6.24 BTC here. All missing balance after "error-failed withdrawal".
Anyway I don't think it's mintpal guys doing the withdrawals now. They would have said something right?

They tweeted saying only alex/ryan had access to the funds

If they only freeze the coins, what will they do with them?
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah/Mintpal V2.0 Scam Thread on: October 20, 2014, 10:56:30 AM
So am I reading this right? Bitcoin withdrawal is still disabled?

Yes still unable to withdraw BTC
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★ DigiByte ★ 极特币★★ [DGB] ✈ ✔ v3.0.2.1 officially released! on: October 20, 2014, 10:54:53 AM
Just a small update to mintpal withdrawals:

I filled the mask there top get out a small amount of BTC i still had there and waiting days now to withdraw. No progress and no info.

The mask says BTC is still "reindexing" but i have the feeling that will never be finished. Anyone with similar experience?

Could withdraw all my coins except BTC and it looks like coins i won't see anytime soon. I'm just telling myself that i'm lucky i didn't had more on the exchange and always keep a low amount of coins on all exchanges.

teh question is not  "Will bitcoin survive the impending financial crash"

the question is:   "will the financial crash survive the impending bitcoin!?!"

Fiat won't last long if it keep crashing every 3-4 years. Something is wrong is this system, i hope more an more people will realize that soon
Fiat facilitates credit, which facilitates "modernity." Wink

But i don't think that modernity can be sustained by crashes happening each 3-4 years.  Roll Eyes

why are you still waisting your time on this thread if its dead to you?

There's no reasoning with people who are strictly around to troll. It's best to ignore them. If someone is consistently bashing something on this board for the sheer pleasure of it they're getting perma ignored. It's the only way they truly go away.

Sigh.........................................keep telling yourself that. The other scenario is that people who are not blinded by false hope are trying to sincerely help those that might be. Blindly calling someone a troll just because he doesnt share your views is disingenuous. But we already had this conversation bristow...

It takes literally 2 seconds per day for me to follow developments on vert, less time than it takes for me to have a sip of coffee, so the "wasting time in the thread/s  argument also has no merits

Next time take a sip of coffee instead of posting.

This community doesn't need negativity from people who've left it. Everyone can make their choices but bringing it back for no reason on people who doesn't think the same way, is pretty sad and happening too much in CC

It looks like we were robbed. You think I would learn after being scammed multiple times. Holding bags of useless coins. At least mintpal gave back a decent amount of the altcoins.

The sad part is those who had a lot of BTC on the site and not a lot of alt. I hope we'll see less of those scams in the future.

It seems like this guys was able to scam a lot of people, it's sad. Let's hope karma will get him back.
696  Economy / Speculation / Re: If You're Not Buying Bitcoin Now... Then You're Just Stupid. on: October 17, 2014, 06:12:06 PM
Honestly nobody know what a good price to buy bitcoin is it?

There is not a single person on this planet that can predict the future and know when the right time is.

Now might be the right time or it could be when the price is at $100 or maybe when the price is $5, nobody knows.

It's the same thing when the price will rise. For some 1k will be time to sell and for others to buy. Maybe those buying at that price will make the best deal of their life.

I don't think I am getting my Karma or BTC. I did receive my other holdings though a couple days back.

note on karma: The following daemons are currently unavailable. Withdrawals for these currencies will be processed as soon as possible.
note on BTC: The following daemons are currently undergoing a rebuild / reindex. Withdrawals will be processed once complete.

Just got an email that DGB has been added to the voting list at BTER. Not sure how we get to the top, but it would be nice to get added. Jared, can we tell BTER about our Asian presence?

Good news, always good to be added to BTER.

I'm lucky, I had about 11k emc2 in mintpal several days ago. Then I transfered them to poloniex just 2-3 days ago Smiley

I hope everyone get their coins back. I always had good opinion and experience about mintpal so far. It's really annoying that in cryptocoin community, anything can happen in any moment. One exchange you think is rock solid then other day it's gone! I hate this!

Cryptsy is currently having issues.

you might want to transfer your cryptocurrency holding to paper wallets

Thanks for the warning Armis. Cryptsy's website is not working now. Luckily again I don't have any coins on cryptsy.

Can't withdraw or trade on cryptsy, will have to wait before transferring to paper wallets

everything is ok now
