661  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 27, 2013, 12:35:02 AM
With more and more mention of legal action.. maybe tommy and the admins figured out how to "unlock" his "hacked" account..
662  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: Cablepair (Tom) from BTCFPGA.com/bitcoinasic.net on: February 27, 2013, 12:33:15 AM
LOLface

Tommy still has to mention BFL in any reply where he tries to "explain himself" or "apologize" for his incompetence..

Still a scammer.. with emphasis on unacceptable/risky business ethics with a dash of possible (likely) fraud (CAN-ELEC)

You still took a lot of interest free loans from a lot of people.. to whom requested refunds back in early Jan.. and on the BTC side - they very well could have had their BTC back and would have made a nice profit from that point alone.. which would have made this whole bASIC drama bomb abortion a little less harder to swallow.

You lied, deceived, disappeared (lol again at "hacked" accounts) and completely lost control.

663  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BTCFPGA/bitcoinASIC/CAN-ELECTRIC - no BTC refunds expected, what now? on: February 27, 2013, 12:16:55 AM

IF you are interesting in reading the actual definition of a scam you may do so here:

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/scam

By your definition (as indicated by the link):  a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation

Care to explain the whole Can-Electric situation...

Knowing ol Tommy's tactics.. he will try and tell something along the lines of he sold off the domain to a business or someone that stated they had ASIC background/knowledge and had no say or involvement in that matter..   or.. maybe someone also "hacked" that domain account and "hijacked" his site to have people send them money instead of him?  Then.. what are the chances Jack Daniels told him to do it?
664  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New BFL update. 25 February 2013. on: February 26, 2013, 01:16:20 PM
I thought I was reading about bASIC 2.0 with these new excuses.

There hasn't been any "drunken" and/or "hacked" BFL posts/accounts yet..
665  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 20 reasons because Tom/Cablepair is a scammer. on: February 26, 2013, 12:49:57 PM
He is a scammer and a money launderer.
he also broke the terms of his contract with the Credit card  portal service, which CLEARLY states you do not bill a credit card until the goods are ready to ship UNLESS you give a definite delivery date.

That is highly likely why suddenly all the CC orders were converted to:
Quote
Hello, we are excited to let you know that your order and payment has been processed. Your shipping invoice has been printed and will be ready to go when your bASIC has been assembled and released from test.

Basically the CC company was shit scared that there was so much money being forwarded, but nothing was happening.
so to roll it forward , the order statuses were changed.

He is a scammer because:
All the bullshit related to "oh the computers were hacked"
Deleting any posts that were likely to be used as evidence
Deleting the WHOLE forum once he knew people were taking copies.
The continual con-jobs related to further investment, CNY,3 failed design teams, etc
CAN-Electric.

He just lost the 'Testicular fortitude' to carry the full scam off.

Unfortunately there are far too many people with ADMIN privileges in these forums that are offering a shield of protection.

Be prepared for the "New Improved *Washes whiter than white Tom" in a few months.

Ah, just think... by the end of the week the "Asians" or was it the "CAN-ELEC" guys with the Iraq contact info would have been close to shipping the "guaranteed" March deliveries..

lol..

Scamtastic!
667  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitcoinASIC refund fiasco is BitPay's fault on: February 25, 2013, 03:43:21 PM
so, we can scratch this weak scapegoat attempt from the Tom/bASIC drama?  Sounds like it..

668  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 20 reasons because Tom/Cablepair is a scammer. on: February 25, 2013, 03:42:01 PM
Little hard to understand and should be in the scam thread in the other sub-forum.. but in the end even though Tom should be listed as a scammer, for whatever reasons the administrators for this board love the guy and will probably never take action on it.

669  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 23, 2013, 11:06:05 PM
Tom should be held accountable for not refunding the "appropriate" amount of BTC back within a couple days of it be requested.

True - some of of the BTC buyers may have cashed out right away when the coins were sub-20/usd.. but others that left it as BTC would have a nice little profit right now.. given that they were refunded when it was asked (-/+ 3 business days)...
670  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitcoinASIC refund fiasco is BitPay's fault on: February 23, 2013, 11:03:16 PM
at the end of the day, it all falls back on Tom..

I'm actually still waiting for a couple chargeback disputes to be finalized... thanks again Tom!
671  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: Cablepair (Tom) from BTCFPGA.com/bitcoinasic.net on: February 23, 2013, 11:00:44 PM
That's great to hear about people FINALLY getting some refunds again.. golf_clapping.wav

However, Tom should STILL be classified as a scammer.. slow rolling refunds doesn't vindicate him at all..

He lied and mis-led people at almost every turn when it comes to bASIC (lol and CAN-ELECTRIC).. lets not sugar coat this pile of dung..

672  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 22, 2013, 06:35:52 PM
meh - it's the internet.. I could give two shits what others think or feel about my opinions..

everything is recycled around here... so, when I see the tommy support group come on here and declare him as a non-scammer since he is sporadically refunding some BTC now and he never meant to scam anyone..  I'll chime in like everyone else..

I've uploaded the old forum for all to go back and reference his lies and incompetence in case a reminder is needed..

673  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 22, 2013, 05:34:07 PM
Yeah - swing and a miss there dani... It's okay though.. my e-feelings are not hurt...
674  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: Cablepair (Tom) from BTCFPGA.com/bitcoinasic.net on: February 21, 2013, 05:27:40 PM
We are almost to that "couple more weeks" part.. can we finally get a "scammer" tag put on Tom and bASIC?  Or, do we continue to slow roll this whole sham?
675  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: Cablepair (Tom) from BTCFPGA.com/bitcoinasic.net on: February 20, 2013, 03:09:50 AM

678  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: LEGAL COURSE of ACTION Discussion --- bASIC / BitcoinASIC on: February 17, 2013, 08:47:49 PM
It's nice to see people starting to receive BTC back.. however, looking at this whole ordeal as a whole.. he is still a scammer and a sack of shit..

Everyone who annunced their work on ASIC projects got problems over problems, delays, and difficulties. BTCFPGA project included. Unfortunately, a business can go wrong. If people are receiving BTC back, it's great news.

You may say he could have managed better the situation, but I don't find correct insulting him this way.

It's the internet

It's my opinion

Get over it

If Tom's teeth were on fire, I wouldn't even piss on his face to help put it out..

Bottoms up Tom and Team Tommy!

+1 .

Tom is really being a dick at the moment and should be labeled a scammer for not returning or at the very least communicating with the community that put their trust with him. We should start a "wall of shame" for all the scammers starting with TOM unless he returns all the BTC to his clients

I think that's cruel. This forums is merciless and expects constant replies from people regardless of timezone or personal situation. We also have no idea what someone might be trying to do to him outside the forum- harassing emails, phone calles, brick through the window. I can imagine no one would want to sort through all the hate just to respond to the few reasonable attempts at contact.

Toms has FPGA's and seems to be processing some refunds. Perhaps if people laid off a bit and stopped threatening to ruin him he might not go off some emotional cliff and sieze up. Rather then demanding responses to nasty posts, why not construct a positive, sensible plan to see if he would agree to it? He does have some mining equipment maybe he can slowely dig himself out of this hole?

LOL - The "sensible plan train" left the station a loooooooong time ago.. I invite you to go back and look at ALL the threads and history before trying to advise people to issue warm fuzzies rather than the cold pricklies... haha..
679  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 17, 2013, 08:41:15 PM
Tom specifically stated that there would be no more communication from him. Period.

I reckon Jimmy Beam and Jack Daniels can get him to talk.. lol..
680  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 15, 2013, 01:54:10 PM
i read good news today. lets hold the "scamming" for now Smiley

Nope - that train has already left.. team tommy supporters have perma-blinders on, sadly nothing can be done with those people... maybe a nigerian prince could offer some inheritance to them?

Tom = Scammer, regardless of refunds..
