Meh - at this point, let the blind sheep continue to follow and throw money at this turd hole if they wish
704  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 01, 2013, 01:09:04 PM
Well, I don't remember Pirate refunding 2/3rds of what was owed before running off with the rest, but I could be wrong.
Even assuming he wasn't lying about the proportion of payments, those 2/3rds were credit card payments, which means that most of the customers could've got their money back via chargebacks. Now when that happens, Tom's credit card processor is forced to pay out from their own funds and get the money back from Tom, meaning they'd lose more than enough money to justify legal action against him. They also have his name, address and ID. Bitcoin customers tend to be a lot more reluctant to sue and a lot less capable of doing so.

Don't bother replying to idiots who still think Tom isn't a scammer.

Because of these idiots, this community will get scammed again and again.

If all of you work together, you can pay a small sum for PI to find exactly where Tom is.

Like I've stated earlier in this thread a couple days ago.. it amazes me how many people are still "Team Tommy" after all this.. lol
705  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: Cablepair (Tom) from BTCFPGA.com/bitcoinasic.net on: February 01, 2013, 01:06:32 PM

Sadly new people to bitcoin and/or the scene may accidentally pre-order from that piece of shit site.

Anything / Everything bASIC and Tom need to be labeled as scams/scammer..

Speaking of Drunk "ComproTom", a couple classics:

708  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 31, 2013, 07:59:33 PM
Where is "team tommy" today?

They join him at the bar?  Flip over the stool and bottoms up!

He has had more than enough time to refund BTC.  Just imagine how it would be right now if Dave didn't practically do all the work and provide him a list..

709  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 31, 2013, 01:10:20 AM
oh cool.. internet lawyers.. cookie.jpg for you Smiley

I know, silly me.. should have put (imo or my 2 cents) disclaimer on my last post..

this one is for Tommy.. bottoms up!

As opposed to a useless drama queen always trying to stir it up. PLONK.

Ehhh.. yeah... I was expecting better than that weaksauce retort.. sorry no points can be awarded..

oh... and PLONK.  yeah!  did I do that right Mr. turdsac?

lol - awww.. how cute that Tom still has supporters and fans.. is there a Tom fan club you guys are apart of that includes a "team tommy" t-shit and little bottle of jack daniels?

Like I have stated before, I don't care what Tom has done in the past.. from a business stand point.. what has he done lately other than bend over a good amount of people while holding their money for 5 months interest free?

Bottom line:  this was a "scam" - which I define as something and/or service that was paid for never came true and/or never existed.. my disputes/chargebacks with the CC companies have been in progress since early Jan while being credited the full amounts into my account.  I have 1 of 3 CC refunds actually verified by the CC co's.

At this point the BTC refund people should classify this not only as a scam but also theft.. as it seems at this current time your money (BTC) has been taken (stolen) on a false premise to deliver an item that never existed which is 100% fact.. no matter how you try to re-arrange the words... "intention" and actual "reality" are two different things on this one..

Good luck on your future Nigerian inheritances!  Tongue
712  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 30, 2013, 08:57:14 PM
I assuming the people that have all this "trust" in Tom stuck with their order (and him) even after his drunken rants, selling the company to "the Asians", missed meetings with people that wanted to help out, started betting BTC that he can have shit delivered in March, offered zero proof on anything, and then ceased all communication for awhile.. then decide to shut it all down..

I think there are some rich Nigerian Prince folk that have tons of free money to hand out that would love to have your contact information.

713  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 30, 2013, 05:16:42 PM
CC's have been completed from what I have read...

Tommy has had a couple "business" days now to start addressing the list that Dave sent over..

That's fine though, keep giving Tom more rope and time..

714  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 30, 2013, 04:08:04 PM
Sad to see Tom is still not done fucking people over...

I dunno where you live, but police around here do nothing save eat donuts and ask if you have insurance. Course if you're jaywalking or driving without a seatbelt...well then my friend you'd better be ready to see barney fife up close and personal like.

meh - YipYip is just yapping like a little ankle dog.. more annoying than anything of substance..
717  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 24, 2013, 07:25:22 PM
Golly Gee - it would make sense to unlock the bASIC forum so people with refund concerns can communicate there.. but then again.. Tom could always delete everything again..

(for the record I do have the forum ripped/saved just after it was locked down with all the postings/subforums)

718  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: January 24, 2013, 03:55:51 PM
Not that my opinion means anything around here (doesn't mean I'll stfu though)..

However - I believe good ol Tom should receive the coveted "Scammer" tag given the demise and drama that has come from his direct incompetence on the bASIC project.

I know people will cry out that "He is promising ALL refunds to EVERYONE!!"  or "As long as he is refunding everyone he didn't scam"... well, how far into a the definition of "Scam" are we talking here??  I believe I was scammed into pre-paying for something legitimate that turned out to be a bucket of lies and deceit when it all boils down to it ... (but that could be just me, but oh well).  I don't care what he has done in the past or accomplished.. I'm talking about present time today.. He could be the nicest guy you ever meet and did this and that in the past, but at the end of the day it does not even come close to what has happened with this situation he has put everyone in, period.

The fact that he took pre-order money in for a project and held it for 5 months now with nothing to prove and the severe lack of communication is unacceptable.

If the "Scammer" tag is too "Harsh" for this case.. perhaps a "Incompetent" or "Red Flag/Warning" tag can be issued?
