I have no problem with sleep, it is just my sleeping pattern is not normal. During this quarantine, my body clock has been ruined. Yes, I have enough hours of sleep but the problem is I'm a nocturnal and I sleep during the day. This is a bad habit thats why I'm thinking to change and adjust it by slowly repairing my body clock. I will sleep early at night and avoid taking afternoon nap. I will also avoid taking caffeine or eating chocolate late in a day so that I can easily fall asleep in the evening.
It is not very healthy to sleep during the day. You are not getting the best quality of sleep during the day as there are a lot of noises and light which are not helpful when sleeping. |

I don’t think much chance of Atletico getting to the final, they were very lucky to get past Liverpool in the last round. I think they’ll get taken apart by the next big team they play in the CL. Liverpool is for sure the favorite of this game but Atletico has still their chances. We cannot expect how teams are going to react after this huge break. Maybe we can see a huge difference in Atletico's performance and score outstanding goals. |

- At the age of 35, he's on a £240,000-a-week contract (arsenal surely can't afford that for a player of his age).

Yesterday I had read somewhere here in Italy that Madrid is asking about to be the city of the final for this Champions League. I read that the final 8 is going to happen in Portugal. What I understand is that they are trying to find a place that COVID-19 didn't hit with a lot of infections. If this is the criteria, Italy and Spain is not the right choice. |

Considering that Douglas Costa is in excellent physical shape according to what is being discussed in pro-Juve pages, I am pretty certain that he will start the Milan match together with Ronaldo up front. Higuain looks certain to miss it. I believe Dybala will play as well and be substituted later on with an attacker from the Juve U23 team (I forgot his name). There are 5 subs now + 2 water breaks, one in each half. It should be fine.
I think that Juve should not overburn all the players. It is good to start with Ronaldo in the first line up but he doesn't need to play the whole match as there are a lot of game to come in the coming years. He needs to be fresh in order to give his best performance in all games. |

So Shalke 04 has the worst period of the last 50 years with 0 victories in the last 13 or 14 games which is hard to believe. For me is not so surprising as Shalke was fighting relegation a couple of years ago and since then they had a good year followed by a bad year and so on until this year when they kind start well. I was in 2012 at Shalke Steaua at Cluj Napoca in Romania and I remember the hole stadium stood up and cheering for Raul Gonzales. Anyway, I hope Shalke will find those 3 points this weekend.
They had a team that doesn't deserve to fight for the relegation. They should be competing for a position in the Europa League at least. The team is safe they will not be relegated but they do not had as an initial goal not to hit the Europa league positions. |
