavily armed ones ? eg. MILITARY

seems smae peopel were between

He/ they are not in China and he/they were never in Afghanistan.

He /they were, likely still are, stationed and/or living in the Philippines. Shocked

At least 2 altcoin communities are working with the court-appointed receivership to ensure the remaining coins are returned to the rightful owners.

Thread is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1480309.0

is there a any chance to get my coins from craptsy?

maybe, depends on what receivership will find in Cryptsy wallets and how successful they will be in seizing Vernon big house and other assets bought from Cryptsy members money.

I read that prosecution reopened investigation about Silk Road seized wallets theft 3 months ago and that they suspect that much more people and exchanges were involved in helping rogue agents to launder stolen BTCs.Vernon is probably very high on that list and it is much more serious thing for him.

At this point it seems doubtful...

What doesn't seem doubtful is Justice in one form or another.  Someone will find this man.

I spoke at length with the receivership attorney yesterday and a forensic investigator. They had hoped to reconstruct the Cryptsy website but it appears that Vern deleted the databases and wiped the disks the day of his departure.

The problem at this point is determining which coins belong to which users. The hired experts are attempting to recover the databases, but at this point it looks doubtful.

We will be asking the receivership to recommend to the courts that the coins be returned to the various communities whereby a system can be worked out to fairly redistribute the coins. In any case, I was told the legal process could possibly drag out for years.

Yes, if you have screenshots that will certainly increase your chances of having your coins returned.

The receivership is also in the process of establishing an official website where information and news will be regularly posted.

Hey, MG, I'm in no way doubting your exchange with the RA, but was surprised to read an important piece of evidence in this case shared with you (in bold above).

I think the upcoming website is going to reiterate this information and go into much more detail. The receiver is determined to keep this case as transparent as possible. I was upfront about my motivations and communicated my intention to share any provided information.
