761  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: bASIC's supposed renders are stolen from another site on: December 12, 2012, 09:37:57 PM
I believe that's just showing the date of the posting in which the images were uploaded to.

See my edit above.

Believe me, I'm no bASIC fan, but I don't believe they just pulled photos off of a random website like this, and google's cache seems to confirm that.

Yeah - this is what it is..

tards.. herp a derp

Nice!

No, trolling would be what CreativeX, Frizz, etc... do.  I respond to posts with verifiable information.  Trolling would involve posting false information to incite flames.  Fortunately for me, this forum is fertile ground for refuting lies and bullshit, so I don't need to resort to trolling.  I just need to go around correcting idiots.

Chinese New Year is not going to be a problem for a variety of reasons, so don't worry about that.

Translation: Chinese New Year won't introduce any unforseen delays, because we don't intend to release anything ever. Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

There's an obvious and simple possible explanation why the Chinese New Year is not going to be a problem - their fab is not in China. Could be in USA or Europe.

Just confirmed by Josh:

https://forums.butterflylabs.com/bfl-forum-miscellaneous/519-10-dec-2012-bfl-asic-update-4.html#post7983

let's play a guessing game where the fab actually is.

now now - you have to waste time and figure out what that little piece of plastic is first before you advance to the next guessing game!

Shall I take that to mean you dispute my post?  Huh

Josh is a poorly adjusted dishonest as sh0le, so what? This is not news to anyone that can read his posts. Try to stay on topic.

I'm only pointing out motives, since motive is what gives your posts credence and you credibility.  And given your motives I no longer belief you're worth my time or effort.

then STFU and GTFO!  kthxbye!

okay, who the f*ck are you and why do you care?

it doesn't matter - I'm not worth your time and effort as well.. move along now peasant.. (aka GTFO)

Rehost the pictures please. I need to know if those are renders again or an actual physical object.

I can't. I am banned at BFL forums Wink

But does it make a difference? Render or not - it's just a casing.

Like the Apple TV ... I mean Jalapeno casing they've shown some weeks ago Wink

use a free webproxy and wha-laa, unbanned -  Wink

You're right, your credibility isn't at stake, because you have none.  You are an idiot and a liar, have been proven to be one numerous times over and yet you continue to post lies and BS.  Yeah, you are a real stand up citizen!

Yeah, we'll see how many BTC that "transparency" buys you come January.  Good luck with that.

BFL_Douche, do I have any credibility since it does seem like you are the credibility grantor?

::fingers crossed::  !!!!

Selling 1x32G 1x72G Order #642, DHL + INT shipping.
Mining profits were supposed to pay for Feb wedding. Not gonna happen for me now.

that was a rather stupid move to "bank on"... take it to the for sale forum derp derp

I didn't bank on it. I have plenty of money, but it's nice to pay for something with the profits of a fantastical machine.
Derp derp.

Oh really?  You expected to pay for a Feb wedding with "profits" from 2 bASIC devices?  That would assume you would have re-couped your initial purchase of just under $1700 then added on "profit"Huh derp derp McDerp... better off not buying in the first place derpy

No I didn't expect to pay for a ~$50,000 wedding with mining profits from 2 devices.
But it was supposed to do it's part, and now it won't, so i'd rather have the cash.

From your posts, all you do here is troll and post stupid pictures. So fuck off Tongue.

~Thread railed.

Hey there Derpalicious.. so putting a for sale Ad in this thread didn't derail it at all?

Lick my sack Tongue

If your running a bASIC product from Tom and your house burns down, how does that affect your ROI? Lets hope that no one will die.

ugh.. shipping nightmare with ncix here in the states not too long ago, would never buy anything from them again.

keep an eye on slickdeals.net (register for an account, which is free and setup deal alerts) and fatwallet.com

Aside from the account migration, I noticed a "forum" button which just redirects to this site.

It would probably be beneficial to setup a forum on the site itself for customers/people to get accurate information and news rather than wading through all the garbage posts and BFL_Trolls here.. (It may already be in the works, but just putting it out there).

Thx!
