701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Has Something to Do with Bitcoin's Price Increase After All on: October 30, 2019, 12:15:30 PM
We knew how China move they will never act or deliver news without their own intentions to be pushed, what is very alarming here is after all their stands and denial about cryptocurrency, now they are seems to be soften their position?the question is why?and what’s the motive?for many reason I am thinking something not right for this blasted news
The Chinese government does not want a decentralized currency to overtake their fiat currency and they will do anything to stop the flow of money and that is what they did by banning all the exchanges and accepting blockchain does not mean they are softening their stance towards the currency part of the blockchain. The reasons are many to accept blockchain and it can be implemented elsewhere too rather than attached to a currency.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dominance on CoinMarketCap on: October 30, 2019, 11:14:28 AM
I think that if the cryptocurrency market develops, and we see the launch of coins such as Gram, Libra and the like, then Bitcoin's dominance will undoubtedly decline over time. However, I believe that the dominance of Bitcoin will increase the influx of new money into the industry.
There is a difference between these centralized coins and a decentralize coin like bitcoin, if you look at libra and their plans to unveil the currency they are planning for a stable currency and we will see whether the authorities will allow them to release that to start thinking about it will dominate the world  Tongue and Gram is also going through these regulatory issues.

I am convinced that new investors mostly invest in bitcoin, because It is the first cryptocurrency that everyone will know about. Bitcoin has also recently shown that despite its high value, It can grow in value faster than other leading highly capitalized digital assets.
There is a difference people trusting bitcoin just because they are the first coin majority of the coins in the market are just replica of the bitcoin source code with minor changes.
703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What have you done to promote the Blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies? on: October 30, 2019, 09:09:09 AM
Me, instead of saying words about bitcoin and altcoins, it is my silence that make them believe how good and reliable it is. sometimes, my friends can see me using and opening trading sites where I invest, buy, and sell cryptocurrency. Those friends of mine are so grateful that I treat them and when they asks where can I earn? Just simple reply crypto. It is their curiosity that drives them to find and research more about my matters.
That is one hell of a way to approach your friends giving out parties and treats and your friends asking from where you are getting your money Cheesy it implies another thing too, you are not having any other job and this is your only source of income and hence your friends will be inclined to ask you about the source of your income  Tongue. If these curiosity increases we will see more promoters and less investors Tongue Cheesy .
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins to go crazy again once Bitcoin reaches 20k? on: October 30, 2019, 07:02:53 AM
Do you think the alt coin will go up like in 2017? like ethereum for example which managed to break above 1k usd the price at that time? Because at that time the price of bitcoin did not reach 20k usd. So if you touch 20k in 2020, then the price of ethereum can be above 1k usd, right?
For now eth, bch and xrp seem the most likely to increase dramatically if there really is an increase in price.
The price of ETH managed for breach the $1k barrier because there was a ton of projects using the ETH platform and for all the projects you need to have ETH to make those transactions and there was a special interest in the market to purchase ETH and years down the line what interesting projects do you see using the ETH platform and only a few tokens are using it and if you take that into consideration there is no way that the price would breach new levels but we can expect the market to rise whenever the bitcoin market rallies.
705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: October 30, 2019, 05:28:57 AM
The market is dead from 5-6 months, all coins are red and reach their lowest price. As good news is coming that China showed their interest in blockchain and bitcoin again which is a positive point and it will definitely contribute something good to the crypto world. By the end of 2019, we will see bitcoin achieving new milestones.
If you are focusing on shit coins in the market then all the shit coin market is dead for more than a year and not in the past six months alone but if you look at the top coins in the markets there was a drastic rise in the price in the past few months and if you are not able to notice then it is a complex puzzle Tongue. China showed interest in blockchain and not bitcoin, if you are adding news then you are not going to earn any profits in any market as you need to understand the facts what they said and not to add things that suites you.
706  Local / India / Re: Indian Govt Planning Ban on Crypto on: October 29, 2019, 05:55:23 PM
Since exchanges are not allowed to work in India, I don't agree with you on this one. Even if government issues some regulations regarding Bitcoin, it doesn't mean government can actually track all transactions done by traders. It can only give guidelines and it's up to traders whether they follow those or not. There will be very minute chances that government could actually catch the frauds in crytpo transactions.
If there is a regulation in India and if exchanges have to function in a proper manner they need to comply with all the KYC/AML regulation and even without any regulation all the exchanges were complying with those policies and if you are using fiat currency to purchase the coins then you need to use bank account and all the transactions are accounted for, so the only transaction that cannot have a record is face to face transaction and it has its own risk.
707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 29, 2019, 04:56:09 PM
He has been banned from all forms of cricket for the next two years (with one year suspended). He is already 32 years old, and this could possibly mean that his international cricketing career is over for all practical purposes. Staying away from the game for 12 months and then attempting a comeback is not something very easy to do. It looks like he will be looking at other career options in the meantime. BTW, more than Shakib, this is going to have a negative impact on the performance of the Bangladesh team. They badly needed him now.
Damn that is so fast, i thought he was selected in the team for their Indian tour and now he is banned for corruption, it is real bad for the Bangladesh team as he was their best players ever and this ban looks like his career as a cricketer is over, the dispute with the BCB and now the ban things are fishy as hell regarding the circumstances but he needs to spend a lot of money to prove his innocence.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will China start Altcoin Season on: October 29, 2019, 03:56:29 PM
yesterday's statement by the Chinese president about supporting the blockchain has affected the price of bitcoin to rise by 30%. when bitcon goes up almost all altcoins also increase. hopefully with the china news will adopt the blockchain and will also make their own crypto. will have a positive impact on the bitcoin and altcoin markets.
If you missed the news the Chinese president was not supporting the crypto currency space so that the altcoin market and bitcoin will increase instead he was talking about the blockchain technology which they might be planning to implement in the future, so the recent market rally has nothing to do with the Chinese news and you need to look at somewhere else to understand the real reason for the rally.
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do we still expect a repeat of 2017 ? on: October 29, 2019, 03:04:06 PM
Opportunities such as 2017 are bound to happen just waiting for the right time, maybe in the 1st quarter of 2020, many experts want that Halving will happen soon and this will create a new explosion in the price of bitcoin might be able to reach 30k especially with China will adopt the blockchain as global marketing.
You really cannot predict the time in which we will see another rally but everyone is expecting the rally after the halving but there is no certainty that it will happen this time around but there is nothing wrong in expecting to see another rally this time too, the reason for the uncertainty is because many countries are planning to implement rules and regulations in the market and it might influence the market. But the difference of opinion from what you said is the Chinese adoption of blockchain does not mean they are adopting bitcoin.
710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A rising number of Americans own crypto and nearly 13 million women says study.. on: October 29, 2019, 02:25:48 PM
Yeah exactly - although we can't really ignore the fact that crypto-currencies have definitely been getting bigger in recent years, I mean just today, our first global crypto-currency that was created by a country was released. Big times.
What currency you are talking about, which country released their cryptocurrency today  Roll Eyes. It is a progression to see more people in the coming years as this is a new market you cannot expect everyone to invest from the start .

Since US regulations make it more difficult for citizens to participate in crypto investments the growth shows an underlying interest.
If regulations loosen up in the coming year this could spur growth for the global crypto market.

With 2,068 participants commissioned by Finder they came to a conclusion that 36.5 million Americans own some form of crypto Roll Eyes.
If regulations loosen up you will see more growth in the market not only in the US but globally.
711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple and undeniable proof that Bitcoin is a scam on: October 29, 2019, 01:24:54 PM
I do not think that bitcoin is a scam. It is proven that it helps a lot of people even though the price falls. Maybe some people says it is scam because they do not know the reason why it is falling. There is no enough reason to remove their doubts towards it.
Hope you have read what OP is telling, he is comparing to government bonds and its security to bitcoin which in itself is a dumb comparison . You cannot even claim the scam part with the falling prices, only stupid people who does not have any idea about any financial market will claim these stupid things.
You are in the market for a long time and yet you are not sure whether bitcoin is a scam or not  Roll Eyes.
712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 29, 2019, 09:14:12 AM
I did observe students on more than one occasion and expected they were given free tickets to improve demand for these matches. If they love Cricket, they probably enjoyed the experience overall. Even if some students are not interested, they still got a day off even if they had to deal with food restrictions which is a plus point.
For students they are happy to see these international players but the real happiness comes when they are taken a day off from school and attend cricket matches will be a memorable event for these students and i am sure these students will enjoy these events like a picnic  Cheesy. I do not think that the school authorities will force anyone to attend these matches but all the students will be happy to bunk the school with full attendance in class.

Ganguly is in action mode and very welcome initiative by him, he's trying to strengthen domestic players economically and we can hope more competition among the first-class cricketer. i doubt if anyone wants to miss this boat.
Confident that he will change cricket for the better and he is focusing to have more competition and life stability according to their skills and it is a wonderful move, Ganguly is the best choice for the post and these steps will strengthen the quality of players.
713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Time in Bangladesh on: October 29, 2019, 08:26:10 AM
I just saw a news that yesterday  Brac Bank Talking  about blockchain technology and they also working to legal blockchain technology.Maybe this is the first time any Bank in Bangladesh talking about blockchain.Though few months ago Bangladeshi PM told that blockchain technology will be legal soon. Now just waiting for confirmation that bitcoin (blockchain) is accepted.
All the countries will be talking about implement blockchain but they will not mention bitcoin or any other crypto for that matter because they are not planning to legalize the entire crypto market but they will be implementing blockchain for the projects they are planning to come up with and the banking industry might be using it but these words does not guarantee that bitcoin will be legalized.
714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 29, 2019, 06:56:39 AM
I doubt people only don't watch test cricket jist because they are busy, in reality, most of the people don't like the test format cricket at all and for them, it's a waste of time. But it's the best to cricket fans.
If there is a test match no one will be having the time to go to the stadium for all these days, some people will come to the stadium to see their favorite batsman batting or to see an interesting session if there is some interesting battle going on other than that you cannot attract more crowds and most of the crowd they get is in the final two days of the match.

It's better reducing the ticket fee and hold some kind of funny events for the visitors. It may attract some.
For test matches the ticket rates are not that high and they will be giving free pass to college and school students in collaboration with the management and hence you will see students in the gallery every day when there are test matches. To include some other events during a test match is not possible as it will create further mess, i have seen matches and it is really tiring and more over there are many restrictions to carry food or cigarette inside the stadium and to watch these boring matches who will be sacrificing all these things Cheesy.
715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the Faith of Casino business owners? on: October 29, 2019, 04:38:55 AM
If the propose Public Amendment of Gambling Law to BAN Casino come to pass what then will be faith of those who are benefiting from casino business
It is impossible to think that the countries that already legalized casino will be banning them because people will be investing millions to start one and if they are to ban now them the loss will be higher and the investor trust will be broken, the revenue they earn is huge and there are countries without casino and it is  not a common business where the government allows those activities and i never went to a real casino in my life because there are no licensed casino. If the government ban these you will see illegal casino running with the help of local politicians and with the help of police.
716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17,800,000 BTC already mined on: October 28, 2019, 07:07:44 PM
The last Bitcoin is predicted to be mined in 2140. It sounds crazy but it seems to be real. I wonder what will happen after the last Bitcoin is mined. For example, what will Bitcoin miners do then ?
When all the bitcoin are mined then the miners will survive with the transaction fees alone, consider the price during that period and transaction fees will be more than enough for the miners to continue their activity and hopefully we will see much improved solution to include more transactions in a block, we will see changes in the future to make this function even after all the coins are mined and how this will be done is the headache of the developers as i am just an end user.
717  Economy / Economics / Re: BEEN IN THIS GAME FOR 6 YEARS on: October 28, 2019, 04:48:27 PM
Yes, it is risky but it still serves its purpose and will so more in the long run, it's just not easy to convince those who are not willing to risk.
If people find it beneficial then they will invest in it and you cannot someone who are not interested in a market and more over it is not that easy to make someone who has no experience in the forex or stock market to make them understand how the market works, i am in this market for a while and i have seen the ups and downs in the market and i never had a loss in this market and i had the opportunity to invest when the price was really low compared to the current valuation.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Want 10x profits in quick time? WAVES can be one of the coin you must buy now. on: October 28, 2019, 01:03:59 PM
In my opinion, WAVES must be one of "unsung asset" which maybe due to whales domination. Still, with waves' feature of limited supply its whales will lose their power over the time.
The problem with this is that if you invest in WAVES in 2019 it might be a unsung asset and you becoming the bag holder for a long time is possible, with regulations coming up it is highly unlikely that these coins will soar like we used to see in the past, if you have the confidence in those coins then it is your choice but if there is a realistic benefit that the project is giving which will earn real profit then you can invest in it. If you think that it will give those i would like to know the figures how much the team will earn annually.
719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Satoshi Nakamoto a single person? on: October 27, 2019, 07:15:30 PM
Finding Satoshi Nakamoto can start with many clues:
1. IP addresses of emails and other digital trails: who was paying the bills.
I consider Satoshi to be a single individual and he might have used his IP address without masking it but it is highly unlikely considering he is a cryptographer. Then another question i still have is how he registered the domain names.

2. The eCash eco system. Bitcoin was not born in a day. The theory to move to electronic cash has been fermenting for decades.
3. Cashless socitety and whoever pushes for that: bitcoin is just an experiment.
Electronic cash is not a new involvement and even before the bitcoin white paper people were trying to come up with a currency to use virtually.

4. If you want to understand how the name came up, seek who is Nicholas Bourbaki https://www.britannica.com/topic/Nicolas-Bourbaki
This is a speculation, anyone can come up with a pseudo name and it is a waste of time to look behind the name as these are mainly fictional characters.
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Worrying about the Bitcoin Price on: October 27, 2019, 05:55:55 PM
The hold is the oldest way in the bitcoin community, but it less attractive for most people due to the volatility of bitcoin which makes it possible to gain profits.
If you are a day trader then the high volatility in the market is what you should look for to make profits in a short period of time but if you are not an experienced day trader then having patience is the solution as that is the safest option, majority of the traders who flock the future market are traders who knows how the market will perform on a daily basis and if you look at the volume in those sites you will understand why people prefer these volatility than a stable price in bitcoin .
