1481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 08, 2020, 07:07:17 AM
I think no postpone the game for this weekend, all scheduled.
here  games of Matchday 26

~~~
I'm glad to hear that if this week's match won't be postponed again maybe the time is scheduled and won't be changed again.
Even though there are spectators or not, I still want to see the Juventus v Inter match Grin. So if without supporters like it less exciting Roll Eyes
Everyone is interested in watching this game.
It is the game that will show to us who is going to be the winner of the Serie A. I don't mind that it will not have spectators personally.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 08, 2020, 07:04:10 AM
I did not expect Watford to suffer a loss against Crystal Palace today, I thought Watford would be able to force a draw against Crystal Palace at the final whistle, I guess the players of Watford would need to beat another top team on the table again when they play against Leicester City in front of their home fans to fight for survival next week.
Most of peoples was sure about this result because they done great job against Liverpool so at least draw was on but they was not good enough to handle this and lost very bore match on bore weekend of EPL.
Not a bore weekend of EPL in my opinion.
IT is a good weekend from betting side it is great, considering the fact that most of the games resulted in a normal result. The only unexpected was Tottenham bringing draw against Burnley which shows that the team has problems in the offensive part this season.
1483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: March 08, 2020, 07:00:27 AM
@coinlocket$ @$crypto$ though there’s no official word yet from UEFA, in my personal opinion this match will go ahead and will be played behind closed doors as all matches in Italy are supposed to be placed behind closed doors till April 3rd.
If the match will continue in Italy then I think the UCL match without the first audience due to the corona virus is really annoying if this match has to be without supporters.
This is exactly what i was also thinking. The competition will have to continue thought it's quite annoying how this pandemic is attempting to destroy the flow of the beautiful sport.
It seems like many clubs have suffered losses due to this virus so that their income according to the flow of sports many have been postponed and also without spectators.
The income of many industries is hit all around the world due to the Corona virus.
It is better to have games without spectators than don't have games at all. The income of clubs would be worse if they didn't play the games due to postponements.
1484  Other / Off-topic / Re: Joker film on: March 06, 2020, 04:49:20 PM
was joker a good film?
Personally, I didn't like it. It is a good film if you see the social message that is given.
However, when I pressed the play button I wanted to see a villain that would kill or do harm to a big city. I didn't see that in the whole film. Instead, I was seeing a social movie than a superhero one.
1485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 06, 2020, 04:37:56 PM
I think the biggest & most exciting game this weekend is the Manchester Derby. I’m really excited to watch this match, hoping it’s a really attacking game, full of goals.
With City you can always be sure of a real attacking game, because they are one of the best attacking teams in the world at the moment, pep has a way of moulding his teams to be monstrous in attack, doesn't he. Solskjaer got the better of pep in the first leg, I believe City will repay that favor.
Winning the league isn't possible for any of the two teams, just the UCL qualification battle, and with city already our due to ban, all this just reduces the importance of the game. I think if there was more to play for, the game would have been much more interesting that it would be, bragging rights is all that matters now
In my opinion the derby of Manchester is not the most interesting one.
City is going to win this game as it has so better quality than United. Chelsea vs Leicester would be the interesting game as this is the game for the 3rd position.
1486  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Flag for Middle Eastern Union on: March 06, 2020, 04:05:30 PM
middle east needs also a free trade zone to prevent violence, people should use their labour to build themselves communities
here my suggestion how to start the middle eastern union (other name suggestions middle western/middle eastern union (china centric view/eurocentric view) or the middle union
core countries turkey, iran, iraq, syria, saudi arabia, uae, kuwait, oman, potentially also: pakistan, afghanistan, north afrika
with religious freedom, sustainability environmental protection and also humanism with some forms of democracy and human rights as political goal
flag of the middle eastern union
suggestion EU flag reverse.
lots of yellow for the lot of sanddesert they have
little blue for the little water oasis they have
12 stars representing the community with the number 12 of being completeness
what do you think?
regards
Your vision is not going to happen.
You think that you are smarter than the leaders of middle east and they haven't thought it before? You are missing the part that a lot of those countries that you mentioned have conflicts - economic, social, religious, etc. Having said that, Middle East is divided and cannot be united.
1487  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Afghanistan: US and Taliban Sign Deal Trying To End 18 Year Old War on: March 06, 2020, 03:58:58 PM
I wonder if the US troops will leave Afghanistan then this is going to improve the way of Living of Afghans.
There are so many people from Afghanistan that they are trying to reach Europe and more specifically Germany, along with the refugees that fleet from Syria.
1488  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are Africans immune to coronavirus, is the virus meant to erase the white on: March 06, 2020, 11:30:10 AM
Chinese doctors also said that he remained alive because he has black skin, the antibodies of a black are 3 times stronger, powerful and resistant compared to that of white.
This is a totally racist statement.
The have not any incidents of Corona virus because there are not so many portions of people that fly from China to Africa. Lucky for them, they might not get affected from this deadly virus.
1489  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The US, Corona Virus, and 5G on: March 06, 2020, 11:22:23 AM
World affairs are really interesting at the moment.
One thing that has come out of the news about the Corona Virus is that the bulk of the pharmaceuticals used in the US are manufactured in China, or use Chinese components. This leaves the US population vulnerable to long term damage to their health. This may have already happened, as I understand that over 70% of the US population is unsuitable for military service due to health problems. This seems to be tolerated, and even encouraged. On the other hand the possible use of 5G equipment manufactured in China has created massive disruption to trade. This is despite the fact that Chinese microprocessors are being used in advanced military equipment such as fighter jets.
I haven't heard that there are any official incidents in the US.
The virus is not spread but he microprocessors or the medicines that come from China. The virus is spread when people are getting in touch so I don't think that your concern is valid.
1490  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I was asked to use a hand sanitiser this morning. on: March 06, 2020, 11:10:24 AM
I've been visiting Somerset in the van for a few days, and last night I stayed in a picnic area and truck stop. This morning I went into the cafe for an early morning coffee, and I was offered a bottle of hand sanitiser, and asked to use some. This is obviously as a result of the Coron Virus appearing in the UK. I had no problem with complying, but I'm not sure how useful it is. Far more of a problem could be the communal use of the 'loos in my opinion.
I think that it is the correct measurement that is taken from coffee shops and restaurants.
It is not the way that Corona virus is going to be eliminated but it is a way to make a routine to use hand sanitizers and keep our hygiene levels at their highest.
1491  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't buy facemasks for the coronavirus! on: March 06, 2020, 11:08:06 AM
I have been told by an associate who specialized in studying pathogens that an N95 - FFP2 or FFP3 rated mask is actually sufficient for providing at least some protection against the virus. He did explicitly say just a plain N95 mask was not enough.
General organizations suggest to use FFP2 and FFP3 types of mask.
FFP2 give you a 75% protection and FFP3 99%.
There is a huge difference in the price of those two masks but what you pay is what you get.
1492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 06, 2020, 10:31:58 AM
Werner will be hot property in the summer, no way he goes to Spurs. The very biggest clubs will be interested, without any disrespect to Spurs there will be bigger trophy winning clubs ready to take him.
This is true. I don't think that he is going to choose Liverpool - even though he is going to make the Reds very strong in the next couple of years - but I think that Barcelona is going to be interested in him. German players doesn't have good tradition with Barcelona but I think that Werner is going to be the exception to this.
1493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 06, 2020, 10:29:45 AM
united has to win. they want to be in the champions league. if united loses the team will have problems to be in the next season
I think the team needs every point they can get and they will fight for it  Grin
I believe that Chelsea is going to win against Leicester and this means that Manchester United will have difficult path towards Champions League.
Also, United has shown that they are kind of unstable during the season. They might win the strongest team but they can lose to the weakest one. So I don't think that they are going to qualify for the CL.
1494  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do people still smoke cigarettes? on: March 06, 2020, 09:27:43 AM
We know it messes up your lungs,and reduces libido. It also costs a fair bit of money. It messes up your skin texture as well, and you can see those middle aged women with prune lips and pasty faces. Now it appears that smoking helps the Corona Virus to bond to cells, and this makes it much harder for the immune system to fight the virus.
I just can't understand what the appeal is given all the damaging consequences.
It is the same reason why people drink alcohol or even drive fast in the highways.
We know that it is unhealthy or dangerous but we still do it because it provides us a way of entertainment or a way or having fun/relax.
1495  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is 2020 the Year of eSports? on: March 05, 2020, 09:07:07 AM
We all know eSports is a big deal and it is becoming a bigger deal every year. 2019 saw huge growth in the esports industry, as it grew 3% – surpassing $120.1 billion. Over and above that, mobile eSports has become one of the fastest growing sectors in gaming, and it’s not slowing down.
Here is why eSports is set to get even bigger in 2020: https://4king.com/2020-is-the-year-of-esports/
Do you think 2020 is going to be the year of eSports?
I used to monitor esports closely during the last years.
League of Legends was the pusher of the industry all this time. I see that this video game has lost a lot popularity in 2019 and I wonder how the esports industry keeps growing as no other game has gained those percentages in its community.
1496  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it college worth it? on: March 05, 2020, 09:03:53 AM
Finishing a college degree is an achievement and most parents want for their kids, because no one can take it away from you.
It's not a guarantee of having a successful life but it's a stepping stone to reach your goal.
After college that's the time to invest in crypto and for other opportunities out there.
It is an achievement but how about all the money spent in order to acquire the college degree?
Would you ever get them back?
And if you get a college degree and get a job in a firm then you are not going to have any time in order to invest in cryptocurrencies.
1497  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where else should I travel? on: March 05, 2020, 09:00:55 AM
I'm so obsessed with the videos coming from Japan's tourism and it's very attractive. It's part of my bucket list too so maybe you should share the same excitement from watching those and become thrilled to go there as your next destination.
It is my dream to Travel to Japan one day and I believe Tokyo is the best place to go.
Now that Coronavirus has become an epidemic trend I would suggest to delay your traveling activities at least for 2020. Then you should start planning your trip to Tokyo. Wink
I was surfing the internet about dumbest ideas that made millions in a matter of months. They either flop or they succeed. Really there are many different ideas.
I'm shooting in the dark here but I'll give it a try. I'm web programmer and I have some free time so I'd like work on such similar project. Maybe there are some people here who have ideas or need to brainstorm in order to polish an idea and who'd like to cooperate and try to create such viral project.
I did some brainstorming with myself about what to create, what would be interesting, what is different/new and how to stay in blockchain/bitcoin area.
If anyone can find themselves in this post, feel free to PM me.
Note: I'm NOT mobile developer and I'm NOT here to scam.
What does it mean that you are not a mobile developer but a web programmer?
If you want to get involed in blockchain projects you have to have some basic knowledge or programming languages and mobile programming is a new trend in the blockchain area that becomes popular over the years. every project tries to build its own mobile app now.
1499  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can AI predict your future? on: March 05, 2020, 08:52:18 AM
Have you ever wondered, with all the technological advancements made in recent years, if AI can predict your future? Well if you have the answer is yes… sort of. An AI by the name of GPT-2 has gotten good at predicting which words will appear sequentially but so far that is about it.
Here is why: https://4king.com/want-your-fortune-told-consult-ai/
Do you think AI will be able to tell our fortunes in the future?
If we suppose that the future relies on historical data and not on luck or unpredictable events then yes it can do so.
AI can gather huge amounts of data, eliminate data silos and provide a clear consensus about the results of those historical data. But if we have unknown events in the process then AI cannot provide such results.
Ok guys, we all know this virus is getting infected people quickly. A month ago, we were thinking China was in bad situation. But now Korea, Japan, Iran and Italy has a lot of infected people.
We should ask this question;
Was it really necessary to make these postponements?
and what will happen after this point? What will happen next week?
I think it would be more beneficial to play these games in a controlled manner, rather than stressing the public in such situations.
Imagine what would have happened if public was not stressed.
It was necessary to take such measures as you should not forget that public health is above entertainment and football. If postponements hadn't happened we might probably talk about more deaths from coronavirus in Italy.
