I have not, are you running into issues?

We will be dropping releases soon.  That libqtlua stuff really kicked my butt, but I figured out a way around it to get it going, and we have some cool stuff going into the coin to help broaden its appeal since the AI stuff seems to be very narrowly focused.

I want XAI to be broader as a complete nextgen FinTech platform, with the data and algorithmic stuff as a nice technical foundation, but with more end user oriented features on the surface so we can start appealing to more people.  We have something nice coming with XaiNodes, and then our in-wallet counterparty port which is my focus this week, and then rewriting the wallet using QML/QtQuick which will allow us to do a lot more cool stuff that other bitcoin-based wallets can't.  Then our Android custom rom XaiOS.  And eventually I will save up enough money to buy the XaiSat.  Smiley

We also have a pro graphics guy doing a rebrand for us with a wallet restyle and some other artwork.

My video machine is down right now, once I get it fixed I'll be able to do more videos.

Thanks for the update

685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: neoscrypt algo for ccminer and nvidia card: call for donation on: April 16, 2015, 03:22:27 PM

Try --throughput 1

I run 6 x750ti and that works perfectly on all cards, anything above that and things crash

Do You use it with diff parameter or not?

I do not use diff parameter and I have been able to solo mine, pool mine and run on nicehash very stable.

Occasionally it will crash, but not often
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Pearl on: April 15, 2015, 08:01:47 PM
Clams has now been added to the CoinWallet.co online wallet service.

That's great news.

I'm wondering the same as BayAreaCoins:

What percentage of the staking reward do you give to your depositors?

Because each currency works off a single client wallet the system works the same as a personal wallet in terms of staking. This means staking rewards are assigned to initial transaction addresses and change addresses. So currently it is a bit of a lottery - but we do not withhold any percentage of the staking reward...

I have several ideas to improve this, so users always get 100% of their staked rewards. One way to do it is from the database, so any generated coins get split between all holders dependant on total percentage of mature coins they hold in the system at that point in time. The other is to move to a manual transaction system so change can always come back to the originating address and staking is assigned by address. Each method has its pros and cons. The first method would mean more of a staking 'pool' where all holders of X coin get a percentage of all staking rewards.

It's on the todo list.  Smiley

I like the staking pool idea also, will be nice to spread things around between coinwallet.co, justdice and my local wallet.

any updates for this coin?
None that I know of.
Dev is focused on building xai core.

so we need to wait til he finishes that?

well i just hope he doesnt abandon this coin.

No need to wait around we can all do our part to get the coin exposed while the dev gets the really hard part done.

any news here ?  Grin

Some community members are trying to get the word out while the Dev is hard at work on the next release.

Not much excitement yet, but I expect things to pick up in a month or so.

Got small buy orders all the way down to 38k sats... Woke up today to see that NONE of my small amounts of xai got bought.... but the price has gone down all the way to an even 38k sats.... Seems someone/group is trading with themselves? IM unlucky?... Sad

Easy to tell its a bot, pretty much that way with any half way popular crypto

I just cost average it and buy small amounts every day

Looks like we are getting decent volume every now and then, similar to some of the coins listed on shapeshift. If you look at the available supply and the innovation behind Sapience, it blows many of those coins out of the water. I am constantly amazed at how under the radar this coin manages to stay with and active Dev, innovation and all the ingredients for a long term stable platform.

Our time will come soon, and I suspect those with the insight now will only sell small amounts from interest once things take off and people catch on.

Do we need to do a launch in Asia to make more people aware?

Translations, etc?

Yes; that would be a great help. I have tried to recruit people out of my own pocket for paid (via XAI *and* BTC) translation and, more importantly, Asian marketing and thread management. The problem is most translators just want to translate the ANN and never fool with the coin ever again.

I'm not saying we need a full-time translator/Asian market expert, but someone who would use and moderate a 8btc.com thread (BTCTalk is banned in China; I find it hilarious that people post translated ANNs on here and not anywhere else), Weibu, and QQ activities would be *very* helpful. The last 2 are popular Chinese social media, Twitter-style sites.

Asia powers a lot of coins. Bitshares gets most of its volume from there. TileCoin as well ($500k-$1M market cap). YBCoin (YBC, $3M market cap; consistent $XX,XXX volume) is almost 100% China. Perhaps XAI could connect with it via IBTP and they could use XAI's counterparty style system. Same thing with MonaCoin (Japanese DOGE, would need another translator though).

Those are some great resources, I know people that could translate in Thai although bitcoin/crypto isn't as popular in Thailand. I also know some people that could translate in Chinese, but I have to gauge the level of interest they would have getting involved with a project like this. I will see what I can do and let the community know

You start to surprise me, no big bullshits and work is done, congrats... buying more VNL because im impressed.

I very appreciate non-copycat things.

I agree, it is a rock solid innovative project!

696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [GEO] GeoCoin | GIS & GeoTechnologies on: April 11, 2015, 03:19:37 AM
yeah..just bought around 10k on bittrex...

will put buy order soon...hehe..cmon 10k defend or forfeit? i will stay on the wall...

Personally I think let let him dump to 5000. I want to make sure this guy is out of GEO. Feel bad for Tobler, give miners a real good opportunity and this guy dumps in our face. Cool make a few thousand dollars. I would have thought make a few hundred thousand.

Remember miners dumping is usually a gift when you have a quality coin.

I wouldn't worry about it so much, things will be very different in a month or so.
