this is my personal opinion.. I think for now you just have to follow the advice (using masks and hand sanitizers) this "PANDEMIC" is really making we obliged to comply with it.  in my city, in almost all restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and public toilets every visitor is required to use hand sanitizers and masks, we as citizens are not a problem with this rule (though not necessarily useful), but this is only the best way I can do to prevent the spread of the Sars-Cov-2 virus is slowing down..
